the place is homey and nice, the view on the ocean is amazing. apartment was fully furnished. Yolinda with her team were so helpful in everything i really felt at home and didn't hesitate to ask them anything.

you should consider there is no lift ( high stair ) for elderly there is no wheel chair accessibility . the safety alarm was turning on every night during sleep after the electricity went off and come back again. other than that every thing was AMAZING .

We liked the attention to detail on things like bedding which had wonderfully laid throw covers.

I just think the pillows could do with some sprucing up, some were a bit tiredish. Also sachets for brown sugar would be great- people don’t like white sugar anymore.

Very good

The photos mainly show the penthouse flat. When were arrived we were initially disappointed as we were given the courthouse flat and so was different to the pictures! After the initial reaction, we loved the flat!

great location but this particular apartment lacked privacy and was noisy .

view was great and apartment had all the amenities .

proximity to other apartments and lack of privacy with other guests regularly walking past the front of the apartment. main bedroom window was right onto the walkway . BBQ area remained uncleaned for the period of our stay after being used by other guests . there is a noisy neighbours dog that starts barking at traffic and ppl everyday at 6am .

For the first time to Cape town this was a fantastic stay and could not fault anything.

The penthouse views were amazing and the comforts, cleanliness and facilities were exceptional. Everything we needed was right there and we were able to travel lighter than normal. The team were fantastic, helpful and friendly all the time.

The only down side was the amount of steps to the property, however it is in the cliffs and in Clifton. Bonus was a little fitter as a the week progressed.

The geyser was small so the 2nd person will run out of hot water in shower. But I guess it was needed for CT water crisis.

Paradise! Will be back! Felt so at home!

Just maybe next time just add some basics like tea or coffee pods or like a welcome food pack! We know it's self catering but unfortunately as we arrived late some small snacks or tea would have been fab for kids! Otherwise we loved everything!!! We know now to bring a small bag for our stay instead if loads of heavy suitcases! However without the height and stairs it wouldn't be such an awesome location! Staff were great and we're so helpful and great to have host on hand to communicate if any issues. Thank you for making our Capetown stay so memorable!!!

Clifton Arcadia Stairs

The view was absolutely everything. The sunsets were exceptional. Washing machine and dryer were a great addition as we needed to get our clothes washed and quickly dried. There is also a dishwasher and all other necessities. They have communal ammenities which never used but are a great addition (heated pool, jacuzzi, braai area overlooking the ocean. I loved that it was a walking distance to the beach. My daughter and i chased a few sunsets. host does try to assist with any queries and responds quickly.

Welcome: instructions not clear on were to park or meet the host on arrival Cleanliness: the apartment felt grubby. It was not properly cleaned. The vents in the bathrooms need a good cleaning. The bed, pillows and couch need a deap clean. The staff came to clean on one of the days and a champagne flute that had clearly not been washed properly was put back in the cupboard. Stairs: there are about 72 to get to the apartment, so be prepared to get a good leg workout for the duration of your stay( I didn't mind it too much & they do offer to assist with luggage on arrival & departure. Air-conditioning: main bedroom and lounge didn't work and was supposed to be fixed the next day, but was not functional for the duration of our stay.
