Room was clean, cute, a walk to everything local. Owners did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and continental breakfast was amazing, lots if choices.
Maybe screens on windows.

Great location and nice room.
Not much open in the area for food. Only 1 restaurant.

We loved the room and all the little thoughtful touches in it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We loved the little table overlooking the balcony where we enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. The owners are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nothing. It was great!

Beautiful decor and care taken. Lovely white linen and quiet fridge. Welcoming baskets of flowers.

The peacefulness, all in all we loved the surroundings and cozy room
Limited food places, we don’t eat lots of junk, but we know it’s tougher to balance profit with offerings for clients. Not a huge deal.
Also, accurate closing times for the local restaurants would definitely have helped

The owners, Andrew & Heidi, are just so sweet! They are so helpful and really seem to take pride in their business. Room #5 is amazing! Quiet, extremely comfortable, new furnishings, and the views are beautiful. Be sure to eat at Aunt Sue's across the road and don't forget the pie for dessert. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Heidi & Andrew !! :)
That we had to leave so soon :)

Big rooms. New or renovated. Quiet. Comfortable.
Nothing to eat. We arrived at 9 pm after a long drive. Nothing to eat at the property and nothing open within 30 minutes drive.
Bathroom was big but shower was small.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
4.5 / 5.0
Our room was wonderfully cozy, with carpet throughout, a very comfortable bed, good heat and a fireplace. The room was clean and check-in was easy, and it was perfectly positioned between Bryce and Zion National Parks.
The hotel office is open with limited hours due to the pandemic, but everything with our check-in and check-out was done via phone/text, so it was still very easy to check-in.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean
Wish the bar was open. But I’m sure with COVID and season time it was assumed that it wouldn’t be
4.5 / 5.0
The room was very convenient and well equipped. Due to covid precautions, they told us that the room wouldn't be arranged daily and if we needed anything we should call. This was fine with us and when we did call, they came immediately. The hot water in the shower was amazing.
The internet was spotty. The heater (which we only needed on the last night) worked well but was very noisy. Also, it would be useful to have plates and silverware for using when heating food in the microwave.
