Myself and my husband stayed at Andrea and Michael’s apartment from September 2nd to September 16th 2023.
It was our first visit to Bardolino and what a first stay it was, make no mistake, the property and garden surroundings are outstanding. We were blown away by the panoramic vistas from above the pool area, which we were the only ones using!
The large and spotless swimming pool and pool area were fantastic and as mentioned, you can sit in your pool chair and just enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Garda and the mountains beyond.
The property was well laid out, spacious and very well equipped and super clean.
Andrea and Michaela are excellent hosts, and answered any questions with informative knowledge of Bardolino which is only 7-10 minutes’ walk away. Nothing was too much trouble. Even recommending a taxi service back to Verona airport.
You certainly don’t need a car- everything is on the door stop.
Make no mistake the property the gardens and the location are fantastic.
We highly recommend staying at this place.
Andrea and Michaela were not intrusive whatsoever, however, we arrived not knowing them at all, but left as good friends.
It was one of the best, if not the best holiday we have had.
We will be back for sure!

Traumhaftes Appartement oberhalb von Bardolino
Sehr nette Vermieter, schönes, sauberes Appartement mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir haben die Ruhe abseits der vollen Straßen Bardolinos sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Anwesen mit sehr netten Vermietern
Die Außenanlage war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt, die Familie ließ uns kpl. unsere Privatsphäre und wir hatten den Pool für uns alleine. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhig mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee - und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Bardolino. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Bei trübem Wetter ist die Kellerwohnung etwas dunkel.
Das Grundstück ist eine Augenweide und wie die Wohnung sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Der Blick vom Pool-Freisitz auf den See ist spitze.
Der Weg von und nach Bardolino Zentrum zu Fuß ist unatraktiv und geht an der Straße entlang.

Vollste Zufriedenheit
Das ruhig gelegene Haus bot einen großen Garten, der mit seinem Pool zum Entspannen einlud. Aktivitäten am See und Gastronomie waren schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, andere Städte kurzfristig mit dem Auto.

Tolle , ruhige Ferienwohnung mit großem Salzwasserpool. Sehr angenehme Vermieterfamilie die dabei wohnt.
Sehr schön, etwa 15 Min. fussläufig vom Ortskern von Bardolino und Blick über den Gardasee gelegen. Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt mit überdachtem Patkplatz.

Fantastisch
Wunderschönes Anwesen mit herrlichem Pool und Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und liebevoll gepflegt. Die Besitzer wohnen mit im Haus, sind aber unaufdringlich und wahnsinnig nett. Die Kinder durften alles. Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub, und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, netter Vermieter
Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, gut ausgestattet und größer als erwartet. Der Garten und der Pool waren traumhaft. Wir konnten die Ruhe genießen und waren trotzdem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Ort. Der Vermieter und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und supersaubere Fewo mit eigenem Pool in toller, ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den See. Ein Traumgarten und ganz liebe Vermieter machen den Erholungsurlaub perfekt. Hier kann man entspannen und sich wohlfühlen.

Tolle Lage oberhalb von Bardolino
Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer noch besseren Lage. Alles wie beschrieben! Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die Vermieter wohnen auch im Gebäude, trotzdem fühlt man sich quasi alleine. Die Großmutter pflegt den wunderschönen Garten. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten in Bardolino! Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke Andrea + Familie!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und der Ortskern von Bardolino ist zu Fuß nur 8 - 10 Min. entfernt.
Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und wird permanent gepflegt.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Über der Ferienwohnung wohnen nur die Eltern des Vermieters.
Diese sind einzigartig nett. Wir haben bei Anreise sofort einen Espresso bekommen uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden auch mit guten Tipps zum Erkunden der Umgebung versorgt.
Es waren wunderschöne Tage in Bardolino. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben uns für 1 Woche eingebucht. Das Objekt liegt mit traumhafter Aussicht über den See und eigenem Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder, absolute Empfehlung :-)

Familienurlaub entschleunigt
Wer entspannt und ruhig Urlaub in Bardolino machen möchte, ist hier am richtigen Ort.
Die Vermieter sind auf unaufdringliche Weise bemüht und herzlich.
Man hat in einem traumhaften Garten einen privaten Pool, den man ab und zu mit einem Familienmitglied teilt.
In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Bardolino und in weiteren 5 Gehminuten direkt am See.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wunderschöner ruhiger Urlaub
Das Objekt entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, nur das es in natura noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern war. Wir würden von den Eigentümern persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Regelmäßig wurden wir gefragt, ob wir zusätzliche Wünsche haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic stay in Bardolino
We have just come back from a fantastic family holiday in Bardolino. The apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable and clean for ourselves and our 2 children. There is a well equipped kitchen and the washing machine etc was really useful (although for a morning cup of tea a kettle would be helpful but I know this is a British thing) . The stand out part of the property has to be the pool and the beautiful gardens which were perfect and we could quite easily have stayed by the pool the whole holiday. There is so much to explore in the local area.
We were made to feel very welcome by Andrea and his family and nothing was too much trouble. The walk to the lake front of Bardolino takes about 10mins and there is a supermarket less than 5mins walk away.
We would love to return to this apartment as I think it will be very hard to beat!

Viel besser geht nicht....
Mein Vorredner hat meines Erachtens all die wichtigen Dinge angesprochen. 100% Zustimmung. Der Pool und die große Wiese incl. der idyllischen Lage sind einfach genial. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ausgesprochen ruhig mit Blick auf den See. Einziges kleines Manko ist meines Erachtens das Kinderzimmer, das in einer Nische des Wohnzimmers untergebracht ist. Das war und ist auch so beschrieben und stellt aufgrund der riesigen Terrasse kein Problem dar.
Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums (ca. 10 min) mit nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 300 m zum Supermarkt).
Die Familie Avanzini stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus dem Süden :-)

Toller Urlaub am Gardasee
Wir hatten ein tollen Urlaub am Gardasee. Die Ferienwohnung und die Umgebung waren genauso wie beschrieben. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle große Pool im Aussenbereich und die wirklich netten Vermieter.

Schöner Urlaub
Das Appartement ist genau wie beschrieben. Sauber, gepflegt und vernünftig ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat man wegen dem angenehmen Souterrain kaum gebraucht. Die Hochbetten sind mit großen Kindern ein Kompromiss, weil sie nicht in einem separaten Raum sind, was aber auch genau so beschrieben war. Egal, man hält sich sowie fast nur auf der wunderbaren großen Terrasse auf, die angenehm kühler und geschützt liegt.
Pool und Garten: Der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum, super gepflegt und mit Blick auf den See- und den hat man fast nur für sich. Zudem war der geschützte Parkplatz bei der Sonne Gold Wert.
Umgebung: Lage ist für uns perfekt. Nicht mitten im Trubel, nah an der Stadt Bardolino.
Und die tolle Gastfreundschaft der Familie Avanzini rundet einen gelungenen Urlaub ab. Nette Gespräche, sinnvolle Tipps für die Umgebung und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus dem Norden!

Super nette Vermieter. Sehr schönes Grundstück und eine tolle Wohnung und ein toller Pool. Die Lage ist super. Blick auf den Lago. Man ist in wenigen Minuten nach Bardolino reingelaufen. Man kann es nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Superb two week stay in Bardolino!
Family holiday (2 adults/2 kids) spent a fabulous holiday at this apartment. The host family were delightful, friendly and helpful - we felt part of the family! The accommodation is as described and shown in the photos. The gardens and pool area are fantastic and very well maintained. Great location for walking access to Bardolino town centre with a supermarket only 5 minutes away. Bardolino is a great base for exploring the area, either by bus, train, boat. We didn't hire a car but used the local transport particularly buses which can get busy! Overall a brilliant holiday and we would recommend this to family and friends.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub bei Familie Avanzini. Tolle große Fewo, mit super Ausstattung. Sehr großer und sehr gut gepflegter Garten mit Blick über den Gardasee. Den großen, schönen Pool hatten wir fast nur für uns allein. Alle Familienmitglieder waren sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Altstadt von Bardolino ist fußläufig bequem in ca.10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Urlaub der Superlative
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in einer traumhaften Umgebung genossen:
Ein Appartement, das gerade an warmen Tagen durch seine Lage Erfrischung bietet.
Ein geräumiger, schön gestalteter und gepflegter Garten, von dem man einen Blick über die gesamte Südhälfte des Gardasees (und die Sonnenuntergänge) genießen kann.
Ein sauberer und großer Pool, der bei warmen Temperaturen bereits in der zweiten Aprilhälfte benutzt werden konnte.
Und nicht zuletzt unsere freundlichen Gastgeber (Grüße vor allem an Anna und Alberto), die unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben.
Wir denken sehr gern an die beiden Wochen zurück.

Perfect location, quiet residential area but easy walking distance into Bardolino.
The apartment was clean, modern & spacious. Sheltered, private patio for breakfast. Garden & wonderful pool with stunning views over the lake shared with the host family who were charming & very welcoming. The only thing to be aware of is that the bunk bed room has no door so is open to the living area. Fantastic laundry room!!
