Es un hotel precioso, muy lindos colores, el personal demasiado amable. Está muy bien ubicado, uno se puede tomar algo tranquilamente en la plaza mientras los niños juegan seguros.

The location is good but far too noisy.
The staff was not friendly, not cooperative and not helpful.

Location
Noisy, no fan, towels were small and paper thin

It is locates right in the center at the square, which is a great location. The hotel itself is really charming, but the room we were in were a bit small, but luckily facing the mountain side and not the square.
There was quite some noise from the restaurant and bars at the square

Location was great, beautiful building, very clean!
Cold showers!

Located right on the square. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Superior deluxe room was huge.
Located above a bar so rock music was blaring until 12:30am every night. No restaurant, no vending or even ice available.

Very noisy location
We booked 2 rooms and there was no consistency in quality
We could have a better rate if we had booked directly with the hotel and not through Booking.com

The staff was very kind and polite. The room was clean and had enough space for one person.
Noise, noise, noise everywhere. If you are a soft sleeper forget about this place. Under the hotel there are two bars playing very loud music until 1AM during the week, I wasn't there on the weekend so I can only imagine they would continue until 2am or more. One night a person from the staff was cleaning the bathroom around MIDNIGHT!!! I was sleeping and woke up with the noise of the broom that she was using. My room was on the right side of a bathroom that anyone can use, it was a nightmare to sleep, every day several people were using the toilet and I could hear everything. My experience was 3 completely sleepless nights there, even though I had my earplugs with me.

The layout of the building is enchanting. Very pretty
The noise. The staff were extremely inconsiderate of the guests. They were talking very loudly during their shift while we were trying to sleep during the early mornings and nights.

Location great and hotel itself looked lovely. Colourful and comfy seating areas. The room was very basic. Bare minimum provided in terms of facilities. But bed was comfy.
Staff were not particularly friendly.

Beautiful building in a perfect location in the square. Nice room with a wee balcony. Good for a short stay in Jardin.
It was quite noisy at night with the bar downstairs and the bells of the stairs in the morning so didn’t sleep very well but no complaints with the hotel itself.

Location is very central, downside is the noise that comes with it

great location and beautifully decorated.
the room door does not open easily and the vents above the door/shower means there is no privacy I. the room for conversations etc.

The hotel itself is beautiful - located right on the square. The staff (especially Anna and the other lady I didn’t get her name!) are so nice and friendly, received exceptional customer service when we encountered our problems…
the superior double room we originally booked is directly above a rock bar - the base speaker is about 1 metre beneath the bed and the noise was unlike anything we have experienced. The vibration of the base rocks the whole room until 2am (this was on a Tuesday night!). The lady at reception kindly moved us at 1am to a room at the back so we could sleep! the second night was fine - but the third night some guests in the hotel had a party in their room until 3am. The night receptionist did try to stop them and they were very rude, the issue is the design of the hotel. each room has an open panel at the top (for ventilation) which means sound travels all around the hotel. they need better sound proofing. If you want to stay up until 1/2am then this is an amazing value hotel with beautiful design. But as it is above many bars the noise is quite bad. Ask for a room at the back and you might be ok! the staff were so nice though

the shower, didn’t have proper hot water

too much noise in the first floor, you just can’t rest.

The view from my room was beautiful, it’s located right in front of the main park, many restaurants, bars, cafes, stores, mini markets and things to do around.
The rooms are outdated, you are basically renting an apartment. My room had two rooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with a bunk bed, there was also an space by the kitchen with another bunk bed. The room also had a kitchen, dining and living room.
The room with the queen bed had a balcony. I wish the description of the room was more detailed as we ended up booking four “rooms” and we only needed two.

Incredible location right in the village's main square. Great decoration and nice room

the rooms are nice and clean, it’s not expensive at all and located right in the centre of Jardín.
you can hear the neighbours quite loudly and it can get a little cold since there is a gap under and above the door.

-The guest house is exactly near to the main square.
-Very beautiful indoor garden with traditional decorations.
-Nice, spacious and clean double room.
-Double room with balcony and view to the street.
-Clean toilet, shower with hot water and amenities.
-A lot of bars, restaurants and cafes near to the guest house.
-There is a supermarket on the same street.
-Extremely value for money guest house.
-Kind and friendly staff.
-Be careful as the guest house is located on a very nice and lively area with bars and restaurants. Therefore, it is normal to have noise from music, people drinking, cars and horses until very late at night.
