Great time. Peaceful setting.

The stay was great. Location related to the beavercreek marina was perfect!

This property was perfect for our large group. We’ve stayed at a half dozen properties in this location and, by far, this was our favorite! Short distance to Beaver Creek Marina, beautiful view of the lake and sunsets and super spacious for sleeping and eating! We thoroughly enjoyed a fire on the back patio each evening after getting off the lake and the kids enjoyed the game room. Entire house was completely stocked and information about the dos and don’ts was visible throughout the house. Thank you for sharing this amazing property on Evolve so others may enjoy it!

The house provided areas to gather but also individual space when wanted. Equipped with everything needed! Only a few minutes from beaver creek marina to access lake or launch a boat. We enjoyed nights on the patio around a fire. Great communication with host. Any questions or concerns were responded to immediately. The only complaints were related to cleanliness, which I have addressed directly and do trust matters will be discussed with the cleaning staff.

Six of us who have or are turning 65 this year spent a week fishing on Cumberland Lake. While the house layout and distance to the Beaver Creek Marina was perfect, the house is a bit worn and needs a bit of up keep. That being said the view was awesome and the outside area was spectacular. Zach (our Evolve contact) was very responsive and helpful with a few issues that did arise during our stay. The vaule of the rental fee was eqaul to the condition of the house as well. Truly enjoyed our week!

House was fabulous. We loved having everything labeled and instructions on how to use devices. Owners communication was above and beyond even checking on us after a major storm.
We cannot wait to return.

This property is secluded and the views are spectacular! The home is stocked very well with essentials, linens, and games! It didn’t matter if we were relaxing inside, or exploring outside… we had a great time and the kids were thrilled to find geodes! We would absolutely stay here again, and probably will next year!

The property served our purposes perfectly. We had 10 family members, six of which were grand children ranging in ages from 16-26. The property gave us wonderful room and with a lower level that could house the kids, things were terrific. Property was clean. We used the fire pit and decks almost every evening. We were expecting to be much closer to civilization. Seemed like everything was 20-40 minutes away on winding roads. The location would be perfect if you had your own boat and docked it at the marina just 1/2 mile away. Although the kids did well entertaining themselves, there really was not much for them to do nearby. I would give the property an A+ but location a C-. I also would recommend the Black Stallion restaurant in Monticello.

What a great Lakehouse! Had a wonderful lake view and fit us all comfortably. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. House was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Owners have done a fantastic job of communicating by leaving labels and notes throughout the property to ensure a smooth stay. We will be back God willing!

The property was remote with beautiful woods surrounding. It must be gorgeous in the fall!

Only issue was outer patio was a mess .String lights partially inoperable. And some slight cleaning issues in the bathrooms. Renter accommodated with a price adjustment. Was very attentive

This place exceeded our expectations! We had 10 ppl there was plenty room for everyone and the outdoor area was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room for several to sleep. Two bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. There is large entertainment downstairs which is where our kids hung out most. The adults enjoyed several rounds of cards at the big table in dining/kitchen area. We love the open layout. All the kitchen equipment was there that would would need for cook for the family or group. The beds were so comfy if you like soft. We had several members say they loved the soft beds. The patio is really neat lit up but Chilly time of year for us so we didn’t get to fully utilize. Plenty of towels and bath things. The house was well stocked except we needed to get more trash bags and paper towels. We traveled to local attractions and nearby trails. So many pretty waterfalls near by.

The backyard area was amazing and it was nice and secluded! Rooms were all great and everything was clean inside. Nice open area on the main floor was perfect for a decent sized group. Not too far from the lake. Would Recommend!

It was perfect for what we needed. We had four families and our younger boys were able to sleep in the fifth bedroom on the bunk beds. The kids stayed downstairs and the adults upstairs because there was a living room in both. There is a Marina very close that you can rent a boat or jet skis. And if you ask some locals there is a beach that is also close to another smaller boat launch down a dirt road. All in all it was a good stay. Besides that there really isn’t much to do. The town is really small. So if you are looking for a secluded space to just chill. This is the spot for you.

Tons of space and bathrooms. Fun fire pit location and good size deck. Love the view from the upstairs. The TV's had everything we needed, internet was great and location was 10 min from town. The kitchen was upstairs which took some getting used to, but all in all it was a great trip.

Nice and clean. Lots of kitchen supplies. Games to use. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Nice scenery for a walk. A great property that is well maintained.
3.0 / 5.0
Sent feedback to the owner but overall, ok. The cleaning and service fees are very high since we had to clean the place and strip the beds taking them down to the first floor and running trash out. We wouldn’t do that at hotels or resorts.

Beautiful view of lake and mountains, fall foliage was at its most colorful. House was comfortable, clean and well-supplied for all our needs.

Big family reunion. 17 people fit comfortably.
Enough beds for everyone.
Large dining room where we all ate together which was nice.
The large windows in the living room with the view of Cumberland Lake with the fall leaves is breathtaking.
The house host responded quickly to any questions we had.
Never found a direct way to get to Cumberland Lake but there are a few trails around the house that were beautiful and the kids enjoyed them.
The back area is huge with lighting and a fire pit we used every night.
Quite a bit of dog hair on some of the beds and stairways. If you are a dog lover probably wouldn’t bother you but we paid a cleaning fee and thought there could have been a better cleaning up the dog hair.
The lighting in the kitchen needs to be updated. It was very hard to see what you were cooking as the lighting was poor.
Good supply of dishes and cooking supplies.
BBQ grill was perfect.
Overall an amazing house. We had a great time.

Property as described. Very private with plenty of room to sprawl out for large group. Outdoor space was perfect for s’mores, fire, morning coffee, games, and cocktails. Kitchen fully stocked! Everything in the home is labeled with clear directions down to location of things you may need during your stay. Clean, plenty of dining spaces, lots of room to relax, play games, and watch movies. Perfect retreat!!

Beautiful lake vacation
The house was beautiful and spacious. Our group of 12 had plenty of room. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio which was an awesome set up with a lake view. Really appreciated the extras the house had like k cups, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, games, etc. We brought our boat down and got a tie up spot at the marina, which was a short drive from the house. 10/10 would stay again

Great location next to the marina. Outdoor area was perfect for grilling and sitting around the campfire. Has some minor issues with appliances but owner had them fixed and made things right.

Family Fun at the Beaver Creek House
Our family had a wonderful time at the Beaver Creek House. The living areas were spacious, and the sunset views were breathtaking. We ended each day around the campfire, singing, roasting marshmallows and just being together. We'd love to go back!

Spacious home with beautiful views and even better hosts!
Our family had an incredible time playing games and getting snowed in! The view of the lake was incredible and there was an abundance of space inside and outside for use. The hosts were the most accommodating and accessible of any hosts we've experienced. Not only did they check in with us daily, but they allowed us to stay longer than intended due to the excessive amount of snow. We hope to make this home a regular tradition for our family! I cannot recommend it more highly.

Thanksgiving Blowout!
We had a great time in this Monticello home. It has tons of space and a beautiful view of the lake. We spent just as much time outside as we did inside.

Celebrating our Matriarch
We had a great time. The over all property layout was great. We had 13 people with ages from 1 yr to 80 yrs with multiple family groups, so the bedrooms and bathroom placement lent very well for space and some modicum of privacy. We even hosted an additional 10 family members for a supper to celebrate my mother's 80th bday.
And on top of that the evenings spent around the fire pit was our favorite part of the trip.

Could have been great.
The house has fantastic space, and the living areas were great for our family. But, it clearly had not been cleaned before we arrived. The bathroom downstairs was dirty with toothpaste stains on the sink, smelled unclean, and shower curtain had mold all across the bottom. The floors all throughout the house clearly hadn’t been cleaned either and the rug in the living room was so filthy we rolled it up because it was leaving dirt marks on our feet and on our baby’s hands and he got a runny nose every time he was on it. I am not a neat freak by any means, but this was just unacceptable. There are also a lot of maintenance/plumbing things that aren’t being taken care of. It really could be a nice place if it was just cared for a little bit.

Well worth it!
The house at 114 Blevins Ridge Rd. in Monticello, KY was great. We stayed there 4 days and 3 nights and the stay was very comfortable and accommodating. The house was spacious and it had a great hill view of Lake Cumberland. It was clean and everything the pictures showed was accurate. I would definitely recommend this property.
