The apartment is part of a villa, facing the beach. Located in Formia in a private and guarded park, with direct access to the beach for use by park guests. Parking for 1 car is assured but it is recommended to book it in advance. The apartment is totally and finely renovated and air-conditioned hot / cold, with independent entrance, outdoor shower and free wifi. It consists of a living room which opens onto a terrace which offers a wonderful panorama of the beach in front of the house and the Gulf of Gaeta. The terrace is equipped with chairs, outdoor table, umbrella and 2 sun loungers. The kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, electric kettle and coffee maker. The mountain side also has a terrace equipped with table and chairs. Two bedrooms: the first sea view with double bed and large wardrobe closet; the second mountain view with two separate single beds (you can join them to get a second double bed). The headboards of the beds are in Italian hand made ceramic. The bathroom is equipped with bidet, toilet, shower, electric towel warmer. Clean towels and bed linen and towels available on arrival are included in the price.
Access to the beach in front of the apartment is always available. For the months of July and August there is a free service on the beach including an umbrella and 2 folding chairs.
The property, which overlooks the beach from which it is only a few meters away, is located in Formia, 2.7 km from the port, 3 km from the railway station and 2 km from the Gianola park, it is 100 meters away. from bar, restaurant, tobacconist, newsagent, gastronomy; at 2 km. from a large shopping center with hypermarket; 15 'on foot and 5' by car from the center of Formia (port area), 10 'by car from Gaeta; 20 minutes by car from Sperlonga known for its Mediterranean beach and the museum of archaeological finds; 30 'from Cassino and its historic abbey destroyed in the Second World War.
