Do not stay in room 11. Check the room before checking in.

The location is well within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Rooms are are a nice size.

The room we were checked into were not inhabitable. They were dirty and pokey.

Location central. Parking good. Shared kitchen was clean and functioning. Kettle in room.

Bed was too soft. Not good for my back. But it was clean.

Great value and location

Excellent location , just a short walk to shops and pubs. Room was comfortable and clean. Good sized tv

Room is quite small but fair for the price. We were staying downstairs and we could hear the people above us stomping around

Nothing. I got what I paid for and to the extent this is a budget premises it was somewhat underwhelming. It was a really hot summer day when I arrived and I pleased to say the air-conditioning was excellent. I was only there to sleep and move on so it was OK.

The place is tired - you get what you pay for. Minimal furniture and smallish room. Basic!

The accommodation was generally not clean. Bathroom was not clean, the cutlery that was available was not clean and there was nothing to wash it with. There was no bowls or cooking utensils, as most places that have a kitchenette that we have stayed at previously have all the basics to use a kitchen. Staff would linger in the carpark and you would walk out of your room and they would walk towards you and say nothing. No smiles, how are you. It was very weird. The bathroom was very tight and there must have been a leakage as the carpet near the door was wet and around the drainage hole in the shower was dodgy. To sit on the toilet, you had to sit sideways as your knees would hit the basin cupboard. You also had to stand on your tippy toes to see in the bathroom mirror. You would not want to be a short person. The floor was not clean and the bed sheets had stains/marks on them like they had not been cleaned properly.

Good value for money, relatively clean and central

Good value for money. Room was clean and the bathroom was recently renovated. Owner is nice and helpful and keen to help make our stay more enjoyable

The bedding and dooner could have better sheets. They were clean but a quilt cover is better than using sheets
