It is surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico, Old River, & Intercoastal Waterway, the views are breathtaking!

2. Back Balcony off of Guest Bedroom- 2 Chairs with small table, HUGE Deck box with beach toys and floats! Rolling Cooler for beach. There are also 2 Beach Chairs, 1 Umbrella in Guest bedroom closet.
Located nearby is an Arnold Palmer Golf Course. We are close to NAS Pensacola’s Naval Museum, home of the famous Blue Angels Flight Team. Also, enjoy some of Florida’s best seafood at affordable local restaurants.
Pass through the private gates, a grand entrance including porte cochere creates a stately first impression.

Floor to ceiling windows lead to large, Gulf Front private balcony.
MASTER SUITE: King size Poster Bed with NEW Avocado Green mattress (top selling mattress in 2022!). Large, stylish Armoire with Play sets for younger kids, lots of card games and board games, books, DVD collection, all located in Armoire. An expansive window offers panoramic views, sliding glass doors lead to large Gulf Front balcony.
GUEST BEDROOM: Queen Pillow top mattress + 1 Twin Bed (New mattress). Sliding glass doors lead to 2nd balcony with furniture-2 chairs and small table, Rolling cooler and a deck box full of beach toys & floats for the kids.
NEW Front Load Washer. Large size Dryer, both in unit. Other features include Wireless Internet Service, Pack N’ Play Baby Bed, High Chair, All linens including Large size Beach Towels! Board games, card games and Beach toys.
Our condos do not allow pets or smoking. Maximum guests 7-8.

EAST Building: 2 rounded stairways lower you from the Grand Terrace to the Lush Pool Oasis. This area includes the largest pool on the key, Hot Tub, Grilling area with The Big Green Egg! Kids’ Water Play area, Picnic area, & Gazebo. State-of-the-art Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Modern Theater, and social room with fireplace. In the West building there are steam showers and saunas.
