Clean, comfort and convenient!

The location was very convenient to the main sites in historic Siena. The room was spacious and clean comfortable. The room was on the 3rd level of a building with access by the stairs. There was coffee available for us to make in the morning. She gave us great recommendations for dining.

We were glad to have reliable directions using Google maps because it can be difficult to find locations in a medieval city. We had no trouble with the stairs to get up to the room but this could be a challenge for a traveler with mobility challenges or someone traveling with a large suitcase.

The three days in Siena in this hotel felt like a king. I’ll definitely be back. Awesome experience.

The central location with easy access to the Duomo, the central square and the many osteria’s in the neighbourhood. It was spotless, full of charm, the room itself was very large. Just picture perfect in such an old city. Staff: easy to communicate with.

Exceptional

Francesca was so welcoming and helpful, especially with checking in and out! The room interiors were stunning and extremely comfortable! The location was perfect, a nice stroll into the centre of Siena. Breakfast delivered to our room the next morning was a lovely touch and so delicious! We only stayed a night but I would love to come back and visit Siena again and will definitely return to stay here! Thank you!

Excellent

It was great having a kettle, tea and a mini fridge in our room. Good quality china was provided which made our stay feel special. The breakfast was very good. The owner was really helpful allowing us to have our bikes in our room.

Parking in Siena is a challenge, try to pack light as there are a lot of stairs on the property involved. There is a decent amount of walking if you park at the nearby garage so the lighter the bag the better.

Amazing!

An outstanding little hotel in a very nicely renovated palazzi in the very center of Siena. Francesca, the host, runs this wonderful place with a lot of care and love and we felt welcome from the first moment. The room was wonderfully decorated, perfectly clean, quiet and very comfortable. With its homemade breakfast à la carte, served on a tray on the room, our stay was just a perfect weekend in Siena.

Loved the location of this beautiful room. We could go out and explore Siena come back for a rest and then walk out to several excellent restaurants. The morning breakfast tray was an absolute treat!

Fabulous location - romantic getaway

We stayed in the beautiful rooftop room. Gorgeous sunrise views. A lovely romantic escape while walking the Via Francigena. Great location. Excellent breakfast delivered to our room.

good value room with great location to travel in Siena

nice spacious room, good location close to everything, cute breakfast inside the room by your choice. the host was great and helpful, gave us restaurants recommendations and helped us make reservations, also explained to us where can we park and how to get to the place

third floor without elevator, the air conditioner didn’t work, wanted the nice room with the panoramic view that’s in all of the pictures but didn’t got it

Lovely hotel close to the heart of Siena

The room was lovely and the host provided an excellent breakfast and great restaurant recommendations which we used! Great location too and only a short walk to the Duomo etc, and Campo.

Air conditioning could have been a little stronger but the room was naturally quite cool which helped.

Francesca is a very kind host. The guest house is well located near to sites and relatively close to a parking garage (25 euros a day with discount from Francesca). The room itself is beautiful & breakfast such a treat. Highly recommend!

Very nice and local room with a super host - always happy to come back!

Francesca is super sweet, accommodating and took great care of us! The room is in the middle of the center and yet quiet. It is very tastefully decorated with Tuscan flair and the breakfast was insanely delicious!!
