Welcome to your vacation rental oasis in Desert Breeze Condominiums! Newly remodeled/decorated and ready for you to enjoy! Our decor and style is inspired by the beauty of Arizona.

**No elevator** Second floor condo

*Located in the Desert Breeze Condo Community- Conveniently located and close to 101 Freeway. Phoenix has hundreds of golf courses. Desert Breeze is an easy 20 minute drive from Sky Harbor International Airport, only 5 minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium, Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility, Peoria Sports Complex, Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Stadium and the Westgate Center. 17 minutes to Phoenix International Raceway. 15 minutes to the World Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium. Many great restaurants and LOTS of shopping close by. Go hiking in the desert at the White Tanks Regional Park 25 minutes away. In 45 minutes you can be at Lake Pleasant.

The Community Pool and Spa is just a short walk from the front door. The community also has a gas grill provided near the pool area. This community is beautifully landscaped, quite, gated with a heated salt-water pool and Fitness Center.

We do allow 1 small dog ($20 per day up to $150) No cats due to common allergies.

This is a 2 bedroom condo that can sleep 6 people.
There is free WiFi and free Wireless internet, along with cable TV/Netflex provided for your use.

The house was awesome and we enjoyed our stay the pool and hot tub were great neighborhood peaceful. Close to stores and food places. The only draw back which i didnt know when booking was it waa on second floor with steep stairs other than that it was an awesome stay and visit.

The condo and property were everything we hoped it would be. Great condition and perfect layout for two couples. Have never stayed in Glendale area prior but would certainly come back. Only one little issue we ran into was with the dryer. Couldn't seem to get it to run warm. Other than that no issues to note

My son and husband stayed at the property for a WWE show and concert. This location was perfect! It was close to the amphitheater and Desert Diamond Arena but still tucked away nice and quiet in a residential area. The condo was great with everything they needed. The pool was amazing and we wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you, Monica!!

This property was so nice and quiet. The pool was amazing. The beds were so nice that I slept like a baby. The unit was so nicely decorated and clean. I’m definitely rebooking when I come back to Arizona.

Great place on the west side of Phoenix. Communication was lightning fast. Room was very clean and had all the small items you would need (paper towel, detergents, hand soaps etc.) Only thing that could have been better was cleaning and vacuum of the pool, but it was extremely hot out, so I give them a pass on that, and it was perfectly swimmable.

Fabulous stay! Place exactly as described and very comfortable. Definitely recommend and will stay again if back in the area. Absolutely loved that sealed non-perishable items from previous customers were left behind for our convenience. What a great way to avoid waste.

This property met all of our expectations. It was easy to get to and out of the way of high traffic. The condo was near shopping and great selections for meals. We were in Phoenix to attend our granddaughter’s softball tournament at Grand Canyon University.

Our family of 4 adults stayed for a week during spring training. The condo was the perfect size for us, was very clean, and had all we needed to cook the meals we wanted. Highly recommended.

Monica was awesome!! We stayed here when we first moved to Arizona. She added weeks on for us while we were waiting for our house to be ready for move in. She really worked with us, even accepting our cats. Would definitely recommend. Thank you again Monica!!

The condo was fantastic. It was VERY clean and up to par on everything. Monica is most definitely a great host! She is very quick to answer and is very kind in her response. I would most definitely stay at this condo upon my return and plan on doing so when I return sometime in March of 2023 if it is available for my dates. Thank you so much for hosting me. Our stay at the Monica’s Desert Breeze condo was excellent. The condo had all the comforts of home with all up to date and modern amenities. The pool at Desert Breeze was well maintained and inviting. Our days were the pool in the morning followed by day trips for shopping, site seeing, baseball and dining. The condo had an excellent cable and Wi-Fi system. The gated community was safe and secure with wonderful neighbors. I would highly recommend a stay at Monica’s Desert Breeze condo.

The condo had everything we needed for our stay(one week). Two king size beds were comfortable. TV set up was great. The pool is heated and we used it every day(Feb 15-22, 2022). There is a fittness center that was well equipped. We used the community grill which cooked our steak perfectly. The condo was not close to the road so traffic noise was not a problem. Close to the 101 frwy so very easy to get around.

Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was perfectly located near shopping, dining, & entertainment. Easy access to the interstate. The kitchen had the essentials as did the bathroom. The balcony was small but was adequate for our needs. The complex pool was heated and clean with plenty of seating and just a short walk from the condo. Did not use the fitness center but it looked nice. LOL would stay here again when traveling to Phoenix again.
