Belle aventure, patience pour récupérer les clés!

L'emplacement est bien situé, stationnement sur les rues gratuit. Belle terrasse intérieure. Endroit sécuritaire.

Incapable d'entrer, porte barrée et personne pour ouvrir. Il était indiqué que nous devions payer à l'établissement lors de notre arrivée mais il n'y a pas de réception. Nous avions les mains pleines de sacs d'épicerie et nous avons attendu au moins deux heures avant de pouvoir communiquer avec quelqu'un. C'est un client de la place qui nous a ouvert la porte et tout le monde disait avoir vécu la même chose. Piscine hors fonction, pas beaucoup d'eau comme sur l'image. Nous nous sommes baignées malgré tout.

Buen hospedaje, solo falta mejorar

La ubicación y el costo está bien. La alberca se disfruta

Tardaron en enviar código de acceso, no había estufa, una ventana no cerraba, personal no vi solo contacto vía mensaje en la app, no hay cobertor solo la sábana pero al final cumplió con lo q esperaba

Schön aber eig dafür zu teuer

Das Hotel ist vollkommen bewohnbar und es gibt den Pool, die Küche, AirConditioning, sauberes Bad und Bett Es sind 50 min zum Strand zu Fuß, ansonsten war die Lage zentral Der Türcode ist etwas umständlich, die Zahlung muss vorher über einen Link geschehen Die Abgestellten dort sind etwas distanziert/ können gar kein Englisch, außerdem haben wir mitbekommen dass jemand sich sicher war, dass die Putzkraft etwas geklaut hätte (wir wissen nichts weiteres..) Einmal war kurz das Wasser weg und der Pool und Bereich darum könnte besser gesäubert werden Das klingt jetzt alles vielleicht schlimm, aber im Endeffekt hatten wir einen gute Zeit Für den Preis würde ich aber dann doch eher ein anderes Hotel nächstes Mal nehmen …

Ótima localização.

Falta de anfitrião para receber, informar e oferecer serviços de limpeza do quarto, falta produtos de higiene como papel higiênico. A ventilação do quarto era péssima cheirava a mofo.

Большие просторные апартаменты, стильный дизайн комнат и есть все необходимое: полотенца пляжное и 2 для номера, посуда, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, прекрасный wifi. Расположение просто великолепное, тихая улица, рядом магазин, близко от станции ADO и центральной улицы с автобусами до пляжа и в любое место в городе, рядом большой супермаркет

Нет лифта, не очень удобно подниматься с чемоданом по лестнице

Nos gustó mucho la ubicacion, la limpieza, la tranquilidad, que es real el lugar, la relación precio lugar,.

Sufrimos con la estufa electrica con un solo puesto, eso limitó mucho la preparacion de los alimentos, falta mejor dotacion en la cocina.

Outside of it being a horrible stay , learnt 2 lessons : 1) Do not trust all reservations just because it is shown in bo

the location of the property was good.

The mattress was completely worn out that there was no more cushion left in it . Since there was no more cushion left in the matters , the bed frame rails started hurting my back and I got severe back pain . The towels were tone . Just horrible

Bad

They didn't let me in, the door was closed. After that they started write me that they weren't find my email address, despite it is in my Booking profile. I was extremely tired after the flight and I had to look for another place to stay! I was offended!

They don't care about their clients!

It is near the Palapa Park.

The name of the place couldn’t be made any smaller. It was so small that it was hard to read and locate. Tried contacting the property manager with no luck through the number provided and WhatsApp too. If you’re going to manage a property you have to be readily available 24/7. The place doesn’t run itself. What if you have a plumbing issue and the water starts to flood the establishment? Horrible experience. Do not book here you will regret it. You will be standing in the street with your luggage at hand.

Word at the pool so too dirty to enjoy it.

Impossible to have the key because no receptionist and no answer on Whatsapp. No code for the door was given to me before I left. I had to look for a nearby hotel for the night of January 26. I am requesting a refund for the night of Jan 26 as I had to pay $1200 MEX pesos for not being able to contact the hotel (no WhatsApp response, no gate code so no key and able to enter) .

Terrible place

Location was OK.

First they did not inform me in advance there is an entrance code, they send me an email, but late. The matrace was the worse out of the places we stayed during our 3 weeks trip, old and crapy. No extra toilet paper given for 3 nights even we asked for. Swimming pool dirty and next to construction work. Last night party by the pool, but as not a reception person, no one noticed. Don't use it, not worth it. No 4 star whatsoever.

Good stay in the center of Cancún

The appartment is very well located and was easy to find. It is within walking distance from the bus terminal in Cancún. Entering the building was managed by a door code and the keys for the room were provided inside. I liked that way of "check in" because the time of arrival does not really matter so you don't have to stress yourself about that. Check out was done the same way - by simply leaving the keys and locking the door. The room was of a good size and perfectly clean. Bathroom and shower were also spaceous and clean. There would have been a small kitchen which I didn't use, but it was equipped with all necessities. The room was also equipped with air conditioning. The terrace (which can be used by all guests) is large and clean and also the pool was clean.

Room didnt have any window so there is smell as mold. Little bit like in cell. For 1-2 nights can be ok, but for longer stay the smell can be unpleasant
