Banyanda is a stunning beachside holiday retreat with a focus on art whilst nestled into landscaped gardens which are home to a number of local native birds.

This modern, architect designed home will satisfy all your holiday needs and has a fully equipped kitchen with stone benches and soaring cathedral ceilings and rooms bathed in natural light. Or cook your own BBQ on the weber and relax in the sun.

This luxurious coastal getaway is a short 150 metre walk to a safe swimming beach where you can often find seals, manta rays, dolphins and is surrounded by walking and bike tracks, numerous surf beaches as well as being close to great cafes, restaurants, wineries and boutique shopping. Cowes main street is a 15 minute walk along the beach.

Enjoy a family getaway or a romantic weekend or just relax with friends.

Anderson Street boat ramp is just around the corner so you can easily access the concrete ramp and jetty to launch and retrieve your boat or sit and have brunch at the Boat Ramp cafe.

Experience a remarkable whale watching adventure departing from Rhyll to circumnavigate Phillip Island. Keep an eye out for humpbacks and southern right whales eagerly searching for their blow, distinctive water footprint or graceful dorsal fins. Be captivated by dolphins frolicking alongside the boat and discover a natural habitat for Albatross, gannets and seals.

We wanted a little getaway and found the perfect place. Only a few metres from the beach, the place was perferct. Robyn was awesome with checking in and checked in with us, asking when we would arrive and when we rocked up in the evening, the lights and heating was on. The place is perfect. Definitely comjng back.

We had the most amazing stay at Banyanda. It is a beautiful home, beautifully presented and large enough for us all to find our own space when needed. The location is perfect. So central to all of Phillip Island’s attractions, beaches and shopping. We can’t wait for our next stay. It was sad to leave.

Gorgeous light filled house. Cleaners were still there when we arrived at checkin time. They were fine and friendly though. Would definitely come back as close to everything. Would love to see the side fence higher for our dog to have more outside room. She was happy enough in the small space out back. We really liked it!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our summer break in this lovely home. Fantastic location, 5min walk to beach, cafe 2mins over the road. Close to Main shopping strip. Set on a tranquil street. So nice to sit out on front deck and enjoy the sunshine. House is beautiful, so much natural light and modern. Extremely clean on our arrival. Robyn was the perfect host, friendly and efficient. We look forward to returning for another holiday.

We enjoyed our stay v much. We forgot to order linen but were accommodated with some when we called in the morning. We made up the beds with linen from the cupboards as directed. We would suggest some small extra bins & bin bags in the toilets.

My friend and I enjoyed the uniqueness of the cottage, the delightful creative artwork, spacious comfort of the generously proportioned rooms and relaxing outdoor area. Sitting outside in the sun with the umbrella shade was lovely as we chatted and read. The convenient location was great as across the road we had beach access and enjoyed a pleasant stroll to the town centre. Thank you Robyn!

The house is gorgeous. Especially as so many others in the street aren't. So to walk into this one and realise you have the nicest one in the street was amazing. Very clean, nice ambient lighting on arrival, the spa bath was beautiful and all the required things for a 14 month old baby! Loved it. However, take note that when they say to bring your own linen, they mean ALL linen. There wasn't a bath mat, toilet mat, hand towel, sheets or bath towel. The only towel is the dish towel. So make sure you take plenty of towels, as the bathroom floor gets verrry slippery without something down.

I have stayed here a few times now and every time I leave, I can’t wait to come back. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Being able to bring Lulu (small dog) is an added bonus. Lovely property with easy walk to the bay. The house had everything that you needed and we especially loved the kitchen which had the cupboards labelled so it was super easy to find everything. Bed was comfy, had a smart TV the kids to log into their Netflix. Host was a quick and great communicator. We would love to visit again !
