Great property, really the only issue was checking in. The code given to me via email did not work. I’m just glad I was able to get a hold of someone and they were able to help. Overall it was great. Lots of room and fantastic view.

Spacious home Great location. Enjoyed our stay very much. Elk in back yard. Loved it.

very roomy and comfortable. the carpet stains throughout the house were too much and made the house feel not as clean. the kitchen floor also needs a deep cleaning. as much as the cleaning fees are they should be applied and used to clean or replace the carpet.
one of the dining chairs has a lose leg and wiggles a lot. my elderly father tried sitting and made the rest of us uncomfortable and scared he was going to fall off the chair.

Great place for families

This property has the potential to be a premium place to stay. The carpets are very heavily soiled, the windows (and they are large and offer good sight lines) are very dirty. The microwave doesn’t work properly. One sink faucet was missing a handle. The decks were not clean and the hot tub was so milky we would not use it. The management company has obviously had some really bad experience with guests because their communication was curt and not guest friendly. The two couples that booked this property are seniors and that respect their own personal property and that of others ….. we were disappointed with the overall experience.

Excellent location! Check in time is 4:00 and check out time is 10 am. Would be better if the time gap was closer together to ensure our money is well spent. Overall we would definitely return.

What an awesome place. Some parts of the home are dated such as the carpet with some stains and some cracks in the bar top, but this had no damper on our stay. The hot tub was over chlorinated and was causing black marks from the seat pillows. They got on our bodies and made black marks on the tub. I called the property manager about the problem and she was very helpful. We left the cover off for a while and the smell of Chlorine was better and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The property was beautiful. Loved the deer and elk that could be seen in the morning and evenings. Enjoyed the sound of the wind blowing through the pine trees too. Very enjoyable visit and would love to come back some day.

Love the big beautiful living room with the huge windows!! The beds were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This property was very roomy and nice. The light switches were a little difficult to figure out, and the master bathroom show (right of the entrance door) has the hot and cold water reversed. It took a very cold shower for us to figure this out. My recommendation is to either fix the issue or post a sign on the shower door. Overall, the home and experience was very nice!

An Absolutely Fabulous Stay! The home was exactly as described. Beautiful views, very close to town and a great neighborhood. The washer/dryer were so nice to have for an extended stay. There were great views from every room. A gas grill was provided for grilling on one of the 4 decks. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and bathroom towels. This was my family’s favorite Christmas vacation. Dad got to watch deer and elk walk past the windows as we girls shopped those adorable shops in Mid Town. Ski Apache was 30 minutes away and Winter Park was 15 minutes away with snow tubing. We ice skated in Midtown and had hot cocoa around the fire right next to the rink. It was truly everything we had hoped for in a winter vacation.
Ps. The management company did an excellent job when called upon for help and George (maintenance) was readily available with the minor glitches we had. Thank you Hummingbird Cabins!

This house is large roomy, nice kitchen, but the bathrooms are moldy and smells terrible. There are no closets for family members to hang there clothes. We feel the high price for this house was misrepresented. They put locks on closets for their own personal use that should have been for their guest. Why would you have a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath and not make it clean and comfortable? We were all very disappointed and wish the owners would renovate this spacious home and give up the closet space that they selfishly hoarded for themselves and allow their guest to be comfortable and get what we paid for$$$$. What a shame :(

Rental was seamless and no issues.

Two rooms had no place to hang clothes. No Kleenex. One room had no dresser and absolutely no place to put clothes. We cleaned the grill. Sky lights in one bedroom prevented some sleep.

This property is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable with no "holes". The kitchen is well stocked. The light switches require a learning curve, but not a big deal.

Lovely
Walking into the house I felt very pleased by the openness and size of the living, dining and kitchen. All the bedrooms were spacious and were comfortable. Downfalls were the kitchen cabinets that were sticky and think the dining room table needs a table cloth. Our daughter, son-in-law and their 3 dogs had to leave less than 24 hours due to testing positive on Sunday morning. They were sad to leave our place in the mountains. We saw deer and elk on the property. Beautiful.

Property was not too far off the beaten path, easy to get to and close enough to Ruidoso activities, clean and spacious

Magical
Beautiful home in a fantastic location. Close to downtown Ruidoso and the casino. Stayed with my boyfriend, sister and older parents plus our 3 pups. Mom is in a wheelchair and that can make getaways kind of difficult to navigate, this home was absolutely perfect, the majority of the home is completely wheelchair accessible. The den is sunken but has a bar along one side which allowed mom to take the three steps with a bit of help. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and have their own space. Close to a couple of walking trails for walking the pups. Beautiful, amazing home, grateful to the owners for making it literally feel like you are staying with family.
