Stupenda casa immersa nel verde.

la casa veramente bella e suggestiva, per non parlare dell'accoglienza dei proprietari che sono stati super disponibili e gentili. La posizione era perfetta per le mie esigenze.

Forse i bagni che sono una zona sensibile per gli ospiti dovrebbero essere un pochino rinnovati, come il box doccia che pur essendo pulito presentava le tipiche macchie date dal usura.

The apartment is in a cosy and calm part of Proto town, only 20 minutes from Florence. The place is very nicely equipped with a kitchen where you can find everything you need. Two separate bedrooms easily can accommodate up to 5 people. This place made us feel at home. The host was really supportive and gave us many useful recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for families willing to see Florence and other places in Tuscany which are very convenient to reach by car only 1-2 hours away. Many thanks to Giulia.

Giulia was absolutely kind, and helpful. She gave us plenty of information about what to see in Florence, how to get there by transportation, which was very easy from the accomodation, and other sights to see nearby Prato. The pictures of the apartment match the reality. The rooms were clean, everything was the way we expected.

This stay was exceptional

The property was super clean and well looked after. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible, recommending the best wineries and restaurants in the area. Along with complimentary bottle of local wine on arrival and breakfast for the following days. This is one of our favourite stays. Would highly recommend.

Extremely comfortable .. Guilia and I will stay in touch now for life. 💚

Guilia and her mom and dad met us. I was able to communicate with Guilia prior to our arrival to let her know that we would arrive early and it was not a problem at all. She arranged for us to have some biscuits upon arrival. Guilia even took us around in her car.

Must be quiet by 11:00 pm! Neighbors can complain. But we easily acclimated 😍 so not a problem 🍀💚

Giulia was the nicest host I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with, and was a blessing considering our last minute booking here. She provided absolute assistance and was quick with all questions we had over the phone etc. Accommodation is very nicely decorated and does feel like a home, the location is convenient to get to Prato centre and then around Tuscany. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here if exploring Florence, Pisa etc

cleanliness of the room,The lady was very nice,she also left us spaghetti with tomato sauce, for one bottle of water,

the mattress was sliding off the bed,we were not allowed to use massages in the bathtub,and we could only use the air conditioning until 22 o'clock

Really nice place to start your trips to Florence (by train) or any other of the beautiful places of Tuscany (by car). Very comfortable double bed in one sleeping room and 2 separate beds in the other one are perfect for a family. Giulia was a great host, gave us many useful tips and took care of any additional request we had.

Wonderful welcoming hosts, beautiful home

Guilia's father is a wonderful host. He showed our son (almost 2) chickens, gave us fresh vegetables from the garden, and treated us to a wonderful evening in the garden eating pizza and delicious treats. The house is extremely well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Just make sure not to run the air con, washing machine, and dish washer at the same time or you will blow a fuse!
