The principal living room boasts a lavish statement sofa with state-of-the-art music system and with glass doors leading directly out onto an outdoor lake view living area, perfect for serving aperitifs before dinner parties.
A second lake view living area with comfortable L-shaped sofa and wall mounted flat screen SAT TV and Wi-Fi access features next to the principal living room with shallow steps leading to a fabulous open plan kitchen diner with a stunning fully fitted white modernist kitchen providing all the highest quality appliances. A central island provides a stylish breakfast table and the contemporary lake view dining area is beautifully furnished for 8 guests.
Glass doors from the kitchen diner slide out onto a covered terrace with framed view of the lake ideal for morning breakfasts and for taking tea. A sunny terrace furnished with a splendid outdoors dining set for up to 10 and a custom made BBQ provides an impressive venue for alfresco dinner parties. The lakefront location provides guests with incredible opportunities to enjoy the lake from sunbathing on the nearby public shingle beach, using the villa’s private boat house and also lake swimming from its private pontoon.
As well as the two lakefront terraces the villa also boasts a spectacular lakefront poolside sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and a modernist canopy with a superb outdoor swimming pool for guests exclusive enjoyment.
From the main living area modernist stairway leads guests to the beautiful first floor above, which boasts 4 luxury guest suites each designed in a different creative colour scheme, to an exceptionally high and modern boutique finish. One double bedroom has an en-bathroom even boast private lake view balcony. The second bedroom offers two single joinable beds with an en-suite bathroom. The third suite also has two single joinable beds which has its own private lake view balcony. The fourth bedroom with two modern sets of bunk beds is perfect for children. The third and fourth bedroom shares a common modern boutique finished bathroom.
The accommodation is ideal for large groups and families and the bathrooms are luxuriously fitted with striking modern interiors and the highest quality power showers, fixtures and fittings. Further, in the ground floor level there is service toilet which is conveniently located.
From the exclusive Villa guests are perfectly located to explore the many central lake activities, attractions and amenities. The village of Lenno itself boasts a wide range of modern amenities, a picturesque lakefront centre, the stylish Lido di Lenno beach bar and restaurant and also one of Lake Como’s most famous visitor attractions - Villa Balbianello. The central lake boasts many fine restaurants, resort towns, villa attractions and world class activities and the private hire of a chef, catering, housekeeper, water taxi or personal chauffeur can be arranged for your additional comfort to fully experience a luxury Lake Como holiday!
