Casa Kincannon is in a quiet neighborhood and still within walking distance of the Square. The house was comfortable, bright and well stocked, and our group of four friends enjoyed it tremendously. We hope to stay again. Highly recommended.

This is hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The location is great not only to Downtown, but you can bike to Crystal Bridges and coler mountain bike preserve. The owner was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. The property itself was so clean and well stocked. Super easy check in and check out process. Where do I even start? This place will totally go beyond your expectations! Debbie has thought of everything you could possible want or even if you’ve forgotten it! The abundance of the little things that are annoying to take with you like coffee, creamer, shampoo, or even a forgotten toothbrush. Debbie responded quickly and was a wealth of information for our stay.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for sure! We loved this home!

A beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked house in the perfect location in Bentonville. The generosity of spirit of the owners is apparent at every turn. Just think of the creature comforts you have at your own home (e.g., chargers, comfy pillows and blankets, makeup mirrors, porch seating, large ice cubes for cocktails, etc.) and you will find them in bountiful supply at this house. The beds are comfy; the bathrooms are great; kitchen has EVERYTHING; living room, dining room, are spacious. We will always stay here when coming to this area. The house is close to the quaint Bentonville Square (easy walk) and to Interstate 49 and all of the urban stores and malls. We have absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement. Stay here!

We have stayed in this house twice now and loved it both times! It is loaded with style! Tons of plants and decorative accessories. Comfortable beds and furniture and a bounty of supplies. We have had extended family for a graduation and sadly, a funeral The open floorplan is perfect for family gathering. The proximity to downtown Bentonville is superb and allows easy walks into town. Great house!

Stunning luxury home a few blocks from the town square. A++ location. Located on a quiet street in a neighborhood of stunning homes. Close to bike trails and restaurants. Luxury furnishings and professionally decorated...did you forget something??? well it is very likely that it will be available...I didn't even know "pillow mist" was a thing but it was on the nightstands and was amazing. Multiple outdoor areas where we were able to enjoy the fall weather....huge garage for storing bikes. A proper bike washing station would have be great but the hose in the yard worked fine....hoping I can rent this place again next year for Big Sugar.

We loved our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave!! Located within walking distance of Bentonville Square. We held a small graduation party there & enjoyed having everything there ready to use! From serving platters, bowls, glass & plastic ware, water bottles, shampoo/conditioner,soaps, coffee…and pretty much anything you can think of!!! We loved the outside areas to sit & enjoy coffee and family. This house is above the top & simply amazing! Decorated beautifully with everything you could possibly need or want! Book now! When we arrived on site, the garage doors opened as promised and the doors to the house opened with ease. We walked in the house which was super clean and nice. Water and a bottle of Champagne was in the refrigerator. We brought in our luggage with ample storage.
The location was perfect with restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes. Everyday we went for a bike ride and a walk. The bikes provided were in good shape.
Debbie was available and responsive although we had everything we wanted in the house. Coffee was provided which was the same I normally carry with me. The house was well stocked with towels, utensils, pots, and pans. They had plenty of paper towels and toilet paper.
If you are coming to Bentonville and want to be near the downtown area, this is the perfect place to stay. There is construction all around Bentonville, but we had no problem getting around.

We had a terrific time staying at this property. We came into town on the day of a snow storm, and Debbie contacted me directly to let us know we could check in early if needed. It was very easy to access and being able to get our cars into the garage and out of the storm was really wonderful. Upon entering, the house was tastefully decorated for the holidays, which was a fun treat. The house itself appears to have been expertly curated with great books and décor. It was all clean and spotless, but also warm and inviting. There was ample space for seven of us, and the house had every amenity you could think of. This house will not disappoint!
