Great apartment in a great spot.

Excellent location and really friendly, helpful staff. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for 4 people. The free drinks bar in the kitchenette is a nice bonus. If we make it back to Ljubljana we'll definitely stay here again.

No Aircon, but the owner told us they will be installing one shortly.

Perfect stay

Perfect location, just a short walk from the pedestrian central area and with the possibility to park your car (15€/day). Large spacious room well organized Good stable wifi Self check-in process smooth and easy Great communication with the hosts, very kind and helpful Nice pub just under the apartment

You have a flight of stairs to climb, keep that in mind if you're luggage is heavy We were in a room on the street side and they don't have AC (although we were there end on june with 30 + degrees outside and it wasn't bad). Also, the street can be a bit noisy

I would love to have stayed longer and hope to return.

Excellent location. Welcoming, accommodating and attentive people. Clean, spacious, airy, plenty of storage. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Very clean shower/bathroom. Plenty of sockets. Little fridge. Lovely to have a couple of welcoming drinks in the fridge.

In the room I had, there was only the option to warm food in a separate kitchen. I’d chosen self catering to be able to self cater by cooking meals from scratch. However, despite this, I would certainly return to this apartment.

Superb

The hosts Nick and Andreja were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Large bedroom & ensuite. Kitchen opposite. Everything very clean with everything you'd need for a relaxed stay. Location excellent with regard to bars and restaurants in the Old Town. Would recommend.

Booking.com photos rather confusing. The photo shown appears to show a kitchen inside the appartment. Our kitchen was opposite and shared. Not a problem, as only 1 other couple was staying there. However, although very well equipped,it is small and could need some negociating if more people around and wanted to use it at the same time.. Also microwave only, so not able to cook. Did not bother us, but this needs greater clarity on web site, as other guests may expect a hob at least.

Recommended!

Everything!! Wonderful accommodation! Clean, spacious. Useful common kitchenette with a coffee machine. We had a mini fridge in our room. The owner and the assistant are very sweet and helpful people. We absolutely recommend this place even for a long stay.

Beds were a little rough and cuddle-proof let's say :D because they were basically two beds put together with rigid frame.

A great place to stay within walking distance to all that we needed.

The communication leading up to our stay was very thorough. On arrival I will be honest it seems like it might be a bit basic being over the pub however I can honestly say I would recommend BIT to anyone. The apartment we were in was loft style and had a large dining / kitchen and the kitchen was very well stocked that you could definitely cook a meal. there is a supermarket a few minutes walk down the road. The bathroom was bright and airy and I loved have the machine machine available to do a load as we were mid-trip. There was a double bed and a sofa (bed) in the main area and then a small bedroom at the end with another double bed. And a huge very comfy circular chair with the sofa in front of the TV. The place has loads of books and a TV. It is a 5 minute walk to be in the center of the hub of activity near the river and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Oh and there was zero noise from the pub which really surprised me. The staff there were great and a huge thank you to lovely blonde gal downstairs in the pub who helped us out with getting a taxi and went out of her way to be polite and helpful. We felt very safe in the area.

Honestly, there was no cons, Nick has done a great job on this apartment.

We had a wonderful time in Mr.Nick’s wonderful loft apartment. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring and enjoying Ljubljana’s vibrant historic city center. Communication was super easy and Mr. Nick graciously came to meet us in person at arrival and departure.

BEST Location, Host, Comfort and Value! 100 PERCENT recommend!

Best New Year Location EVER! We were met by the owner Nik and he walked me to the local spots to see the fireworks as well as where to eat drink and be merry. This is after he had a fridge full of beer and a bottle of champagne in the room waiting for our arrival! I love the city anyways but Nik made my family's stay so incredible I want to give 10 stars. The suite (Loft) was so comfortable for a family of 5 and the location is within walking distance of everything. Nik also provided so many recommendations of things to do and places to go via email before we even arrived. TOP!

The stay could have ben longer and the fog surrounding Slovenia could have been gone. Other than that it was the most perfect holiday! My children and my elderly mother had a blast. My wife and I basically decided on this trip to do this every NYE.

Good location. Spacious living area, but that doubles up as the main bed. Coffee.

Living area is the same room as the main bedroom. Kitchen exists (shared with other apartments) but is so small and basic that self-catering isn't an option. The suggested breakfast bar over the street was closed at breakfast time and closed on Sundays, so pretty hopeless... though at least other places along the river do breakfast. Arrived during a cold snap, and the hosts had no ability to turn on the central heating, so the apartment was uncomfortably cold. Located above a bar, which is noisy at weekend nights,

Great location - vhole Liubliana is just around. Very, very nice host.

Nice spot to start exploring Ljubljana

Location, location location And the friendly staff And the fact that there is a cozy English pub on the ground floor!! 😀👍🍻

The ceiling of the shower was for a person with my length not really useful, as the ceiling was also sloping down, to make the useful area in the shower very restricted. Other than that, the facilities were great! FYI, I am 1.89m tall 😀

Nick and his team were extremely welcoming! Great large room, in a very good location.

The upstairs guest had a child that was running laps around the apartment. It was a little bit annoying.

Very friendly , helpful host. Nick helped us with many things & was very flexible (i.e. regarding parking). He made good advice what restaurants, events , etc to visit The location of the apartment is more than optimal - really-really close to the centre but still very silent. Bed was also phenomenal, could sleep well. Many thanks for everything. We had great time in Ljubljana! Cheers

Absolute gem place in the heart of Ljubljana

This place is an absolute gem, just like Ljubljana itself. The apartment is located a couple of minutes walk from the city centre in a calm side street. Key provided through coded locker. Clean and modern, well equipped. Coffee, tee and water heater available in the room, there is also a tv mounted onto the wall, wi fi worked well. The view is on a side street, curtain big and dark enough to create privacy. Kitchen is outside on the corridor, I did not use it but as far as I saw it is suitable for basic cooking. Also enough space in the wardrobe to hang out your clothes. Towels provided. There are a couple of other apartments in the building, i think the others were empty when I was there because I have not met anyone for 3 days. BIT apartments is great because you have this feeling to be almost in a student accomodation but the quality is much better than in an average student corridor :) Price for value is unbeatable. Definitely worth coming back in the future.

Only thing is it might be worth considering to put a fridge into the kitchen, I did not see any. Although i might have not searched for it hard / long enough, so if there is a fridge, disregard this comment :)

very recommended to stay in a city center and feels like home

we were here with colleagues from indonesia to to some amateur video shoot and some commercial video, we were very pleased by the reception and helpfulness of all BIT staffs especially Nik the owner. everything was perfect and most important is the location is very nice and the city and its people itself very warm.

nik is the best host ever! everything is very very perfect during our stay in ljubljana. clean and crisp apartments with everyone at the property is very helpful during our stay here. unit is very modern and location is super perfect. no complaint, will stay again.
