Fijne locatie, maar appartement toe aan een opknapbeurt, wij begrijpen de hoge beoordeling niet

De locatie. De aanwezigheid van een oven, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Dat het goed schoon was.

Matras van het tweepersoonsbed was erg hard. Lekkage in de badkamer, waardoor we 1 douche niet konden gebruiken. Keukenkastjes hangen van ellende aan elkaar. Geen ventilatie in de badkamer. Stoelen eethoek maakten erg veel kabaal. De toiletbril zat los. Prop papier in het plafond vd badkamer en schimmel in de badkamer. Krappe badkamer. Stapelbed erg gammel.

Moraira is a lovely, small resort, and this apartment is the perfect place to stay to enjoy it.

Great location, within easy reach of all that Moraira has to offer, with the bonus of being in a nice, peaceful area. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and very clean and comfortable. I had great contact from the owners, messaging beforehand, then we were met at the location to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment.

great location, value for money

great location few minutes walk to beach and on site parking . very helpful owners and they quickly respond to contact.

it was satisfactory in all senses but maybe lacking in those extra touches which makes a place feel special.

A clean apartment in a good location but some improvements needed.

Good location, clean well equipped kitchen with a comfortable lounge. There was a nice balcony with chairs and the aircon worked well.

The bed and pillows were too hard for us. There were no bath mats or tee towels and only 2 toilet rolls 😫 It would have been nice to have even a couple of English TV channels. I know the apartment is Spanish but Im sure many non Spanish people stay there. The bathroom was very small which made getting in and out of the shower difficult for us older people. The second ‘ bathroom ‘ was just full of cleaning products.

We had a lovely stay in Moraira despite bad weather. Our hosts answered text queries fast.

The position was excellent to access central Moraira, restaurants, the harbour etc. The apartment was nice and quiet with a good heating system, working washing machine and dishwasher. The balcony would have been lovely to use if we had not had so much rain! The food in Spain was fantastic and mostly excellent value currently, especially in the supermarkets.

We could not find the parking for the apartment and a map or written instructions would have been useful to help us reach it and meet the owner to collect the keys. It would be useful to have dishwasher tablets provided in the apartment.

Super friendly owners. Helped us find our way and met us at the garage entrance to explain everything. Nice appartment, super clean, 2 bathrooms and everything you may need. Good A/C!! Free secure underground parking. Just great!!

Location was fantastic, agent very helpful. The apartment was spotless. Would return again.

No instructions for cooker, the oven was fine but could not get the rings on top to work.

Excellent accommodation for my wife and I with everything and more in this central location property

Ideally located for the town with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. A good and compact apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay.

Fine for two adults but bunk beds in the second bedroom would only be suitable for one additional adult or two children.
