Beautiful complex is rhe only postive. The actual property is extremely run down. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Was woke up every day on our holiday to hammering of concrete above and below our room. The building was under renovation and the owners were aware but still rented the property. Greedy vacasa and owners are renting this property when it isn't in a rentable state. There were posters all over the property saying the noise from building working will be high volume and high levels of dust from 8am. With the dates it would commence, which was 1 week before we arrived. Totally unacceptable to rent this property out like this. I have asked for a part refund but hold out no hope for any kind of compensation due to the lack of response for 10 days to the problems. I will be taking it further.
Reported to vacasa and the owner the problems we had, with no help of getting the problems resolved and owner laughed at me, even though she could hear buidling works going on around us. Seems the broken closet doors I reported to vacasa and the owner ( which was made out to be a new problems) has been ongoing since 2020 from the reviews. Dirty bathrooms. Hairs all around the bath. Mouldy shower curtain. Broken shower door ( also seems to have been a problem since 2020). Had to clear both closets of junk piled up before I could hang my clothes and smelly trainers. No WiFi. Very old carpets in the bedrooms ( who has carpets in a sunshine state of florida?) In Great need of updating. Broken bikes, dirty balcony, broken chairs, broken umbrella for the beach. All broken rubbish piled up on the balcony, all unusable. Rusty knives. Hair dryer old and very dirty. Had to go and purchase one. For the sake of 10 dollars, which is what it cost me for a cheap hairdryer, there is absolutely no need for it, apart from the property owner being greedy and not wanting to spend a penny on the property, but wants to take your money, no matter what kind of holiday you have. At 950.00 dollars for a weeks stay there are much better places DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I booked through booking.com but the booking is actually through Vacasa, I would NEVER use this company again they are absolutely appalling and just telling you they are trying to resolve the problem and just ignore you. Booking.com have tried to contact them 48 hours ago and I was told I would be contacted in 24 hours. Still nothing.

Volgens hun is Vacasa vreselijk.

Loved the bike trails and that two bikes were provided for us. The pool was well maintained. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit.
I wish tennis racquets would have been available. Also disappointed that the shuttle wasn’t available. We did not have a car so we were unable to enjoy the beach.
