About this villa rental
The Sant'Andrea suite is an independent apartment in a villa surrounded by a typically Mediterranean garden made of olive trees, pines and fruit trees.
The house is located on the promontory where the ruins of the Castle of Sant'Andrea, about 100 meters above sea level, dominate the coast.
The apartment with spectacular sea views and is able to offer guests a peaceful and restful.
The apartment was renovated in spring 2012, climate control, equipped with all the comforts, with kitchen, bathroom, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV with digital terrestrial receiver, washer and completely new furniture!
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.
The apartment is about 80 square meters and consists of entrance, kitchen with all the accessories, lounge area with TV and sofa-bed, two single beds, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower, closet and large terrace overlooking the sea.
The beach is sandy with large stretches of beach interspersed with factories and concessions offering umbrellas, beds or chairs, dressing room and shower services, from 5 euro per day.
Possibility to rent bicycles to use even to travel the beautiful pedestrian trail that winds behind the sea for 12 km to Porto d'Ascoli.
A favorite destination for family tourism thanks to the beauty of the pine forest, the soft sand, the tranquility of the environment, Cupra Marittima has been awarded the Blue Flag since 1997. The town consists of the medieval center of Marano stretched on a hill overlooking the modern town and a small harbor.
The Mediterranean climate favors the development of evergreen shrubs, palms, bougainvillea and oleander, the expression of a tropical and sub-tropical vegetation, full of exotic scents and overseas.
The beautiful pine forest, sandy beach front lined by palm trees and oleanders, the tranquility of Cupra Marittima make it a favorite tourist destination for families.
The town was founded by Piceni, a people of the Iron Age (VII-V centuries BC.), In honor of their goddess of fertility and abundance sum, Cupra. In the relevant Archaeological Park of Cupra Marittima, located north of the town, is recognizable the urban plan of the Roman city. In nearby San Michele are the ruins of Villa Magna with a nymph, while in Civita is recognizable area of the Forum.
From Cupra Marittima you can climb to the Col Andrew for a short road where the remains of the Castle of St. Andrew, an ancient fortress of the thirteenth century built with functions of warning and defense, now home to a spectacular open-air theater .
Continuing south for about 9 km along the scenic Provincial Cuprense, you come to the Gothic church of Santa Maria della Petrella, rich in frescoes of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries and curious ancient inscriptions.
Cupra Alta, the medieval Marano, is the ancient and charming village still surrounded by walls with square towers and multifaceted raised in sec. XV by Francesco Sforza. It has a splendid panorama of the sea and on the Italian Riviera. Among the narrow streets brightened by flower-filled balconies, or exceeded Porta Maggiore Marina, you meet the churches of Suffrage (sec. XVIII) and the Annunciation (the latter is housed in a permanent crib Poliscenico of Spanish art of Paul Fontana), Palazzo Brancadoro built by the Sforza, until you reach the Romanesque Church of St. Mary in the Castle (1330), privately owned , in which are preserved frescoes of the century. XIV-XVI, attributed to the school of Gentile da Fabriano.

VACANZA IN FAMIGLIA
Appartamento accogliente e ben arredato. Ottima posizione in mezzo al verde con uno squarcio sul mare. Sempre ventilato. Terrazzo sempre ombreggiato e quindi usufruibile per pranzo e cena all'aperto. Proprietaria molto gentile. Disponibilità di alcuni giochi per i bambini nel bed & breakfast adiacente.

falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung!!
Im Juli 2016 haben wir zu viert (4 Erwachsene) das Apartment bezogen.
Das Apartment befindet sich nicht zu Fuß 500m vom Meer entfernt, sondern mind. 500m Luftlinie. Das bedeutet, dass der eigentliche Strandweg 25min. zu Fuß auf einer schmalen, kurvigen und befahrenen Straße mit ca. 10% Steigung ist. Also gerade mit Kindern oder Reisenden, die nicht gut bei Fuß sind, unmöglich zu überwinden (bedeutet: Auto ist unausweichlich). Der Strand an sich ist ganz schön, jedoch recht steinig, weswegen wir meistens weiter an den Strand der Stadt San Benedetto del Tronto gefahren sind.
Ein weiterer negativer Aspekt ist die nicht vorhandene Stille, welche in dem Beschreibungstext angepriesen wird. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist sowohl eine Bahnstrecke (verläuft unten am Strand) und die Autobahn, welche zwar nicht zu sehen, dafür umso mehr 24 Stunden lang gut zu hören ist!
Das Apartment ist für vier Pers. (nicht mehr) ausreichend und schlicht eingerichtet. Auch die Küche bietet nur das Notwendige für Selbstversorger. Es fehlte einiges was normalerweise zur Grundausstattung gehört (Toaster, Wasserkocher) und auch das Geschirr ist für 4Pers. eher knapp gewesen. Auch die Mikrowelle gab es nicht.
An die offene Küche mit dem Essbereich schließt direkt eines der angegebenen Schlafzimmer, welches auch das eigentliche Wohnzimmer ist, an. Sie sind nur mit einem halbhohen Regal als Raumtrenner voneinander abgegrenzt, was bei größeren Kochaktionen zu schlechter Luft beim Schlafen führen kann. Da dieses Schlafzimmer in den eigentlichen Aufenthaltsraum des Apartments integriert ist, kann das etwas umständlich bezogen auf unterschiedliche Schlafgewohnheiten sein. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Raum für sich und besteht aus einem Doppelbett, Beistellbett und Schrank.
Das Bad mit WC, Dusche und Waschmaschine ist gepflegt und neuwertig, wobei für 7 Personen unterdimensioniert.
Der Balkon ist recht groß und die Aussicht auf die Landschaft und das Meer hat uns gefallen. Allerdings war abends gemütliches auf dem Balkon sitzen aufgrund der Mücken, trotz diverser Hilfsmittel nur sehr bedingt möglich.
Eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden, obwohl hier die Vorrichtungen vorhanden sind. Dafür gibt es ein funktionstüchtiges WLAN.
Zusammenfassend war es in Ordnung, die Vermieter waren nett und gaben sich Mühe. Wir würden das Apartment aber trotzdem nur an Leute weiterempfehlen, die keinen direkten Strandurlaub machen wollen und nur eine etwas kostengünstigere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen.

UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY-UNA VACANZA DA SOGNO
We had a great stay at Suite Sant'Andrea, the view is simply breathtaking, the apartment exceeded our expectations; full of light, very clean, spacious and cozy, furnished with new furniture, equipped with everything and with a splendid sea terrace for outdoor dining.
It is a true oasis and we feel very lucky to be here.
The location is great and very quiet.
Wi-Fi much appreciated.
The owner is very kind and helpful and also provided great service for breakfast and dinner in the beautiful veranda of his b & b "VERDE ROSA" that is adjacent !
Countryside good for cycling.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Suite Sant'Andrea, la vista è semplicemente mozzafiato, l'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative; pieno di luce, molto pulito, spazioso e accogliente, arredato con mobili nuovi, attrezzato con tutto e con una splendida terrazza sul mare per il pranzo all'aperto.
Si tratta di una vera e propria oasi e ci sentiamo molto fortunati ad essere stati qui.La posizione è ottima e molto tranquilla.
Wi-Fi molto apprezzato.
La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile e ha anche fornito un ottimo servizio per la colazione e la cena nella splendida veranda del suo b & b "VERDE ROSA", che è adiacente!
Strada di campagna buona per il ciclismo.
Una settimana di relax. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della sistemazione e consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare qui.

UNA VACANZA SPECIALE
Bellissima struttura, con un panorama unico e un'accoglienza veramente squisita. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, spazioso, e ben disposto con mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovi, e con uno splendido terrazzo sul mare!
Tutto è funzionale al massimo, la pulizia è accurata.
Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi, con una meravigliosa passeggiata.
Il mare sottostante, la luna piena sul mare ..è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile, senza contare la piena disponibilità della proprietaria ad accogliere anche il mio cane!

Vacanza a Cupra Marittima
Ottimo "residence" pulito e in buonissimo stato.
In posizione favorevole su un lato collinare, costantemente arieggiato anche nelle giornate più afose. L'ampia terrazza è stata da noi pienamente sfruttata per la bella vista sul mare e per le cene consumate al fresco della brezza marina.
Resta impresso il notevole canto delle cicale e la vista di lucciole che credevamo ormai estinte.... o quasi.
Proprietaria cordiale e disponibile e immobile certamente da consigliare.
Le belle spiagge e le frequenti feste e manifestazioni organizzate nel comprensorio hanno reso la vacanza speciale.
