Bis aufs Schlafen war alles ok.

Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Gebucht hatten wir ein Doppelzimmer und bekamen ein Einzelzimmer, das Bett war viel zu klein. Es wurde ein Doppelzimmer berechnet. 😡Chef unfreundlich.

I didn’t have a place to stay that night because my landlord didn’t leave the keys for me it was late so Booking.com let me reserve here. it was late. And when I called the person who answered told me he was asleep, he said it wasn’t his problem and hanged the phone letting me on the street. Why on earth would they let me book them? bad Review.

Breakfast is very varied and good. Free lunch meals always have a soup of some sort, just what you need in the middle of a winter day. We've had great views from balconies on the Obersdorf, which has allowed us to have a nice look on NY fireshow Housekeeping is fast and thorough.

Two nights the heater was off in the middle of the night. Both times it was so cold it woke me up. After first night I told hotel staff about it, a repairman came that same day but wasn't able to fix the issue - I got another turned off heater the next night. As as result I got sick. Also it would be way more comfortable to have opportunity to have evening meals here, as going to Obersdorf takes like 20 minutes walk.

The Wellness Area is great. And during summer when we stayed, it was deserted. Great stay!!!

We were not aware that there is no Restaurant in the hotel - and it is a good 20min walk to town.

Location, aesthetic, facilities all very lovely.

The breakfast was provided far too late. While breakfast was included in the cost, I couldn't partake because it wasn't served early enough. At minimum, some food should be available by 630am!

Beautiful view but paid too much for it.

The swimming pool and small sauna area were a bonus. Parking was convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very nice.

The mattress was too hard and the room was too small for three people. The price for the room was also way more than it should have been for the room and location.

We'll be back, very impressed!

The pool area had a lot of character for a smallish pool, warm. The spa area was really pleasant and relaxing, better than expected. Breakfast was complete with good atmosphere. Staff in all areas were helpful. Room was clean and modern (junior apartment).

We didn't know that half of the junior apartment was subterranean ("windows" of 2 bedrooms were underground, though main living room was high above ground with a nice porch (it's on a steep hill). It was fine, though that aspect could feel claustrophobic or creepy to some. During corona you have to sign up for a one hour time slot for the pool (and breakfast, between 8-10 which can make ski start late). This was fine for us, just fyi.

Relaxing friendly accommodation but missing bar/restauarant

I love everything about the hotel, the location on top of a hill, the facilities, the views, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast...everything. I haven’t enjoyed sauna as much as I did here. The views are just spectacular. Happy to come back.

Lots of potential yet to be unleashed

Clean and tidy. Very good location - away from the town, and still at a walking distance to the center, situated on the hill with stunning views. Great breakfast, carefully portioned and nicely wrapped to ensure hygenic distribution. There is also spa and a small pool, should be really nice if baths worked. Property with great potential, and yet, something felt a bit off.

Staff tries really hard, however almost no one speaks English, and it is really tricky to communicate if you do not speak German. It felt as though they were avoiding getting asked something. Spa was not working for few days, no robes or towels were provided to be used in the pool area. Restaurant is apparently open until 5 p.m., however for lunch the menu is extremely narrow - soup and few options of bread with sausage. Was difficult to comprehend the purpose of keeping it open - maybe in winter this set up makes more sense. Body wash bottles very small, good for one or two uses, and there was no supplement of them for two days. Rooms are on the smaller side, although we booked something called superior double room. Not great value for money. All in all it felt as though few small changes would have helped us feel much more welcomed there.
