This charming historic apartment with shaded terrace is located just three minutes walk from the Old Town gate and Dubrovnik's most popular beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood near shops and restaurants. Master bedroom plus adjacent sleeping area provides spacious accommodation for a couple, a group of friends, or a family with children. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and brand new kitchenette.
This authentic Dubrovnik family home features open stone work, mosaic tile floors and other artistic touches throughout. The master bedroom upstairs features original antique wood furniture, a king sized bed and views of the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the Adriatic Sea. The adjacent second bedroom features one standard single bed, and a second comfortable fold out single.
The kitchenette includes 2-burner stove top, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. The apartment stays comfortably cool in summer with two air conditioning units. Reserved off site parking is available upon request. Parking MUST BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.

My husband and I stayed at this VRBO. We enjoyed the home as a place to relax (great terrace and views). It was very convenient for walking to old town and to the beach. The washing machine was also very convenient and easy to use. Rebecca was communicative and even organized transportation from the airport to the apartment. Thanks, Rebecca!

Pros: Excellent location, nice terrace, professional and helpful owners, excellent communication and service
Can be improved: More bins e.g. in bathroom, living area and upstairs; the floor was cold and didn't have carpet, so best to bring a pair of slippers, more comfortable sitting like sofa and cushions would be welcome, the terrace chairs are made of iron or cement and hurt a bit :))

This flat is filled with old workd charm. The views from the terrace and bedroom were amazing. The location was perfect. Fabulous place and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our short stay, and liked being close to a city gait without being in the middle of such a busy city. Comfortable apartment. Not for those with mobility issues as the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and narrow.

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Close to old town and swimming. Sleeps 4 comfortably and has a beautiful patio for relaxing. Our hosts were very kind and helpful!

Rebecca the host was great at communicating, she let us drop our bags off early, and let us know when the apartment was ready for us, two hours early!. The apartment was as stated, the absolute highlight was the location though. Loved our trip.

Rebecca is an amazing host. She contacted us in advance of our arrival in Dubrovnik to schedule a time to meet us at the apartment. She also set up a shuttle service for us that made the transfer from the airport to her apartment a breeze. This is a wonderful apartment with great character and history. You can’t beat the location as it just a minute or two from the entrance to the old town. It’s close enough to be convenient and yet far enough from the crowded old town to be quieter and more relaxing. We walked to the bakery in the morning and then enjoyed breakfast on the deck. The apartment is comfortable and furnished with everything you need. Rebecca recommended Lady Pi-Pi for dinner and it was a great recommendation. Overall we had an amazing time staying here and we will definitely be back!

This property was exactly as advertised. The location is perfect for getting to the cable car, Old Town, walking tours, beach, restaurants, etc. It is very small and the stairs are steep (as shown), but it is very comfortable and it was plenty of space for us - 2 adults, 2 teens. Rebecca was always fast to respond to questions. We enjoyed our time there!

The hosts were lovely & great with communicating & accommodating us.
The accommodation was in a fantastic location just few mins walk (& steps!) from the old city walls.
The accommodation itself was clean but pretty rustic & basic. The outdoor spaces was lovely! The main bedroom was good but the ‘second’ bedroom was really in the hallway to the main bedroom with pretty small beds. The stairs to the bedrooms was no more than a wooden set of steps & not good for the faint hearted!!

Met our host rhythm on time and place, difficult to do in Dubrovnik. Apartment was quite nice, clean, cute, very thing we needed. Location only a five minute walk from north entrance of Walled City. Would stay again!

Great spot near Old Town
I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Dubrovnik. The listing photos are accurate and the communication and check in process with Rebecca were a breeze. She even helped return some towels that friends of ours staying in another property had inadvertently left behind. Highly recommended.

Ideally located for the most gorgeous city
Rebecca's apartment is just full of history, as well as being in a perfect location just outside Old Town Dubrovnik. It's within easy reach of the airport and once there everything is just on your doorstep. We had some fabulous meals out in and just outside Old Town, cocktails overlooking the sea, and took the ferry over to explore Lokrum island. It was such a lovely short break.

The Wi-Fi is terrible and the property owner ignored my questions about how to resolve.
The tv has multiple channels but only static for audio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rebecca and Vido were very helpful, both in advance and during our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, comfortable and quiet.

Only a few minutes walk to the old city gate and the cable car. The bed was large and very comfortable and we were glad of the air con.

Great place for a family of four. Plenty of room and close to all amenities. It was clean and well kept. Only minor issue we had was it is very close to road so traffic can be heard. Being that we live out in the country at home, traffic noise took a bit of getting used to but having said that, would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic apartment close to the Old Town
Stayed here August for two nights with my wife and two teen daughters. Communication with the owner was first rate, responded almost immediately to any questions we had. On the day of arrival we had the owners mobile number and messaged an hour before arrival. We were met and shown the parking space and shown around the apartment. The apartment is two story, ground floor living room, showroom with WC and kitchen. First floor is via a quite steep set of steps into a large area with two single beds and then through into the bedroom. Air con was in the living room and main bedroom. The apartment is ideal for two people for a week or more or for four for a short stay. The apartment is virtually next door to the cable car station. Access to the Old Town is via a set of steps but it brings you to the western town gate in about 300m. The apartment is so well located and we couldn't have wished for a better location. Car parking is a real bonus as it is very difficult in the town otherwise. Only concerns would be the steepness of the steps to the first floor, not a problem for us but could be an issue for less able and also the air con from the main bedroom struggled to be felt in the adjacent room so my daughters felt the heat a bit. Other than that, perfect and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Gorgeous apartment in a perfect location
The whole booking process was very easy and straight forward. A taxi was organised and picked us up from the airport, easy transfer. The apartment is cosy and full of character. A perfect position, just a 2 mins walk to Dubrovnik old town, but away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely recommend this property, we were a family of 4 (children 14 and 12) and it suited us perfectly for a short stay before heading up the coast. Recommend the castle wall walk, but do it early. We did it at 8am before it was too hot and too busy!!

It was wonderful but watch out for stairs
The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We did not cook in the apartment but it was nice to have the refrigerator.
It was fine for us but please know that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the stairs to the upper level bedrooms are very steep. In the middle of the night a person could have some difficulty if they need to get down there.

The place was a little small for the four of us, but it had such great charm. Location was perfect, Quiet and easy to walk to the downtown area.

Lovely historic property
What a historically interesting property comfortable and convenient for the old town. Rebecca is an excellent host who was extremely helpful and supportive. She quickly dealt with all of my queries. She met us at our drop off point and her husband helped us when we left this made everything so easy. I would thoroughly recommend this property

Great Apartment, Great Location & Great Hosts
Rebecca and Vido are incredible hosts, from helping us with shuttles to and from the airport, meeting us when we arrived and seeing us off when we left. We stayed for 9 nights Rebecca and Vido gave us great restaurant suggestions and checked in with us throughout the week to make sure everything was going well.
The apartment is in the perfect location quick to get to the old town was well as the switch back trail.
It is clean and they even came to switch the linens half way through the week.
We have a 3 year old daughter and the apartment was great for her.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very appreciative to both Rebecca and Vido for the help.

Perfect location and great hosts
Very close to the old city. It was clean and very quiet. Owner met us and helped tremendously with parking. They allso suggested two of the best restaurants we ate at while in Croatia. Off season was the best time to visit. Can’t wait to go back.
