The First floor has two bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bathroom and a king bedroom that has its own full bathroom. Upstairs there is a king bedroom with its own full bath. At the top of the stairs there is a small loft that has a futon and a roll away with a twin-sized mattress.

The home could use some updates. It’s a bit worn, and most rooms smaller. However, very homey and the location ( close to beach, eateries and shopping), couldn’t be beat. The outside pool/backyard was where we spent a significant amount of our time. We also found it very convenient to have 31/2 baths. The property was overall a very pleasurable fit for a family who spends their time on a coastal vacation together.

Magical! If you’re looking for a wonderful little place convenient to everything on the Isle of Palms, within minutes of Mt Pleasant and Charleston this is it! The house was a great space, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Pool was great and beach was a five minute walk. We miss it already and will be back!

The house was lovely with everything needed for comfort and convenience. Beautiful private yard with pool and grilling station. Close walk to beach, several restaurants, major grocery store, salons and others. Good area to bike ride. Unfortunately we had to clean dog poop from four different areas in back yard. The skirt between the footrest and seat of recliners were not vacuumed and filled with all sorts of dirty crumbs. Instructions for house needs to be left out in plain site, not hidden above refrigerator. The property managers were very quick in responding to needs.

This house has an excellent floor plan for a family with young children. It has a really nice back yard that our kids enjoyed and a pool easily visible from inside the house. Along with the amenities, the beach is only a few blocks away and a little shopping and restaurant area is just a five minute walk from the house.

The house was amazing. Lots of space and places to sleep. We had a small family reunion.
(7 adults and one 4yr old). There was plenty of room for everyone and all the adult groups had a queen sized bed. (Hard to find- most places I saw had at least one room with bunk beds).
The pool is great. Super warm salt water pool, gets enough sunlight but has good shade cover too. And the location is amazing. Walking distance to the Wind Jammer (for anyone who knows Isle of Palms - it has always been the number one bar to party at). And the beach is great too. Good family beach, walkable (2 blocks)the water is so warm and the sand so soft. Waves are reasonably small. (Safe for kids)
Lastly there are quite a fire close food places that are really good. (Vicious Biscuits is def worth a stop). And it is only 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Great property.

Our stay was great! We are a family of 8 adults and a 2 year old. The house was comfortable, attractive, and clean. The back yard was beautiful with landscaping, palm trees, and pool. There was lounge seating around the pool, a dining table under a gazebo, another seating area around the grill, and lots of lawn for relaxing and games. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. The beach is wide and lovely. We also walked to restaurants, bars and live music. Great bike riding too. We will certainly come back!

The property is in a really great location, close to restaurants and IOP commercial space, but 1 block from the beach. The house is very clean and maximizes the 1600 sq. ft. space for guests. Kitchen is well-equipped and the yard is a great space. Unfortunately we stayed during record cold and could not enjoy.

My dogs loved the backyard,. The yard is fenced with well-maintained landscaping, easy access from the sliding door, and two outdoor showers. The house is located in a convenient area with short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and pier. The house has a great layout and worked well for elderly person with one step down to living area. Booking process was seamless and text updates from management with links for things to do.

The house was exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the large yard in that the house is pet friendly. The location is great - just a short walk to downtown IOP and the beach. Only downer was that the pool compressor failed the day before we arrived, so we were unable to use the pool (too cold). But they owner/manager left us a Visa gift card to compensate, which was a very nice gesture.

Overall good, Downfalls, pool was cold and should be at a warmer temp. We could not enjoy because it was to cold.
Furniture in bedrooms is to big for the rooms, it was difficult to maneuver around the furniture, I bruised my leg after banging it 5 times on the corner of the king bed on the first floor bedroom.
Its to big for the room and you could not get into the bathroom without bumping into the corner of the bed. Needs furnishing updates. Ceiling fans on first floor the remotes in both bedrooms turn off or on the adjacent room.

Great Location, Isle of Palms is a great get away
This is not our first time in IOP, but first time not having oceanfront. Nice house, great location. The upstairs loft was pretty cool. Be careful of the one step from the kitchen area to the eating/living room area. Back yard was wonderful. For our stay, unfortunately, it was too cool for a few of us to enjoy the pool! The couple people that did, said it was nice. It was good to have the outdoor space with small ones. The outdoor showers (2) to rinse off after a day on the beach was wonderful! There was a few extra's to take on the beach with us.... which was great for kids to keep busy playing in the sand. Walked to several restaurants, close to many. Got to see an amazing Lunar Eclipse from the backyard. (the only thing.... it would have been nice to have more kitchen trash bags for 5 nights and 5 people, but we made do without having to go to the store to purchase a box just for one more bag).
