施設がキレイで、ライブラリースペースが良かった。近くにスーパーや薬局、コンビニなどもあり便利だった。

少し歩いたところに契約駐車場があるけど、ホテルに駐車場があまりない事。

スタッフは最悪！ホテルは最高！

Library Cafeがよかった。

Bookings.comで払ったのに、チェックインシステムでは未払いとなっています。数人スタッフに数回を目と目で合って、呼んでも無視されました。結局、全員がびっくりするほど、大きな声で叫んでようやく助けに来た。スタッフは最悪です！態度はとても悪かったです。日本のホテルでは初めて見られる最悪なスタッフの態度。

CP值高的住宿選擇

早餐很豐富, 房間雖然不大間但也夠放2個28吋行李箱攤開, CP值很高, 離車站和神姬巴士總站很近相當方便, 走到商店街也不算太遠

雖然感覺上有打掃但是地毯還是有些灰塵, 但整體上還能接受, 畢竟住宿費用相當便宜

とてもよかった

近くにドラッグストアやスーパーもあり、便利がよかったです。加湿器や電気マッサージ機、アイスノンなどフロントで借りられました。旅行で長く歩いて足がパンパンだったので助かりました。ドライヤーがキヌージヨでした！デスクの鏡も女優ライト付きで、何から何まで配慮されていて大満足です。 3階？には氷や自販機もありました。お部屋も快適でお風呂も綺麗でした。コンセントも枕元にあり本を読むための照明も枕元にあり便利でした。スタッフさんの対応もよく気持ちよく過ごせました。また泊まりたいです。

Very satisfactory, room service fast and efficient.

The hotel is well positioned near sannomiya, and the breakfast offers plenty of choices.

Most rooms do not have a view (in front of another building's wall) and the elevator system is quite strange (always stops on floor 2, sometimes refuses to go to floor 1, you need to flash your room card to go anywhere)

娘が喜んでくれて、とても良かったです。お世話になりました。

スタッフの方がとても親切で、娘の誕生日だったのですがバースデーカードを置いて下さいました。とても喜んでおりました。ありがとうございました。

シーツに細い髪の毛がたくさんついていました。朝食のフルーツが冷凍なのと、パンコーナーにあったのが、バターじゃなくてマーガリンだったのが残念でした。オムレツは美味しく頂きました。

will not stay here again unless it allows the video calls to be made via mobile devices or laptops.

the front staff was poorly trained. cant speak well, cant handle questions well. (in Japanese even) the check in machines didnt work well. the in-house network security doesnt allow video calls by mobile devices or laptops. it is ridiculous if you need to do online meetings when you have internet connection yet you cant turn on your camera. what kind of a business hotel is this?? strongly advise not to use this hotel for business activities or if you need to use your camera to do video calls with your love ones.

房子很清潔，工作人員態度良好!2樓餐廳有飲品及小食免費供應。交通方便，隔鄰有壽司舖和拉麵舖! 藥房和超市行一個街口便到!

雙人床的房間面積較細，行李喼打開後便沒有位置可以走動!

清潔でお部屋もバスルームも広めでした。人気の絹女のドライヤーが部屋にありフロントではアイロンやエクサガンの貸し出しもありました。コーヒーやジュースが24時まで無料なのもよかったです。

Exceptional

Our twin room was very spacious with a small dining table and 2 chairs. The room was clean and very well appointed. It was very secure, requiring a card to use the lift. It was very quiet, which was wonderful. It was about 150m from Sannomiya station as well as to access to all the buses in the area. Shops were almost next door. The breakfast was lavish and we really enjoyed the comfort library to have a cuppa or enjoy the relaxed surrounds. Towels can be refreshed daily if you require them. We were able to leave our suitcases in the lobby using a lock you set yourself.

There was very little English spoken by the staff on the day we checked in, and English signage compared to other cities appeared limited, but most of the facilities were self-explanatory.

Superb

First of all, the location of the hotel is wonderful. A few minutes walk from everywhere I wanted the visit. The port, shopping centers, and gardens. The breakfast is descent enough but always crowded. In conclusion, great hotel with great service, wonderful location and very nice staff!

On "rush" hours, the wait time for elevators can be like 10 minutes... not horrible but can be annoying

Comfortable hotel with very reasonable price and central location in Kobe

Comfortable bed, good size bathroom, clear view toward the nearby mountain (our room was on the top floor, it helps) and when opening the window, the noise level from outside was very reasonable, despite being plain centre of Kobe. Arriving late by plane to Kobe (10 PM) we appreciated a lot the proximity with Sannomiya train station, 5 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet very complete, lot of choices, and we liked the fact that later in the day the breakfast place remained opened, with free drinks, to chill down, read a book (it would be nice to have a manga corner with some English ones by the way :)), etc

Ony one small thing: check-in and check-out through machines is not our thing - especially when the staff is also there and helpfull, as always in Japan

I would definitely stay there again.

Convenience to rail and bus transport and central area. Lots of eateries within close walking distance.

The staff were helpful but their English was limited and sometimes gave incomplete or incorrect directions.
