This comfortable single-level home features 4 generous bedrooms and 1 bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower. Additionally, there is a separate room with a toilet only.
The location is truly superb, with easy access to transportation options. Within walking distance, you'll find Burwood Highway buses, and the Ferntree Gully train station is nearby. For those traveling by car, the Eastern Freeway is within close proximity. Shopaholics will love the proximity to Westfield Knox Shopping Centre. For a touch of nostalgia, don't miss the famous Puffing Billy, located nearby.
• The garage is not available for parking, as it is exclusively used for the owner's storage. However, there are four parking spaces available at the rear of the house to accommodate your vehicles.

• Only one well-trained and well-behaved pet is allowed.
• Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. Hi guys, I don’t really put reviews but I have to put this as I had a terrible holiday.
I had book two days as my sisters and brothers from different state so we plan to gather as my parents want to meet them after few years unfortunately the property that we booked was terrible and make our holiday terrible.
We were 5 and my parents they charge per head $38 and we had paid total 7person unfortunately due to the house conditions my parents need to get hotel and stay because the house were too bad no lock in any rooms , and 2 doors no door they put curtains and they made lounge into rooms and no doors and no privacy at all. We really wasted our money and the owner know that he made mistake and he said refund $100 which is not worth.
Guys please don’t ever choose this house for family holiday as really bad and each hour the owner calling and telling neighbour complaining due to loud noise as we came to holiday and it’s sat we are laughing so really it was had time.
When we check out the owner message me please clean the house as it’s was clean and I took picture as well and payed $230 for cleaning but still the owner give us hard time and to be honest guys please don’t take this property.

Rooms were spacious and good size for our group. That's as far as the good stuff goes. No top sheets and one of the doonas has stains from who knows what. No face washers, thin small tea towels, No kitchen cloths. Mouse poo in the kitchen cupboard. Listing says has 2 bathrooms BUT is only one tiny toilet and 1 small bathroom. Wish I could attach photos to this to show how dirty the shower was. Full of grime and mold. Sentthe photo to the owners who have not replied. Cleaner turned up before our check out time and sat in the car over the street. Very intimidating. Late check in on the first day - 4pm is stingy as you are paying for 2 days and only really get just over 36hrs. Stayz has poor complaints process and as a result I will never book with this owner nor Stayz ever again.

Was only there for 2 nights but was an awesome stay , close to everything we needed for a wedding we were attending, coming from Geelong this place was a perfect place to relax and enjoy in

Annie was excellent at communicating, the house is exceptionally cheap for the number of people it can accomodate and exactly as described. The bathroom is dated but excellent water pressure and the seperate toilet means it’s all manageable. Thank you for our weekend.
