nice scenery
It requires work ;the deck door didn't lock properly, chairs on patio in need of repair, mold on duvet and cushions left in cupboard, musty smell in apt, cable went down second week only 2 Canadian channels, elevator a bit iffy. Staff was apologetic but unproductive. It's a shame because the view is amazing. Will look for a different company to rent from.

Fantastic View!!
We loved our stay in this roof top studio! It has all the amenities you need plus it’s location is in close walking distance to the beach, convenient stores, restaurants and the golf course. The view from the large and private terrace is incredible!! You’ll love it here!! A great place for a couple to stay to enjoy the incredible Mazatlan!!

Great place if all is working
Loved the place. Very nicely equipped. Great view. Good location. Water and elevator were not working so we lost 3 days but were given another place by Mazatla4rent at NC.

Everything we needed! Especially loved the outdoor space.
Terrace was especially enjoyable....nice view, large, comfortable and lovely ocean breezes. Enjoyed the Canadian content on the TV in the evenings. Great weather. Cooked many of our meals here.

Great location
Lori met us as planned and introduced to the Studio. It was exactly as described, clean and reasonable well maintained. We stayed 2 weeks so having a full kitchen, bathroom and W/D were great. As the main room is the bedroom, the additional outdoor space is an asset. Kristin was responsive and helpful when we had trouble with the TV. We notified her when the seat of the one chair ripped, rendering it unusable. There was a hammock that had deteriorated and could not be used. We did provide her with some suggestions which she appreciated.
As you are in the heart of the Zona Dorada it can be noisy in the evening. There are many restaurants within walking distance or pulmonia/taxi ride. "Fish" has great fish tacos, "Fat Fish" serves up amazing ribs (2 for 1). "Looney Bean" for great coffee and breakfast in Olas Altos. Panamá is a wonderful bakery/restaurant - always busy.
Some of the main activities are walking the miles of sandy beaches, watching the pelicans, walking the Malecon, explore Centro Historico.
Isla de la Piedra (Stone Island) is worth a visit. Another magnificent beach and beach front restaurants. Victor's, a small unassuming location, makes the best coconut shrimp.
We would/ave recommended this property to friends.

View, view, view!
We spent the month of March at the Roof Top Condo (we call it the "Penthouse") and enjoyed the view, the breeze, the location, the quiet, etc. It was nice to have use of the pool at the Granada El Cid Hotel (much quieter than the big El Cid across the street). It was Semana Santa during our stay and we enjoyed and appreciated seeing how the Mexican families celebrate the holy week--two and three generations together on the beach! Kristen and her staff were always quick to respond to any questions or problems.

Fabulous roof top condo
My one month stay at this condo was terrific! It definitely was exactly as advertised by the mazatlan4rent team. The location was convenient to beaches, shopping and access to public transportation. The condo was spotless and well maintained. The manager was dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives without hesitation. My stay could not have been better. Thank you.

Great Mazatlan Property
This accommodation is conviently located in El Cid. It's close to transportation, the beach, restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 6 or 7 minute walk. The bus to Centro is 10 pesos, and a Pulmonia(the open air taxis) are about 70 to 100 pesos. Depends on how good a negotiator you are. The accomdation itself was neat, clean, well maintained, and the weekly maid service was awesome. The unit itself is cosy, but good for two people. And the spacious deck with an incredible view provides lots of additional living space. The property managers Kristen and Lionne were excellent to deal with and picked us up and took us back to the airport for a little more than the price of a taxi. Very convenient and much more relaxing than a Mexican taxi. We have recommended this unit to friends and family in the past and definitely would again. And do try the BBQ ribs up in Cerritos at Roy's Restaurant. Sunday night special for 99 pesos a person.
