Beautiful ski and all season home in Aspen, easy walk to the gondola! Bus service at end of the street, quiet neighborhood with park behind it. Premium cable and wi fi throughout home. 3rd floor hot tub. Park has playground, picnic area, fountain, pond, and hiking trails! This luxury private home in a quiet neighborhood near the free local bus line that services all four area ski areas. Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. This home features 4 bedrooms with private baths, AC in 3 upper bedrooms and upper living area, living, dining room, large closets, deck with seating, media room downstairs with bar, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher and large TVs. Two sets of washers and dryers (one in master closet) and dishwashers are on premises. Front of home has 3-4 legal parking places (1 less with heavy snow). Open living area with large TV, stereo, large kitchen, and dining room seats eight. Bars seat another 7 people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, silverware, spices, , small appliances and more. Roomy desk area in kitchen with office supplies and a half bath is nearby. Large Sub-Zeros, gas range, & oven/microwave. Two masters with walk in closets and a hot tub off main master with Ajax mountain views. Extra sleeping with queen inflatables available in media room plus twin rollaway for use in any of the larger bedrooms or media room. No loud noise or raucous behavior. Strict low noise policy.

Aspen and CO taxes applied nightly for rentals 30 days or less. No city or state tax required on 30+ day rentals. $50 per dog, per day. Dog fee over 1 dog collected separately, discount on dogs over two weeks. Please pick up after your fur buddies. Extra $50 fee applied for each person over 8, per day. Fabulous spacious home walking distance to town. We have me and my wife, my son and his girlfriend, daughter/husband and 2 small children and plenty of room. Never felt on top of each other.

The hosts were super nice and the house was very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to spread out once our full house arrived. The neighborhood was a 10-15 minute walk into town with an adorable park located right behind the property. Great for pet owners. The neighbors were also super friendly and overall it was a fantastic stay. Great location, friendly owners, clean and spacious home! Would definitely recommend!

Our stay in this wonderful, clean and delightful house was a real treat. Just like home-has everything and even more! It’s like to come to visit your mom! It tells me a lot about sweet and hospitable owners of this place. Not even mention that they always were available and caring. About two, three times in the year we visit Aspen and it been a best place that we ever stayed! Thank you ! 🤗

This home was perfect for us as it has many different levels, providing privacy for everyone. I had a son and his wife with an infant that stayed on the top floor in a large master suite and an additional bedroom right next door. I stayed in the master on the level with the kitchen , and my two young grandsons and their nanny stayed in the basement providing the ability for people to get up at different times and not wake other members. Comfy beds and immaculate home. The house is built solid and very quiet. There ARE many stairs and levels to get to the kitchen and up from the street so might not be right for people uncomfortable with stairs but the location was just on the edge of town with walkability into town and to the park. The hosts were wonderful and communicative. We will definitely rent again in the future.

I stayed here with a group of girls the week before my wedding in Snowmass and I cannot say enough great things about our stay and specifically about the property manager who we communicated with! They were prompt in their responses and incredibly accommodating throughout our whole stay. They even left a sweet basket for our group to celebrate the special occasion. The walk into town was a breeze and we loved this house so much! The hot tub off the primary bedroom was a nice touch! I would definitely book here again!

This house was perfect. 4 bedrooms each with a king bed and the host even set up air mattresses for us. Each bathroom had all the toiletries you could need. Most importantly, you can't be the location! Just a few minutes walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and gondola.

The best of Aspen
Jen and Rob were awesome hosts! They were thoughtful, kind and responsive through every step of the process. Their house is located a very short walk from all the pleasures of down town Aspen, and flat a short walk from the base of Ajax. One day we also took the bus to Buttermilk for some of our beginning skiers which was very easy. The hot tub was located on the porch and had an awesome view. Each room was situated with a king bed and fireplace, and the kitchen was a chef's dream. This was the ultimate Aspen girls trip, we spent our days on the mountain, cooked at home, hot tubbed and read, and had a couple nice dinners out. Specifically for our group of young professionals this made Aspen a very affordable experience. Thanks again for hosting, Jenny and Rob! I would go back in heart beat.

Wonderful home and location
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week family vacation in this lovely home. There was plenty of room to gather for eating and game-playing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. I was particularly happy to have a spacious 1st floor en-suite bedroom, as I was recovering from foot surgery. Many thanks for the fabulous hospitality; we hope to visit again!

The house has a nice floor plans with the 3 main bedrooms on 2 floors and a basement with a forth bedroom and second living area. There are 2 rooms that can both be used as masters if 2 couples are renting. Nice kitchen with large table. Quiet Cul de sac east of town but walkable. Small patio in front of house with a grill. The hosts were very accessible and responsive.

2nd vacation In this wonderful house
This out second summer in Aspen and in this house. We loved it. The house is big enough for a big family or two small families.
You have everything that need for cooking. The beds are súper confortables. The basement for us having pre teens was ideal, they were there having fun and the adults in the main floor.
The owner left us bikes that we enjoyed everyday.
Jenny and her husband are kinds hosts. Amd very responsive. We definitely are going to come back.

Two little problems -- young kids - 4 under 7 - thought they would sleep on the floor with the "air mattresses" described in the listing -- we searched high & low & never found one air mattress. That was a bit of a problem but we manages using sofa cushions to make beds for them..... it is listed as being able to sleep more than 8 but it isn't --- unless on sofa's. 2nd problem was cooking on the grill with kids starved after skiing & the tank was empty.... My son ran into town & bought another tank -- kids ate pasta. Good location -- can walk. we drove.We had a Wonderful time -- Loved the house!!! Thank you.

Great house, great location
We spent Thanksgiving week 2020 here, 8 of us and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and had a great layout for our group. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Home, tough communication
The property and home are very clean and beautiful. Nice trails and playground for kids in the back. Walking distance to the beautiful town of Aspen. Beautiful cozy home with everything you need for cooking. The communication with the owners was a little difficult. We never received info on how to get into the home. Luckily there were workers there to let us in. Trying to contact owners through VRBO and calling wasn’t working. We finally got a hold of them the next day by calling VRBO help line and them contacting owners. After that communication was very easy and owners apologetic for mishap.

Our Stay in this house was more than perfect. It exceeded our expectations!!!!
It’s a very big house with enough room for a family and even it has a private extra space for guests. The kitchen appliances are the best. My husband is a Cheff and he enjoyed so much to cook there.
The beds are very comfortable. The deco es beautiful.
The neighborhood is very nice and quite but close enough to the town to walk.
We had a trail just behind the house and a playground close.
Jenny was the best host very responsive and helpful with us.
I can’t wait to comeback next summer. Or even before.

Great family get away
This was an excellent property for a family getaway for my wife, two adult children and spouse. The well-appointed bedrooms were on three different levels, affording privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped and well stocked with all the basics; we ended up cooking most of our meals at the property. The house sits near the end of a quiet street. Downtown Aspen is a pleasant walk via the trail that runs just behind the property. We will definitely consider returning.

Fantastic home. Very luxurious with dozens of modern upgrades. Good location inside Aspen that felt secluded, even though it was near other homes. Owners had the place immaculate upon arrival, and they were also extremely responsive about planning ahead of time. It was a perfect retreat for our time in Aspen. 6-stars

Beautiful home with multiple master bedroom setups
The details in this home are amazing. We loved the stained glass and front porch. It is close enough to walk with a sidewalk all the way to town. We had a few minor issues at the home and the property manager and owner were in communication the whole time and took care of everything asap. We would come back here with a group again especially because of the bedrooms all with their own dedicated bathrooms have everyone their own “hotel suite” with some great common areas. The basement was a full apartment by itself with a kitchenette with dishwasher, full bath, bedroom, living room and laundry. We appreciated all the separate space for the kids.

Family vacation
The house was a great size, a private bathroom for every bedroom was awesome, liked the location, cleanliness on the other hand left something to be desired, the garage was full of garbage when we arrived, I truly believe that the only thing the cleaning crew did was change the sheets on the beds. There were clothes left behind in bedrooms from previous tennants, counters were dirty, rugs were dirty, we left it cleaner than we received it.
