Basic for a quick stay

Great communication from host and good welcome. Good value. TV room downstairs well set up. Good location. Host responded quickly when we asked for more pillows. We appreciated the option to stay at the last minute.

The bed did not have a top sheet- just a bottom one and duvet which felt a bit icky - unless they are cleaning the duvet cover each time someone stays? Pillow cases were not that clean. Would have been good to have a face cloth and hand towel provided as well as bath towels, as the shared bathroom had no towels at all.

A life savior for a lovely short stay. My wife wanted to stay longer.

It was quite and easy access to the rooms. Perfect for short stays when needed. Value for money perfect. Response from the place via email was quick.

I was not able to stay longer.

Was very easy to come and go, they let you get on with it. Very neat presentation of the house and rooms.

Big room with excellent sunrise views in the morning. Can use tea, coffee and milk in the morning. Bed was extremely comfortable with electric blankets which make it super cosy. The room also came with additional heater and fan (very useful as the room and bathroom was initially cold on arriving). Parking available. Owners on site in case of issues.

beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. very clean. hosts were lovely and helpful.

It was convenient because we arrived @ 9pm. Rosie was very cordial & her husband told us about visiting Cambridge, a small English influenced town on the way to Lake Taupo which we loved & had a great breakfast/lunch. There were oranges for breakfast.

There was a shared bathroom that had hair on the bath mat.

Beds were comfy and the family were lovely.

Shared bathroom with 3 other rooms but knew that when booking. Parking also was an issue but I was able to park in their driveway.

A good choice .Perfect for our needs. Would return again. Thank you Rosy.

Property was very clean and quiet. At the end of a cul de sac so no road noise. Bedroom provided with water jug and multi plug box ( excellent idea as often guests want to charge more than one item). Excellent location for us as it was close to family. Rosy made us very welcome and showed us facilities we were welcome to use. Bed was very comfortable .

A shared bathroom but that’s not a complaint .
