This superb eight bedroom AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL, 7 bathroom property to include new master suite plus two further large suites, is bright, bold and indulgent and perfectly positioned on one of Fasano's hills overlooking the deep Blue Adriatic sea, within walking distance of local shop and restaurant. Larger shops and restaurants within 10 mins in car. Three of Puglia’s most talked about towns and the sea are only a short drive away.
Whether you are here to sight-see, simply chill out with family and friends or celebrate a special occasion together, you will find that Villa Silvana ticks all these boxes and many more.
From a broad, shaded terrace under the villa’s impressive arches, you will find a large marble mosaic table for large groups of guests (seats 20) to enjoying al fresco dining together, floor to ceiling French doors lead through into a large well equipped family style kitchen-diner. If you would prefer to be catered for our very popular chef will be delighted to prepare you a meal or 2!
Meanwhile the large family style lounge is effortlessly stylish yet invitingly cosy with comfortable sofas and lamps. A large wood burning stove plus central heating makes this property popular for off season bookings. It is a relaxing place to catch up on some reading from the selection of books available or with some family games.
Following a refurb winter 2018 we are now pleased to offer more & improved accommodation. Villa Silvana’s eight bedrooms are spread on either side of the main living areas. Each one is individually styled with a particular colour theme. There are; 3 x master suites, 2 further en-suite bedrooms, 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for these. In total 8 bedrooms 7 bathrooms Four adjacent bath/shower rooms, fitted to the highest specification.
All rooms/apartments have terraces with panoramic views across the vineyards and olive groves down to the cobalt blue sea.
The beautiful large villa has been Constructed from “Tufi”stone so characteristic of the area, its elegance and charm are instantly engaging and guests can’t help but relax into the gentler pace of life here, the property is set within pretty, wild natural gardens brimming with shrubs and cacti, olive and palm trees. There are large dining areas on all terraces of the villa for independence and privacy if desired, with beautiful handcrafted marble mosaic tables, underneath traditional wooden styled pagodas. we even have our own roof-top bar for the best cocktail view ever

Just as described. Superb pool area and facilies. Not far from many activities for children and interesting sites for adults. Top terrace with tuc-tuc bar and lounge area for evenings ..a real bonus.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Silvana. We were 3 families with 4 children 2years and under. Prior to our stay all questions were answered promptly. And during our stay Enza looked after all our needs with great care. And she delivered delicious cannelloni and world best tiramisu.

Beautiful area- really need to have car- we did not- 1 towel per person - they charge extra for more towels - there are 4 cats hanging there and they are always trying to get in villa and want food- the weather turned cold - we were freezing for 2 days and they wanted to charge us 50 euros a day for heat- no bar soap or shampoo- it is not safe to drink water -drinking water should be provided-

Ideal Villa
Ideal for a family group of 14. Eight adults and six children aged 2 to 16. Plenty of room for us all, table outside with ample seating.
Although the pool is not heated it was an ideal temperature.

A wonderful place for a family get together, with family coming from different sides of the world. The pool was wonderful and many happy times were enjoyed there by all the 7 children. Wonderful top terrace for evening drinks with wonderful views. Enza was very good and sorted out any queries

Perfect stay for a Family Reunion
We recently stayed at Villa Silvana for a family reunion with 13 family members from all over the US. We had a great time. The villa is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. It’s so large we were even able to host a BBQ with all 13 of us plus another 10 or so family members who live in the area. The Puglia is a beautiful part of Italy and there’s so much to do all with very easy day trips of the villa. I’d recommend this house to anyone.

GREAT FAMILY HOLIDAY
we travel to Italy a lot for our holidays and every year all four brothers get together to organize a large family holiday. Of all the villas we've stayed in, This is the best. We felt so at home and so comfortable and there was a lot of us. we had the chef on more than one occasion, the food quality for the price is unbelievable and delicious. there's tons to do in the area and as we were such a big group the owners went out of their way every day to help us book excursions and restaurants. the pool was huge and such fun and the views are mind blowing. loved It.

We spent a week in the luxurious Villa Silvana with 2 other families; there were 6 adults and 8 children in total and we all had a fantastic time without exception. The pool area was particularly well used and the views out to the coast are amazing. We had the chef come in and cook for us twice which was well worth doing - she also made lasagna for all the kids on those nights and showed us how to make orecchiette pasta - everything was delicious.
I would highly recommend the property to anyone that wants to spend some time exploring Puglia whilst enjoying some luxury accommodation and we will almost certainly return.

We spent 2 weeks as a group of 4 families in the house and we had a great time.

Simply beautiful
Well what can I say, villa silvanna defiantly has the wow factor, everything from the stunning views to the little extras, such as a beautiful welcome hamper, wide selection of DVDs and CDs, where all perfect, we really where made to feel very special.
the surrounding areas are just a lovely, we travelled with young children and as anyone with children will understand you worry about everything and anything but their was plenty to entertain them all, both in the villa and in the near by villages.
I would really recommend the splash park to anyone looking for a day out, very clean tidy and kid friendly 5star!!! The villa owners where great very friendly and helpful assisting with anything and everything,
We will be returning again next year!

All the locals are polite and helpful and you feel that you are welcome in Puglia. We will definitely be coming back !

Can't beat that !
Excellent butcher and trattoria walking distance away and super clean ,almost deserted sandy beaches ten minutes by car, good restaurants too, recommend Santos in particular.The weather was not as warm as it should have been, but we swam every day and there are lots of other things to do in the area. All the locals are polite and helpful and you feel that you are welcome in Puglia. We will definitely be coming back !

We were a group of 15 (10 adults and 5 children between the ages of 7 and 11). The villa was perfectly suited to our requirements, loads of space for everyone, lots of seating, pool loungers aplenty, loads of cutlery, plates, etc etc. The property is really child friendly and the kids had an amazing time playing football, swimming in the pool and working their way through the huge DVD library. I didn't meet the owners as I wasn't involved in any of the booking, but I did have some contact by e-mail prior to arrival and they couldn't have been more helpful and responded quickly. The parents had peace of mind that the property was clean, free of any breakables and safe. There is loads to do in the area (and everything seems to be 20 mins away) and the cove/beach at Polignano de Mare was a particular favourite. On a practical note, there is a large supermarket nearby, a few pizzerias, as well as a minimart within walking distance, which sells all the essentials. Lena, who cooked for us one night was also brilliant. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic break here and I would highly recommend it!!The house was in an excellent location with beautiful views from the top of the hill. The whole house has been done and maintained to a very high standard - each room is very comfortable, clean and decorated well. We really enjoyed the private swimming pool and spent much of our time relaxing out here - surrounded by trees and great views. The owners were lovely, and very helpful...they speak both English and Italian, gave us lots of recommendations, and are also living nearby so that was really helpful for us.

When we first arrived to Villa Silvana we thought it was stunning. The pictures from the website simply didn't do the place its justice. The bedrooms were fresh and larger than we thought they would be. The main kitchen was great! We were a family of 10 adults and 9 children and we had no problem making dinner for all of us. We used the BBQ as well which was grand! The view from the main dinning area is faboulus!
The pool was great, fresh and clean. We even had some night-swim since the pool could be lit up.
There's a nearby (2 min walk) super market where we went to by some fresh bred in the morning. In the evening we bought some fresh meat from the nearby butcher (also 2 min walk). A large super market was only a 5 min drive from Villa Silvana.
The closest beach was approximately a 20 min drive. Many of Apulia attractions were not far away, including Alberobello with its trulli houses.
Susanna and Michael were great hosts and most helpfull. We couldn't possible have been more happy with any other hosts.
Staying at Villa Silvana was a real treat and we would definitely like to go there again some time!
