Welcome to our renovated 4 bedroom chalet with gorgeous views of the lake and easy accessibility into the lake for fishing, swimming, kayaking and other water activities and community pool access.
Only 2 hours from New York City and Philadelphia, this spectacular lakefront chalet sleeps up to 12. We are 15-30 mins from Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Aquatopia, Camelback, Mt. Airy Casino, The Crossings Premium outlet mall and more.
It comes with 4 private bedrooms with plush queen sized beds and high thread count bedding and a loft twin bed that converts to a queen size bed.

The house has a shower and separate bathtub in one of the bathrooms and washer/dryer. The bathtub does not have a working jacuzzi.
With a renovated, open kitchen with new patio doors looking onto the lake, you can enjoy incredible lakefront views while sipping your morning coffee. Or enjoy the warm fireplace while watching the sunset over the lake with a glass of fine wine on our new couches.
Our lakefront home comes complete with a huge expansive deck with a new grill, new swing and large private dock that is perfect for swimming, kayaking/boating, fishing and water fun. One 2 person kayak along with 2 single kayaks are provided but feel free to bring your own kayaks, boats and paddle boards. Dresser Lake is a non-motorized lake.
Or you can just relax or suntan on the dock or deck and let the world pass you by.
You can enjoy the fire pit while roasting marshmallows and making smores and spending quality time with your friends and family.
You can have community pool access and would need to purchase the amenity badges wristbands from the main office for each guest. The amenity badges are $5/person/day and can be used for all amenities.
The community has a clubhouse, a swimming beach, kayaks, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground and many social activities initiated through the association, hosted for all ages.
Please check with us via email when you make your reservation to confirm that our dock is available for your stay from December to March as the lake freezes.
Our house has High Speed Internet WiFi, Bluetooth soundbar system, 55 inch TV with Roku and a Bluray DVD player. Two bedrooms have TVs and Apple TV.
We don't have cable TV or regular TV channels. We provide complimentary Netflix.

★ Clean linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, dish washing, and laundry detergent

★ Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. The home accommodates a maximum of twelve guests in total. EXTRA PERSON CHARGES apply for guests more than 6. Pricing may vary depending on availability and demand. Owner must be informed of number of guests in your party.
★ Pets: MAXIMUM of 2 dogs allowed, with ADDITIONAL CHARGES per pet. Owner must be informed of presence of dogs. Dogs must be curbed and well-behaved. Owner responsible to dispose of dog poo. If dog poo is found in house or on property, owners reserve the right to deduct $100 from refundable deposit for disposal of it. If bedding is found to be soiled with paw prints, owners reserve the right to deduct $100 from refundable deposit for extra care and time taken to clean bedding. Please treat this house with respect as we hope everyone can enjoy it.

★ If any furniture has been moved, they must be moved back to location where they were originally found. If furniture is found not to be moved back, owners reserve the right to deduct $120 from refundable deposit for the inconvenience and hiring of persons to move them back. Picnic table is not to be moved.
We provide a 6 foot foldable table and extra foldable chairs if needed for deck use.

We do not issue refund or partial refunds or credit if trip is cancelled less than 14 days prior to stay or if trip is delayed or if guests decides to arrive later or leave sooner. We had a lovely stay in the area, and in this house. The place is so comfortable and pleasant that it was a pleasure to stay inside on the days that rained. And the surroundings and watercraft made for a good time for all outdoors as well. The area was beautiful, and we send many thanks! Warner Marshall and family

It was an easy process to check in. Wild life in the back yard first night there. Had fun kayaking on the lake and fishing off the dock. Met some of the neighbors. They were all so friendly. My only issue was that we brought our small dog and there wasn’t much of a yard to go in. That was my misconception. Otherwise our stay was great! Room enough for everyone! The bathroom was huge! Larger than in the pictures. We loved the loft and the big bean bag!

We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Adam, Susie and John were very responsive from the beginning and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Definitely stay here 😊

What a place of rest and peace. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed seeing lots of nature. My teen enjoyed fishing from the dock an kayak, while my adult offspring and I enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding or reading from the deck. Partner liked the fire pit and watching the rain from the comfy couch. The loft was another place of comfort. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Clean and well maintained.

The hosts were accommodating to us being in the area early on a rainy day and check in was east peasy!!! The place is so cute and clean and fit our blended family of 10 perfectly!!! We had horrible rain but the house was cozy & spacious to be rained in together! They did fish in the rain and had to take the plunge into the lake just one! The kids all want to visit again and take advantage of the lake and kayaks provided, fishing and basketball courts just down the street! Definitely recommend this waterfront to others with kids between the ages of 12-23:))

Poconos 2023 review
Our stay was during the first week of july 2023. Once we got through the very long check-in line at the main office (understandable since it was the July 4 holiday week), we had a very enjoyable week because this house was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. A couple of friends visited and there was still plenty of sleeping room. The beds were comfortable, house was clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view of the lake and wildlife from the 2-story windows. We even had a rainbow over the lake in middle of the week! Spent our days fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and relaxing on the dock with lake front access. Nights were spent around the fire pit, playing the games in the ‘game loft’ and binge watching Netflix. The hosts were very friendly and always responsive. They put a lot of care and thought, and good quality in this vacation home.

Upon arriving at this lakefront property, we were impressed by the home's cleanliness and the wonderful view. We had enough comfortable space for our family of young children and adults. Most of our time was spent on the lake in the provided kayaks and sitting on the deck or around the campfire. When we had a rainy afternoon, we played games in the warm comfort of the game room! The house is well-equipped and the owners are responsive and attentive to details that help make a vacation home a joy to stay in. We all agreed that we would come back again; it was a great place to visit! Memories were made that will last a lifetime! Thank you, Adam, Suzie & John for sharing your lake house with us!

It's a man made pond, not a lake. The water is brown/muddy and dirty. We couldn't even step our feet in, it never mind to swim in it. The website shown kid jumping off the dock, that's a lie. Thank goodness that the rental came some kayaks and the game table, otherwise we'd have just sitting on the deck staring at the pond all day. There is 1.5 bath in the entire house, not 2 as described. A toilet and sink upstair and a shower and a tub with toilet in the one downstairs, the tub does not work, we were so afraid that the tub faucet will falls off when turning on the shower in the tub. Bed/sheets with hair all over them, pillows has stains, some blood stains on them, so disgusting. Also mice dropping on the kitchen counter every morning. Trash wee full when we got there the first day. We were asked to take their trash out on trash day and also to bring our trash to to curve during our check out. This house were put together by some hacks. Not worth the money. The host was more worried of what we need to do on our end as a renter. Very disappointed.

Comfortable Lake House
This house had many creature comforts (excellent climate control, great wi-fi, comfortable beds) and incredible lake access and views. Communication with the owner was excellent before and during the stay. We enjoyed kayaking daily and appreciated the large deck and the fire pit. While in the area, we did some shopping at the Crossings Outlets, hiked on the Appalachian Trail, visited Tobyhanna State Park, and enjoyed the daily visits from the deer, ducks, and groundhog. We were so grateful to be able to have our dog with us for the week. Thank you for a great stay!

Great spot for Family Reunion
We enjoyed our week on the lake and recommend this property for groups wanting a quiet, laid back spot to relax and connect. Adam was very responsive to all questions and we felt he really wanted us to enjoy our stay- which we did!
On arrival we found the house clean and stocked with dish soap/detergent and extra paper goods. Bed linens were fresh & clean and there were plenty of clean towels (including a few beach towels). The A/C splits in each room allowed everyone to sleep comfortably and the wifi signal was excellent.
Our family of 5 adults and one dog all had a great time relaxing/sunning on the deck, using the provided kayaks (many life jackets /all sizes), paddle boarding (brought with us), golfing nearby, playing the “Ticket to Ride” board game provided (a new family favorite) and enjoying the outdoor fire pit at night. There was a nice fenced in dog park at the other end of the lake that was a rarely in use when we stopped by - a nice bonus enjoyed by our 4 legged member.
There aren’t a lot of restaurants in the area and we stocked up at the Weis grocery store & cooked/grilled most every day. One dinner out at The Pour House in Mountainhome PA which was very good/we also recommend (about a 20 minute drive; has a separate dinning area that would work well for large groups and families with kids).
We originally selected this lake house as it was the perfect, equal driving distance spot to let us reconnect with our adult children who we haven’t seen since COVID started. We had such a good time we are already discussing returning/making this an annual event!

This property was everything we'd hoped it would be. It was charming and comfortable with great views of the lake. We were visited by deer and ducks everyday. It was a close to nature experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to come back again.
