Ideal for families, this charming abode accommodates up to 10 guests. This tropical retreat strikes the perfect balance between modern comforts and ample living space, boasting four cosy bedrooms, three pristine bathrooms, and generously proportioned lounge areas. Whip up delicious meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen which caters to large groups in the main house, while a self-contained studio with a mini kitchen and full-sized refrigerator offers added convenience. Connected to the main house via a secure undercover terrace walkway, access is both easy and safe.
To ensure maximum comfort year-round, both the main house and studio are equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer, no matter what the weather has in store.

Configuration
The property comprises a main house and a fully self-contained studio, connected via an undercover terrace walkway. The ground floor of the main house features one bedroom, a bathroom, separate laundry, a spacious lounge, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with balconies, a bathroom, and a lounge area overlooking the downstairs area. The self-contained studio includes an open sleeping, lounge, dining, and kitchen area with a separate bathroom.

Take advantage of the outdoor hot shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Fans ensure a cool breeze on warmer days, while the fireplace provides warmth on cooler evenings. Thoughtful decor adds a touch of charm and creates an inviting atmosphere, making the courtyard the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There is parking for one car under the carport, and at least two cars on the driveway.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
The bunk bed is a lower bunk; from our point of view sturdy enough to sleep two adults, however, it is up to the individual guest to decide if it's suitable.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.

Brilliant place- everything you need and more plus dog loved the beaches. Can’t imagine anything worse you’d need for a few days, so much space and so many walks was perfect

we booked again for next year, the location and feel of the whole house is just perfect. the outhouse allows everyone to have their space, well-stocked kitchen, access to boards, great outdoor area. the only thing i would say is the photo's need updating as they do not do the house justice.

What a wonderful property right in the heart of Copacabana and a short walk away from the beach. This was a family getaway with 7 adults and 2 small children and 2 small dogs. The property was so well designed to provide good space and comfort for all. The layout of the property was perfect, the outdoor dining and garden was very pleasant and we especially loved the parents retreat outback which gave everyone there own space if needed. The property was very well equipped but as advised by other reviewers we took extra dishwasher tablets and toilet paper. I would highly recommend this property for a family gathering.

We had a wonderful visit over the Australia Day long weekend. The house is thoughtfully equipped if you wish to cater yourself as well as walking distance to the small selection of shops in Copa. Our pup especially enjoyed the close proximity to the dog friendly lagoon.

We loved our stay with five adults and five children. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly need, like home away from home. Outdoor decking at the back was invaluable as it rained. Hopefully will return sometime in the future.
