Nice, clean hotel with excellent breakfast in a good location.

We liked the location. The check in girl wasn't that friendly, but the lady that checked us out was great. I especially liked that there were sugar free jellies and sugar free syrups for breakfast. That is so rare and I have a medical condition that limits sugar. It was a very good breakfast too. We especially loved the omelets and English muffins.

Our desk chair was very squeaky and the commode seat was very wiggly, it needed to be tightened. We told the lady at check out and she thanked us. She said they would take care of it.

Rooms nice , staff good, few items not so great.

Not good. I believe they tried but the choice of items lend themselves to turn cold or hard.

Parking was very confusing. Needs signs or better way to get to lot .

Enjoyed it overall

Nice, clean room and nice breakfast options. The room has a nice layout and felt spacious. The gym was nice as well. Enjoyed my stay overall.

Very few restaurants or grocery stores nearby and the food delivery options weren't great, so definitely need to plan ahead when thinking about meals.

Our stay was better than I anticipated and a very pleasant surprise inside than what I saw when we pulled up on the outs

Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and also thoroughly cared for each day we returned to the room. I like how it appeared that the hotel staff were taken care of. The staff were very cordial to one another when they reported to work and it was very refreshing that they are allowed to grab coffee or quick breakfast. This explained the high output received from some of these same staff. Breakfast was fairly good on all four mornings as well.

Not my first choice if we visit Frisco again.

Location was great, parking not so much. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast had lots of good options.

Parking isn’t so friendly. Our bathroom lights kept blinking off and on. Bed springs made for a toss and turn night too. Our door closed but when the lights were off in the room, you could see a rather large gap between the door and door frame. Our TV worked but had lots of black screen channels. The A/C offers such humid air flow that even though we set it to 67, the room was hot and muggy.

We did not book accessible room but were given one upon checkin. The front desk person provided us with a downgraded room which wasn't accessible as no other rooms were available according to him.

Generally unsafe and glad we weren’t staying on the first floor

The location in proximity to the Toyota stadium was nice, and the pool was not bad.

We arrived in the rain, and water was leaking on the inside of the property in walls that aren’t even exposed to the exterior of the building. Water was pouring through the electric components of the door opener on the second set of doors on the inside, not the exterior set of doors, and someone’s child was drinking the water flowing down from it without the staff even acknowledging the situation that was happening right in front of them at the front desk. The elevator hallway had water flowing in from the unsealed doorway to the pool area, and first floor rooms and hallway were flooding even though the rain outside was not at flood levels and water wasn’t building up outside. It felt very unsafe and the staff had been so used to it that it was nothing to them. This building is a serious safety hazard, and the staff seems to have been told that this is normal and to ignore all of the problems instead of the owner properly fixing this flooding issue.

When I made my reservation my bank account was debited $416.47. The confirmation emails came from Holiday Inn but the reservation was paid for under Hampton Inn. Neither location had our deposit and I have still not been refunded to this date. Very disappointing. I will never go through a booking service again!

The proximity to the Toyota stadium which is where our event was. The staff was all friendly, helpful and responsive.
