Está cómodo, la alberca está climatizada y está muy bien ubicado.

En la descripción del hotel mencionan que tiene Spa y al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que todavía no han terminado de construirlo. También mencionan que el hotel tiene un excelente vista y no es cierto. La alberca no se veía tan limpia.

Las fotografías venden más de lo que es.

El área de restaurante no es agradable. No puedo decir que algo me haya gustado realmente.

No es un hotel boutique como tal. Entiendo que estaban haciendo obras. Los espacios de esparcimiento son demasiado pequeños, las habitaciones son incómodas, no hay en donde colocar la ropa decentemente. No hay en donde colocar el equipaje. La decoración de la habitación y el jacuzzi expuesto no se ven bien.

Location was nice but hotel not as expected

Location of hotel was the best part of it. The stay begun great with staff being extremely accommodating due to us arriving early morning, they gave us our room way before check-in time which we truly appreciated.

The hotel was very expensive for what it is. We decided to stay here thinking the price was worth the stay because of breakfast and the hot tub. However, due to issues with the hot tub not heating up (and one side of the tub not working which took forever to fill) we ended using the room mostly to sleep. We might as well stayed in a plain hotel room at a much better price. Breakfast was okay - coffee was not good. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again nor recommend due to the false advertisement of what is expected when you book here. I saw that there have been previous reviews saying that the hot tub issue has been fixed but it clearly has not when we visited so I would not trust that it has been fixed in the future.

Las instalaciones muy limpias, el personal muy amable, muy atentos, la cama súper cómoda :) la comida deliciosa, muy recomendable para pasar un fin de semana rico con tu pareja.

El personal es muy atento, sus albercas están climatizadas lo cual fue genial y su desayuno estuvo muy rico

Que cierran muy temprano la barra de bebidas pues a las 11 ya no quisieron vender y tampoco en servicio en habitación

Nice facilities, perfect location.

We loved the location and proximity to town. The bar hot tub was really nice and the breakfast was amazing. The room and grounds were beautiful.

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi, but didn’t get to use it because the water became cold after filling it only for a couple minutes. This happened 2 nights in a row. Don’t bother upgrading if you prefer a hot bath. The hot tub upstairs was a good backup plan, but definitely not the same as a private one. That was the only disappointment. I’d stay here again, but in a basic room.

the room was fine other than when it rained outside .. it rained inside also

nickle & dime everything .. $450 pesos to bring in any alcohol .. which I signed but was in tiny print charged for a wet luggage stand 200 pesos .. and it rained inside the too!! therefore was very expensive

really clean room. Nice amenities. Quiet area. Great breakfast, friendly staff and excellent location, really close to everything in Tepoztlan. Wifi works perfect, hot tub in the room was a plus and room service was willing to go the extra mile even working after hours.

Overpriced and dissapointed, not willing to come back.

It’s overpriced for what you get. Rooms are very noisy, we can hear the noise from the rooms upstairs very loud, the room was cold and humid. The doors of the closet were no closing properly, the main door of the room was not working at all, the sink in the bathroom was not working good, the toilet sit was not properly fixed.

Great location

Great location close to town centre. Big room, very comfy. Large bathroom and good walk in shower. Had to leave early in the morning but staff went out of their way to provide us with breakfast.

The pool wasn't very clean. There were construction works ongoing at the front of the property and small bits of styrofoam were flying everywhere.

Amazing romantic night away

Jacuzzi and bed were amazing. Made a special request for our anniversary and they put rose petals all over the bed and made it super romantic and lovely on short notice.

Water wasn't super hot, but that is quite normal in Mexico.

Awesome place to stay!!

This was such an awesome place to stay. I would definitely come back here when I return to Tepoztlan. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and all the lounge chairs were so comfy!

My only complaint was the room was very bright in the morning due to a sky light (the view was excellent) but it was hard to sleep with how bright it was.

I don’t know what to think about this place. great staff and service but horrible experience.

the room and facilities were great, so were the staff.

We booked this hotel because the suite had a jacuzzi but there was no hot water so we could not use it or take a warm shower. There were also men working outside of our room and talking loudly until after midnight. Finally, when we went to check out, we were told that we owed $1680 (Mexican) for the 5 shots of whiskey we had with breakfast. funny thing is, we can’t drink at all due to our fasting before our retreat. I saw the handwritten bill from the kitchen. It showed our two coffees, our two fruit plates, vegetables, and finally five marks next to black whiskey. After going back and forth with the front desk, they called the waiter and he Diane even deny it. I don’t know what to think.

Really nice rooms, poor ambiance

The rooms are really nice, the bed it’s comfy but really the only attraction this place has it’s the jacuzzi inside the room. I had a relaxing massage in my room and it was excellent, Nayelli is really good.

The music from the bar is really annoying and super loud, I went there because I wanted to relax. They don’t give courtesy water in the rooms. I found some hair on the shower wall. And the restaurant didn’t invited me to stay for my included breakfast.

Cute place, but super noisy and bad customer service.

The hotel is located next to an event venue, with really loud music carrying over to many of the rooms through the night. We got one of the noisy rooms, refused to take it and got promises of getting our money back. Later the hotel refused the refund, so we paid full price for nothing. If you decide to risk it with the hotel, at least bring some earplugs in case you end up in one of the noisy rooms.
