We love Swanage and have stayed at an adjacent property many times. Just one thing about the listing. You list two parking spaces but the owner says there is only one available. Fortunately we were allowed to use both otherwise it would have been awkward

Lovely cottage
Very nice and cosy cottage. Nicely furnished, everything you need is there. My only tiny concern was about the kitchen appliances. The pots, pans and the kettle seemed very old but still ok to be used. The cottage is close to the town centre and the beach, great location!

Great loacation, fabulous views!
A really comfortable house with great views from the lounge and master bedroom. It is a very short walk from the pier, the beach, shops, amusements, restaurants etc and has parking for 2 cars outside. The house was very well equipped with all you could need (except for a clothes airer!). There was plenty of space for 4 people and the bedroom downstairs would easily be able to accommodate the pull out bed for a fifth person.
Our only criticism was with the television, which was faulty prior to our stay and had not been fixed. Despite requests, this was not sorted out during our stay.
