Great stay at a lovely place with friendly helpful staff! Convenient to old town.

Great variety and all the food was put in our apartment fridge so we could eat at any time. There was fruit, fresh bread, cold meats, milk, eggs etc.

I highly recommend Old Town Quito Suites!

Every part of our stay was perfect. The building is very unique and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The staff were so helpful with everything, from restaurant recommendations to transportation from the airport. The location near the Historic Center is perfect and very walkable. We really enjoyed the fresh bread and refrigerator stocked with breakfast supplies so we could enjoy a leisurely morning with coffee in our room our in the beautiful courtyard.

Wouldn't change a thing!

Charming Gem!

Our family of four loved our stay at Old Town Quito Suites. Everything was immaculate, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed and curated. The staff was friendly, inquisitive, and helpful, especially in arranging early morning transportation and responding to communications. Upon arrival, your room has a fresh loaf of local bread, a stocked fridge for breakfast and snacks, and a generous fruit bowl. We also enjoyed the proximity to the local Cafe San Blas up the street - a charming mom-and-daughter operation with delicious food and the best milkshakes ever, according to my 12-year-old. Don't hesitate to book your stay at this lovely gem! (I posted this review on Booking.com as well as we stayed here twice using two booking platforms - the first two nights and the last night of our trip to Ecuador).

Little slice of home in Quito!

Beautiful apartment in traditional colonial building just 2 minutes walk from Quito Old town. The apartment was super comfy and the breakfast they left us in the apartment was incredible!! Everything we needed and more. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us!

Spacious oasis 1 BR apartment near Old Town

This is an Oasis on the edge of Old Town in San Blas - easy access to major Old Town sites. I had a spacious 1 BR apartment, spotlessly clean and appointed, including stocked fridge and fresh bread. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed - including my bananas. The interior courtyard is sublime. Great overall value.

It was a nice place to stay and very clean. Breakfast is included but you have to make it yourself.

This was an interesting approach for breakfast. The breakfast was included but you had to make it in your own room. They supplied quite a bit of things for your meal. In the refrigerator they had yogurt, eggs, ham, juice, jam, and perhaps milk. They also provided a good size loaf of french bread and fresh fruit. It was very clean!

Although, I did like all the things that were provided for breakfast. I would much rather not make it myself. We are a family of 5 and the last thing I want to worry about is making breakfast for everyone. We specifically booked hotels that had an option to include breakfast for a reason. I wouldn't mind paying extra for the fruit so we have something to snack on throughout the day.

Beautiful, peaceful, and safe. Would recommend

We loved Old Town Quito Suites. The inner atrium was so peaceful, and I felt very safe staying here. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. We also scheduled a food tour through them, which ended up being a highlight of our trip. Getting new fresh bread, drinking water, and fruits in our room every day was a really nice touch. The rooms and atrium were also all very beautiful. We stayed here prior to our group tour starting, and moved to Hotel Mercure at the start of the tour. I preferred Old Town Quito Suites by far over Hotel Mercure.

Can’t be better

What a welcome to Quito. Really, it could not be better than landing in Old Town Suites after along flight with a warm welcome by extremely friendly staff. The rooms are a successful mixture between antique furniture and modern equipment. And most of all: The suite was extraordinary clean. Thanks for filling up our fridge for a nice breakfast before exploring Quitos old town only 2-3 blocks away. The staff was very helpful with their advices for sightseeing, restaurants etc. What a wonderful place for our little family. Why does booking.com not allows 11 points? Thanks for everything! We’ll be back!

Stunning property with 5+ star service.

One of the nicest spots we’ve stayed. From the beautiful facilities to the incredibly helpful staff, everything was absolutely perfect! And ideal for families with kids. We were only there for 2 nights and I want to go back just to stay here longer. They booked us a car from the airport (seamless). And they even stocked our kitchen with gf and peanut-free foods to have for our late arrival. Truly next level service!

A wonderful stay with excellent staff.

The location was great with a short stroll to the main square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to leave our big bags while we travelled for a few days. The Room was superb with wonderful decor. We were left with all we needed to prepare our own breakfast in our own time. We couldn’t ask for any more.

Lovely spacious apartments

Everything - the place was huge and really clean. Bathroom was super modern with good toiletries. Really appreciated the fresh bread and water provided (along with lots of other bits like cheese, ham, eggs etc.) Apartments are just across the road from Sushi and Drinks which had the best sushi of our whole 6 month trip - highly recommended. I believe the apartments are manned 24/7 by reception so it feels really safe and staff are super friendly.

An amazing and welcoming place to stay in Quito!

Old Town Quito Suites is tastefully decorated with a mix of vintage and rustic designs. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very helpful. They did an excellent job with accommodating our food allergies for breakfast and were always a pleasure to interact with. It was an excellent spot to be for our first time ever in Ecuador and we have only positive things to say. We loved that our teenagers could have their own room and even their own beds within their room. We would highly recommend this property to other travelers, including families.

Best Place To Stay in All of Old Town Ecuador!

The entire place is fantastic. Room was amazing. Clean, updated, comfortable and breakfast items in fridge were excellent to cook everything we needed in the kitchen. Staff were extremely helpful and wonderful hosts! Very easy access to all of Old Town area and great restaurants.

Perfect!

From the moment we booked, it was smooth sailing,, So nice to have airport pick up late at night, and then a smiling face to greet us at the hotel and tuck us in. Dirk and his staff were so helpful in booking transportation and guides. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless with all the toiletries, and fresh bread, fruits, eggs, and other fixings for breakfast. Absolutely could not ask for anything more or better than this in Quito!

Don't waste time searching, just book and you will be happy.

This apartment was gorgeous! The pictures don't do it justice. We were welcomed by very friendly people. The process was simple and smooth. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Even the fridge was stocked with essentials and they also gave us fresh fruit and water and a loaf of bread which we devoured when we arrived. The location was perfect. If we return to Quito I will def. stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Don't use the laundry service. It wasn't ready on time. We had to wait for a few hours after the agreed time. Looks like the hotel staff didn't try to push them., We had to keep asking. We asked for vegetables for breakfast )tomato, avocado) but never got it

Cosy,

Central location within walking distance to historical Quito. And mostly the amazingly helpful and friendly staff. The suite was clean and spacious and beds so comfortable after a long haul flight. The kitchen was well stocked with fresh bread each day an added bonus!
