WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL:
Bed Linens
A set of sheets, pillows, and a blanket is provided for each and every bed in your vacation rental. When you arrive, the bed will be nicely made up with commercially laundered linens. We do not provide extra blankets or sheets.
Towels
One bath towel, one beach/pool towel, one wash cloth is provided for each guest in accordance with the maximum occupancy of your vacation rental unit. One bath mat and one hand towel are provided per bathroom. 4 kitchen towels, 4 kitchen wash cloths and two oven mitts are provided with each rental. Additional linens or a change of linens are available by request and at additional charge.
Household Supplies
Hand soap at each sink, 1-2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, several laundry pods & dishwashing detergent pods, dryer sheets, 6 garbage bags and a new sponge for washing dishes. These items are designed to get your stay started, but not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days, even for 30+ days are expected to purchase and replenish their own toilet paper, etc.
*Shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues and other toiletries are not included. Also, while there is generally a broom, dustpan and vacuum available at each vacation rental, we do not provide cleaning supplies and tools at our vacation rentals. Maid service can be arranged for additional charge.
Kitchen Gear
Our kitchens are equipped with a variety of items generally used for simple everyday light meal preparation. Small appliances will always include a coffee maker and toaster. Some of our owners provide additional small appliances like an electric kettle for boiling water and a blender. If there is something you would like to have for your own enjoyment, please purchase it yourself. If you don’t want to take it home with you, leave a note on it and our team will gladly donate it to a resale shop which supports local charity.
Sorry, we do not provide the service of purchasing and delivering additional kitchen items unless specific arrangements are made in advance of your stay and at an additional cost. If there is something specific you need, we encourage you to bring it with you or to purchase it locally for your own use.
Gas for the BBQ
In the case of single family homes with BBQ grills, there is generally a half tank of gas available. If you run out, please take the local Walmart, gasoline station or hardware store and purchase a replacement tank. If you need a member of our staff to do this for you, there will be a $75 service charge. If you are staying in a condominium, generally the Association will provide gas for the community BBQ.

GUEST authorizes MANAGER to charge credit card for any/all violations of this agreement and any incidentals or optional services requested during stay. GUEST consents to electronic signature of this document in lieu of an original signature upon an actual charge slip. GUEST agrees this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 45 days after leased premises are vacated.
Provided RESPONSIBLE PARTY and its GUESTS uphold the TERMS of this agreement, obey house rules, be respectful of our neighbors and our staff, make use of the property and its contents in a respectful manner, no additional charges to the credit card being held will be made. The following circumstances constitute the MANAGER's reserved right to apply additional charges to said credit card or to seek damages from GUEST for failure to uphold their responsibilities:
• Disrespectful use of property causing complaint from neighbors, homeowner association, property manager, staff or law enforcement.
• Any lost, stolen or missing items.
• Unreported, broken or damaged items or property requiring replacement &/or repair.
• Failure to obey our check-in & check-out times.
• Exceeding the number of GUESTS or visitors as registered.
• Hosting of any unauthorized gatherings, party, event, etc.
• Possession of illegal substances or conducting any illegal or illicit activity on the property.
• Excessive cleaning &/or excessive trash, garbage or debris removal.
• Failure to return keys, garage door or gate openers, parking passes, etc.

Our stay was very relaxing. Our accommodations we perfect. Clean, peaceful and just right for a get away.

Soft furniture, nice view from screened porch,comfy beds. Drawback was the hot water in showers was not available in the soaking tub.We figured it was a scald guard. Emailed about needing toilet fixed in the morning, got a quick reply,and repair was completed that day. Close shopping and restaurants. Would choose Lely again.

Family vacation
Nice place. The place I originally rented ended up not being available. I was switched to a different condo which I was given an inaccurate description and pictures of. The list of items that I was told were included at the condo was also inaccurate.

Everything was great. Clean and organized. The best part was not having to waste any food because they donate to a local charity!
Only issue was that the key card failed to open the door prior to 10am, which would have been disastrous if we hadn't planned as well as we did. Also, the check in directions need to be more clear about which resort we were staying in. We tried to get into the Signature club to start. Eventually we figured it out but slightly more specific direction would be helpful.
Overall, the stay was great. The pool was perfect!

golf getaway
Condo was perfect and comfortable, short walk to the pool and hot tub for relaxing after golf, a lot of options for playing golf and for eating out, FYI Grouper & chips was wonderful,
the only complaint I had was Naples and Marco beach access was a joke, no parking at all. otherwise, I would definitely stay there again,

Too much cost for mediocre place
I have never been disappointed with a VRBO rental until this one. We paid an very high rate for a mediocre place. For the price one would expect a nice place. Instead it was worn, small, with dated appliances and many items in need of improvement The blind in the front bedroom could not be lifted to let in natural light, no bar soap in bathrooms, cooling system couldn't be lowered more than a few degrees at a time or the system would freeze, the TV volume control didn't work and had to be adjusted at the TV, the sofa was worn, only 3 adults could sit comfortably to watch TV, the pocket door between the master bath and bedroom wouldn't close and master bedroom mattress had dips and rolls in it.

The location was very pretty, had minor issues but was quickly resolved by maintenance and the manager of the resort came by to show us where a reset button was which was very good customer service! We would come back again 😊

Outstanding.
The AC went out our first night. Paola, the maintenance manager was able to have a service technician get it going for the night and relocated us to another unit the next day. The service and communication was outstanding. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Clean, spacious stay.
My family stayed for 4 nights. The condo was clean, and beds were comfortable. The supplies provided were the perfect amount (dish detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, toilet paper and paper towels) and my son was rather excited about the complimentary microwave popcorn! The lanai was a little small for 6 people but it was still nice and private. The community pool was clean and refreshing.

Review of Greenlinks unit 925
We enjoyed a very nice stay. We followed protocol and sent pictures of minor things that we noticed from prior stays like a few stains on the carpet, the furnace filter needing changed, and the coffee pot was not in an appealing condition. I went a bought my own for our stay. The view and condo itself was great. I would recommend it for future stays.

Cancelled trip
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip to Naples and the Lely Resort. As such, we really cannot provide any comment.

Disappointing stay followed by completely unresponsive customer service
Would not recommend booking through this company to anyone.
We booked a 6-day stay expecting that rates would be rather high given the holiday week we'd be traveling. That said, we encountered a number of issues throughout the week that we would not have anticipated given the rate we paid.
The primary issues we experienced were the following:
1) Thermostat could not be adjusted below 85 degrees, so we had no AC for 4 of the 6 days of our stay
- I emailed to notify maintenance on day 2 when it was apparent it wasn't something we could resolve on our own. Someone promptly responded to my note saying that they would look into it as soon as possible. Then two days passed with no follow-up.
- I followed up over email 4 times with no response and then called maintenance 3 times but received the voicemail each time I called.
After calling the operator and asking if she could follow up with maintenance, I finally received a response and a technician was sent out. Issue was resolved, but only two days before we checked out.
2) Wifi password printed in the book in the unit was incorrect, so we had no Wifi for 4 of the 6 days of our stay
- I emailed about the Wifi password not working and the email response back provided the same password that was printed in the book, or to use the NFVH Guest network (which is not a secure network). I responded saying that password did not work for the password-protected network, and explained that my work laptop would not allow me to connect to the guest network because it was not secure (there is a pop-up when you try to connect to it that says so). The response I received back was, "they are both secure networks, please try the other one." -- This was neither accurate, nor helpful.
3) The door code was re-set about 30 minutes before checkout time, just as we were loading the car. Thankfully, someone was still in the unit and could open the door back up, but had we all gone outside at the same time, would have been locked out with some of our bags still inside. If the check-out time that is communicated is 10am, the door code should not change until that time.
Additionally, we noted the following (less egregious, but worth mentioning) issues:
- Coffee pot was cracked
- Garbage disposal did not function properly (did not drain)
- Fan in the bathroom of the main bedroom did not work well/sounded like it was about to go out
- Comforter for pull-out couch had stains all over it. It looked like something you'd find in a cheap motel.

Very nice stay
We had a great stay, wonderful accommodations. The condo was bigger than we expected it to be which was a very nice surprise. My dad and brother specially enjoyed the access to the golf courses and the tennis court.

I gave you a 4 vs a 5 for a few picky reasons. The kitchen could use a few more basic utensils, knives need to be sharpened. Pull out couch mattress cover was dirty when we opened it. This should be checked between every customer turnover. The toilet seats on both toilets are loose and should be tightened. The master bed makes a lot of noise when moving around and should be fixed or changed.

Genoa Lely resort
The condo at Lely was fantastic, all the amenities you need, information that was sent through by Florida vacations was helpful and informative.
The resort was clean and tidy, pool and BBQ area was good and clean.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Very Nice Unit and the Price was worthy of the Price Paid. .
Most important the unit was comfortable, clean and the beds were also comfortable. This unit worked out for us very nicely. Value Priced for the accommodations. Not Over Priced like many rentals are! Rental company was nice to work with. Thanks for a nice place to stay while in Naples! Carlos

WOW!!!!!! What a great value!
What a great value! Our family of four was able to enjoy this condo instead of getting multiple hotel rooms. Not only did we save money, but we also had a full kitchen and amenities so we could spend time in the condo. The view was great. The rental agency NFVH was awesome. We had an issue with WiFi during a storm...not their fault...and they booted it back up for us because we are silly Europeans that do not know dese things.

Comfortable stay
We had a nice comfortable stay. We really enjoyed having a coffee on the lanai overlooking the Golf Course. Very green and very peaceful. The unit was updated and had everything we needed. We had a great holiday!

New Condo and Perfect for our stay!
The condo was very new looking. The agency tells me the owner put a lot of money into upgrading his unit and it shows. The designs were a whole lot nicer than another that I saw. The views of the golf course were calming. We would rent again!
