Situated on the same level are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with ensuite bathroom and luxury spa bath. The lower level consists of a spacious fourth bedroom and bathroom, just perfect for extended families travelling together. 2 pairs of king single bunk beds, beanbags and TV make it the ideal teenage or child friendly getaway. Whakata on Whitbourn is conveniently located in Aspen Grove just minutes from Central Queenstown. There is plenty of parking space in the 3 car garage and internal access for the cooler winter months. Explore the nearby walking and cycle tracks or as Whakata means take a breath, rest, relax, have a break and enjoy all of the amenities that this fabulous holiday home offers! Four Bunk Beds - For Children Only Harcourts welcomes you to Whakata on Whitbourn. The holiday home is managed exclusively by Harcourts Holiday Homes and means that they are able to ensure everything in our home is kept up to the highest standards, and while they operate NZ office hours, they are always available to send the appropriate person around to ensure any urgent problem is fixed immediately. Having access to emergency services such as plumbers and electricians, provide peace of mind to us, so that your stay will never be compromised. Families Preferred AGE OF GUESTS Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD The minimum rental period for all holiday homes is 3 nights, except during Christmas and New Year Periods where a minimum of 5 nights is required Additional rules Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out. NO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking. Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap. The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave. RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies. DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.

The house and views were even better than we expected. The house is lovely, with lots of room for people to congregate, or to have space to themselves. The views from the house and back yard were stunning! The outdoor fire and spa were great. Emily from the agency was fantastic and help us very quickly with any problems or questions we had. It was a bit away from town, so I’d recommend hiring a car or getting taxis as it a long, very steep walk to/from town. There was a couple of restaurants, and a corner store very close by which was great. I would definitely recommend this home for groups of family or friends.

What an amazing family holiday home with the most stunning views I’ve ever seen! There was plenty of room for the nine of us ranging from a toddler to a over 65 year old. The spa pool was well used and the kids bunk room downstairs was a great hideaway for the kids. The house was beautiful and warm with the sun coming in the large windows for most of the day and the beds were all very comfortable. A beautiful family holiday was had here with great memories created.
