This luxury complex is situated upon an immaculate stretch of the Gulf Coast, where miles of sugar-white sands give way to shimmering emerald waters and endless horizons, creating an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation!

This unit provides open access to all of the spacious entertaining spaces. The living room features two comfy recliners and a plush sofa. The beautiful dining area has seating for four around a beachy bamboo table and even a wet bar where you can mix up a fancy cocktail to enjoy on the balcony that looks out over the stunning gulf waters! The updated kitchen is immaculate. With seating for 4 at the large breakfast bar, ample prep space, stainless steel appliances and top of the line cookware, it is a chef's dream!

Perhaps the best feature of the living room, the sliding glass doors open directly to the Gulf front terrace. You’ll be greeted by the soft sea breeze and immediately transported into a state of sheer serenity when you sit and delight in the splendor of the Gulf’s perfection. The terrace is truly one of a kind! It has a custom wet bar installed with sink and storage, comfy lounge chairs and a dining set for four where you can enjoy your evening with a glass of wine overlooking the serene waters of the Gulf!

The master is the perfect restful retreat, with calming colors, a luxurious plush king bed and a small sitting area that features views of the water and direct access to the terrace. The master bathroom features 2 granite vanities allowing for plenty of counter and cabinet space, a separate powder room which includes a travertine tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom is filled with islandy touches, a queen bed and a twin bed, and a second bath. Including the sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests!

We had a great time loved the location, condo was amazing! Only down fall was we wished the patio table had been on the balcony! It looked like it had been broken but just not repaired yet! Definitely would like to come back here!

This visit was our second stay in this unit. We love it and hope to come again. The location is quiet, the beach isn’t crowded, and it’s perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Luxury coast vacations gave us complimentary early check which was so great. This condo is lovely and a very quiet area . Very clean upon arrival and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short 3 night stay. Balcony has two nice large wicker chairs and a table with 4 Adirondack chairs plus outside sink and cabinets. It has a perfect unobstructed view of the beach and water. Very quick and easy access to the beach. Beware though of a $25 parking fee which was a surprise. I don’t recall seeing that disclosed until we got our check in instructions The beach was not crowded and we had beach service for $40 a day. That would have been a nice perk but we loved it and very pleased with our stay. One working elevator instead of two but was never a problem. Should be fixed very soon. I would definitely come back

This was a great condo for our ladies 4 day getaway. Very clean and location was spot on. All the beds and furniture very comfortable. Easy access to the beach right out the back. View from balcony was fantastic. Chair and umbrella company set up right in front of building. Will be back

I was happy with this rental, the property managers were very accommodating (helping put my grocery delivery away before our arrival), the location, the private feel of the beach, cleanliness of the unit, the market across the street was very nice to have close by. Also about 1 mile down is a local beach store where everything is $9.99 and below was a fun place to shop. My only complaint would be that it’s time to replace the master bedroom mattress! Didn’t get great quality sleep due to the sinking in the middle of the King size bed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Also be aware that there is a $25 + tax parking pass fee once you arrive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Spray. The condo was spacious, and had everything we needed. The patio was a great place to eat meals and have a few drinks. Communication with the property management was easy. I'd gladly return or recommend to others.

We were pleased with the property. Great location. We had to cut or trip short by 4 days due to hurricane in the gulf brought constant torrential rains -- we were very sad about that -- lost 4 days rent $. If the MST/Br had a decent bed we would have no complaints - but that bed was awful !!

Nicely appointed 10th floor penthouse directly on the beach at Perdido Key. Beautiful balcony overlooking pool, hot tub and sand and surf. Nicely supplied kitchen, appliances, W&D and beddings. Two grocery stores within 20 mins to buy all of your food, drink and coffee filters.

Worst vacation ever!

I was rented a unit that had a hole in the ceiling that had yet to be repaired. It was a nightmare from the first day to the last. We had repair men on our roof doing work for the first 5 days we were there and they started at 7 am every day while we were trying to sleep. We had repair men staring down into our condo every day and they starting working on it without any notice to us. This unit should have never been rented especially with the type of repairs it needed. Then we had the bed break on us not once but twice while we were sleeping and it scared us. Then we had a piece of art fly off the wall in the middle of the night and crash and break. Then the people there treated our kids poorly and they closed the pool and hot tub for 3 days of the trip without any notice or explanation. I just had a really bad vacation and I hope no one else goes here and has to go through something like that.

The mattresses were hard and lumpy, uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t good. And the a/c couldn’t be adjusted to go below 71 degrees. The ceiling fan made lots of noise, so sleeping was always not good.
