Would not stay again as no confidence in cleaning practices.

Pretty. Large accommodations.

Home was not clean. The home had not been kept up and looked old and dirty. Cobwebs at from entrance along with chipped paint…looked very tired. Pool was filthy and had not been cleaned in ages. Mold or algae growing in pool so chemicals had not been assessed. Could not use pool bc of this. Beer bottle caps and cigarette butts not cleaned up around pool. BBQ was filthy and un useable.

Pros: location and resort amenities. Should items work in townhouse good space.

Location and facilities for Margaritaville resort are well kept.

- poor service for issues that arose. No one to turn to. Guest services not answered. - issues not solved in a professional manner - issues persisted throughout stay. Reported upon checkout and can tell they would not be resolved. I had to say a few times to fix them for the next guests.

Perfect for the family Margaritaville resort is my favorite place to stay.

The cottages are new and the property is perfect. It's close to Disney, shopping, restaurants etc...

The big pool is near the main lobby and not near the cottages. The cottages have their own neighborhood pool, but it's small. Still, everything was great.

We loved this rental, great location for spending time at the theme parks. The homes are lovely.

It would have been nice to have a few more amenities like coffee filters.

I wouldn’t recommend.

I liked the location and the variety of restaurants in the area.

The cottage was very dirty. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Hair in the master bed. The fridge inside was filthy. Furniture pieces didn’t have screws and someone almost got hurt!

Aside from not having the hottub. Everything was perfect.

The pictures of the cottage showed a Hot tub with the private pool. We expected that and didn’t have it which was a little disappointing.

Very nice and a fun experience, but a little disappointed in some areas.

Loved the manager and the receptionist at the desk. They were so kind and helped surprise me to make my stay special.

The people letting you in the pool were rude. The way they spoke to us was disrespectful. Both days we came to the pool and two different people. Everyone else was great though. Also our cottage had issues with the cable that took a long time to resolve and our cottage was missing a coffer pot and the Margaritaville Mixer that was supposed to be there.

Facility and location were good, but the service was terrible.

love the updated design and furniture. love the amenities including the kitchen, and the washer and dryer .

The attendant at the pool refused to give us towels because we did not get the bands - we didn’t have bands because no one was there as we entered the pool area, we had no knowledge about this. He demanded our cottage address, and I couldn’t remember at that time (but it was 8021 flip flop way). He made us feel like dirt in front of everyone. Also our towels at the cottage did not get delivered until 10:15 pm. It was extremely inconvenient.

I was disappointed!

location and amenities

I paid for premier cottage w hot tub. the equipment was broken. I called for repair. The issue needed pool repair. I asked to be moved to another site. They didn’t follow up. I asked for adjustment in fee. no follow up. I have stayed there 4/5 times and never had this happen. the floors and one bathroom were not clean.

Wonderful accommodations. Wish we would have had more time to explore the resort.

Cottage was wonderful. We stayed there to visit Disney World and it was close to the parks. It was nice to have a full kitchen to have breakfast available and lunch and dinner if needed.

We had a wonderful time. The location is great. Please be aware how spread out the property is and plan accordingly.

I liked the spacious accommodations of the 4 bedroom unit we had.

I wish I had known ahead of time how spread out the property was and how far it was to the lobby, pool and the gym. We would drive and bring a golf cart or electric bikes next time. Very inconvenient for those flying. A car rental is a must.

the cottages were just like being at home, only better!

it was quite large so a bit of a walk to get to the pool etc. Pools might be undersized for the busiest of the travel season.

Fantastic! Would go back to try the water park and the sling.

The property was incredibly comfortable. restaurant close. Close to a target and a mall. they have shuttle services. our cottage was clean and there was a hot tub. Staff was polite. 15 mins drive to Disney world.

the toiletries were not good at all. the soap didn’t make any foam. They watered down.

Great staff, average cottages.

At front desk and helpful friendly staff.

Our first cottage had scratched tables , poor paint and only one three seater sofa and no chairs for a cottage sleeping six. Staff were great and listened to our needs, next property was better and we stayed but still a bit shabby. We paid for 9 nights but it was extra to get the laundry changed and place cleaned. Could understand for a four day stay but when we are paying for 9 days seems a shame they don’t value the longer rental.

The pool bar and restaurant was nice, as well as the private hot tub. Staff was all very polite and professional. Our cottage was a very short distance from the salty rim. The kitchen amenities really came in handy.

The cable in the room has terrible service and is tough to figure out. The sound system would only play one radio station. The beds are SUPER stiff and cuncomfortavle. The relaxation room in the spa is WAY too hot.

Space and number of bathrooms

That it was advertised as a property with pool, which is what was expected . But rentyl claimed it was not true unit didn’t have a pool even though it was what i paid for After several attempts to front desk and tour website nothing was solved .
