The view from the property of the ocean is spectacular and so relaxing. The property had everything we needed including a few pantry items which were a bonus. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly.

The beautiful view, the facilities which included full kitchen, bbq and washing machine. Property manager Robyn was very helpful and accommodating.
Only downside was the downstairs beds were not accessible internally. You had to go outside and down some stairs to enter but this wasn’t a concern for us as our whole family slept downstairs (2 double beds and 1 single bed)

Good location, nice house.
The property agent asked for extra 100 $ deposit. Never returned it back. Despite asking multiple times. After 3 months she came back with excuses and did not return money back. Hot water ran out and uppet bed room was not made ready.

Kitchen with all you need
Dining room for 7people max , and small lounge that had a 3 seater couch (fold out bed) and a lazy boy.

Bedroom 1 had Double bed ,

The views are stunning from upstairs.
Excellent facilities especially the kitchen with oil , salt 'n' pepper & dish washing liquid .
The bathroom and showers had aromatherapy soaps that smelt devine .
The bed was uncomfortable upstairs .. however placed on the floor it was comfortable.

Beautiful views, very friendly and helpful host. Love location
Beds were a bit soft for us, but we are very tall and prone to back problems, so this might be only us 😉

The cottage is in a stunning location with beautiful views and well located to explore the Coromandel east coast. Rachel, the property manager is super friendly and helpful.
The two floors are linked by an outside staircase, which isn’t a huge problem but proved tricky for us to juggle with 2 young children (one a baby). But we found a solution and the stay was still excellent.

The view from the property is spectacular, probably the best we've ever had from any accommodation, and the home is very quiet as it's on a deadend road. Robyn was very friendly and we enjoyed a good chat. It was nice to have the two bathrooms.
We found it a bit difficult to sort out the payment and it would have been easier if we could have paid in advance on our credit card. The place would work best for people who are heavy sleepers or are on the same sleep schedule, as the footsteps etc from people upstairs are very audible for those downstairs.

Extraordinary views, and not just from Paku Hill! Plenty of room with large space with beds and second bathroom downstairs. A compromise is the external access to below, no problem in fine weather. Host readily available.
A clothes dryer for towels etc would help, no bother when fine.

We were met by Robyn who showed us around and gave us the keys as well as telling us about good places to eat and shop and sights to see.
Our stay wasn't long enough

The location was great and we loved the amazing views. Nice deck with table and chairs to have our meals.
Supplies were on the lean side; toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid.

It was an awesome stay at this property. The property is amidst a serene and quite hill in the beautiful isolation of Tairua town overlooking the surreal and spectacular view of Water and little islands of the Peninsula. The property was clean, well equipped and groomed. And the manager cum host 'Robyn' added so much love, warmth and her personal touch to the entire experience.
We went there looking for a good holiday stay but actually found a new friend as well. She is one of the most beautiful and considerate soul i have ever met. It was once in a life time experience.
It feels that we have known Robyn and this place since always. A part of me is left there forever…
There can be a traffic congestions due to single lane bridge before the town entrance in peak season.
