An expansive living space set over 3 floors with 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms (Sleeps 9). Top of the range appliances throughout, along with a separate media room featuring its own bar/kitchenette. This well thought out property also features an outdoor living space, private hot tub with gas fireplace and a 2 car private garage, making this an excellent choice for the most discerning client.

The house was perfect. The interior furnishings were very nice just like the pictures show. The hot tub felt great after a long day of skiing. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back. The customer service was great too. They were quick to respond and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this beautiful home. Very well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful furnishings. We had one issue with our fireplace but our property manager, Debbie was so gracious and took care of us right away. I would absolutely rent this home again and would highly recommend the property manager & her company- Whistler Breaks.

Very clean upscale property. Easy walking or biking to Village. Great trails close by. Downstairs is one living area and TV. Main floor kitchen and living room. Upstairs nice master.

Incredible Ski Vacation!
This is a gorgeous home with impeccable trimmings. The property manager Debbie, was incredibly helpful with our desire to add an extra day to our stay, and connecting me with the hot tub technician when I accidentally turned off the heat. I can't give this property rave enough reviews. It was just awesome!

We had a wonderful time at this property and found communication to be very quick. The unit is very well maintained and the location is very central. Having your own garage attached to your property is very helpful for all of the ski equipment. 3 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space to spare.

Excellent ski holiday spot
We were 8 people. 2 families and this place was amazing. Large enough so we weren’t falling over each other. Excellent set up and location. We had 4 epic ski days and lots of relaxation and fun in between. Thank you !

Upstairs bedrooms were chilly, which were great for sleeping but not for the rest of the day. Need some newer pots & pans.

This house is an incredible value. We had a group of 9 and felt very comfortable in the house. With a large group it was great there were two living rooms of those that wanted to watch a movie and those that wanted to hang out / play a game. Beds were comfy and kitchen is well equipped for cooking in. Only downside is about a 1 mi / 1.6 km walk to the lifts but very short walk to the bus (also parking at the base is only $10 CAD).

The house was well prersented and very comfortable. Lovely mountain views from front of house windows. Shuttle bus is diagonally across road from condo and costs $2.50 each way. Nestor's supermarket is a 3minute walk behind the property and is also an alternative shuttle stop pickup. We walked to the ski hill a few times and took only about 15-20mins. Only recommendations for improvements would be that the 2 x queen bed frames are very low to the floor and the lighting in the bedrooms is quite poor.

We stayed at this property as 2 small families with young children. The property was beautiful with all the amenities. Dishes and cooking utensils were all provided. Bedding was comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone and with 2 families attending we were happy with the multilevel design layout. We were about a 15 minute walk from downtown whistler. There was an issue with the hot tub during our stay, which was fixed promptly when we let them know. Would highly recommend the property to anyone travelling to Whistler.

Great family place, close to everything.
Lovely home, great location, great kitchen. Great furniture, hot tub, linens etc.
Only suggestion would be in re-up the cooking pots and lids to match quality and quantity of dishes and cutlery (which are all beautiful Crate & Barrel). There are odd sizes and not fitting kids, and not enough to make a dinner requiring more than one large pot. A large sized colander would also be great.

Great place, great location
Two families stayed for 5 days. We all had a great time. The place had a great layout with plenty of space for everyone. The bike path and trail network in the area made it easy to get around without having to drive. We loved the location and would definitely stay here again.

We were here for a family memorial. 8 adults and this condo worked for us great. Everything we needed was there. Short walk or drive to the village and we were surrounded by beautiful walking trails. extremely easy check-in/check-out. Definitely would go back there.

A wonderful place
8 of us came together for a memorial weekend and my 60th bday party. This condo is beautiful and there is nothing I can say that we needed that wasn’t here. We enjoyed the short walk to the village and just at our doorstep is a series of trails we explored. We were all older adults but this place would also suit families. Thanks for making our special weekend much more than we expected.

3 couples with 3 teenagers stayed for 4 nights. Each room is comfortable and the girls had a lot of space to split off from the adults. We had 3 amazing cooks in the bunch so we cooked in the gourmet kitchen for breakfast and dinner every night. It is well equipped. Only bummer was that the built in espresso machine was out of order. Being that we had stayed at a Fitzimmons unit before and were prepared to use it and are all coffee snobs it was a let down. :( Also the unit has a kitchen aid as an FYI, we found it on the last day. (Yes we actually brought ours as we made pretzels and cinnamon rolls from scratch). The underground parking with the private garage is also a really nice feature, makes it easy to come and go and load and unload. We will be back

We were thoroughly impressed with this modern townhouse just blocks to Whistler Village. We traveled for american Thanksgiving and were delighted that the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare a large meal for 8 people, including high yield cookware and serveware. The hot tub was popular with our kids too and we even had a bear cub visitor which was a special treat. The layout was ideal for multiple families and provides a rec room area for the bigger kids which we appreciated. I suppose the house is technically walkable to the village and gondola, but it really isn't practical in the winter so we drove. There is a shuttle just outside the Fitzsimmons Walk development that also takes you there. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Debbie at Whistler Breaks for all of your help before and during our stay!

This is an excellent property. Clean, modern with fully outfitted kitchen and modern appliances, large BBQ. Love the layout with the basement floor space being like a separate suite. Everything was very clean and organized. Clean hot tub. Love the parking arrangement very secure, and easy to get rid of the garbage. Only 15 min walk to the Village. We had a travelling masseuse (Stacey) come to the condo. She was excellent! Cons: (very few!). Close to a busy road and the highway so you can hear the traffic, but you wouldn't notice in the winter when windows are closed. The cleaning crew arrived 15 minutes before the early 10:00am check out time. Would have preferred they gave us a few more minutes. For a 4 day stay could use some additional towels but with the washer and dryer we laundered what was there. Overall this is a beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay. We were with family visiting from Ontario and they loved it. We had some smoky days from the fires that diluted the view of the mountains, but Whistler is always beautiful! Thanks for a great stay!!!
