Silencio
La atención inicial pues pedimos q si podíamos entrar un poco antes ya q había mucha desocupación y nos dijeron q después de la 1 pero q debíamos pagar 10 dólares por la anticipación de 45 minutos.

It was very clean and breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The fact that we asked for early check in half an hour beforehand and were told that there was an extra $10 charge. We have never seen this anywhere in the world in all of our travels. The water leaked from the bottom of the shower which could be a potential tripping hazard. Finally windows in the bathroom couldn’t be closed so we could hear voices and footsteps.

Close to the airport, had running hot water and AC
Was in a sketchy neighborhood, but felt secure with the gate and security. The room had an ant trail from the ceiling to the electrical panel, and there was a lizard in the shower.

Easy access to the airport, lovely staff, very helpful
Was fine for a single night. I couldn't have done two in the bed, too hard for me but only a minor thing.

The shade of the mango trees was nice. The mini split AC worked well so within a few minutes of arriving it was nice and cool in our room. The room was packed with beds so plenty of places for a family to sleep. The veranda and benches on the veranda made for a relaxing atmosphere. The Minni Soda cafe down the road was an affordable and tasty win. Front desk staff were helpful. Great value overall
The beds are like all hotels beds in Costa Rica, too firm. The toilet was right up against a wall so it would be helpful if you don't have a left leg but the room and shower were otherwise very pleasant. When I reserved the room Booking.com listed it as 2 adults and 1 child; What Booking.com sent to the hotel though was 2 adults so when we went to get breakfast there was only breakfast for two adults, not a third breakfast for my child. The waitress brought out a fruit plate and that helped but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. They advertised feeding the birds every morning but we came down to breakfast at 7:30 and saw no birds being fed or even any area where birds would be fed. One of the reasons I booked the hotel was the possibility of seeing some tropical birds our last morning in Costa Rica. It's nice that they have a safe area for your cars at night but rolling up to the hotel there's a busted out bus on the other side of the street that I bet has been there for five years minimum. It made me question if I had made the right decision booking here even though the neighborhood turned out to be just fine.

Price was low and car was save
They charged an extra 13% to the price Booking said I would have to pay because I reserved with Booking the hotel staff said. No insonorisation whatsoever, and pretty old windows. Since there were many dogs barking the whole night, we haven't slept much. I found a cockroach in the bedroom and the provided bug killer was stinking and was irritating. A ceremony was necessary each time I parked the car with the very specific manner they prescribed. Only Gallo pinto was available for breakfast (You cannot even trade it for some toasts) and if you don't show off by 8h30 for the said breakfast, they knock on your bedroom door like crazy as if you were a criminal and the police wanted to get into the room. There was only a sheet on the bed, minimal amount of toilet paper, no shampoo and barely no hot water. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in within the last 40 years. They gave me back 20$ for the cockroach and bed bug inconvenient or to prevent me from writing this review.

We stayed here our first night in Costa Rica. The staff at the hotel was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful. The room was very clean and the price was reasonable.
The biggest issue we had was the surrounding neighborhood. We arrived after dark and the gate was closed. It took a bit to figure out how to get in. We walked to get dinner, which was only a few blocks, but the neighborhood is a bit rough and my children were scared. Once inside the gate, everything was ok and we felt safe. The porches are decorated with lights, which is festive and looks nice, but they were flashing until fairly late and there some fairly rowdy other guests. None of this was a deal breaker, but is good to know for the future.

We didn't love the neighborhood. We got there after dark and it looked a little sketchy. We parked the car in Hotel Javy's lot and walked to dinner. There were not very many choices.

Was easy check in process especially since I booked last minute. Staff was nice, place was clean and quiet. Hot shower and good AC. Good breakfast. My room was really big and had a lot of beds, I booked a private room and I was traveling solo. Place was nice. 10 minute or less Uber from town.

When I booked the room description made it seem like the beds in the triple room would only fit 3 so I had to book an extra room for the 4th person. When we arrived, two of the beds were decent size and we realized we didn’t need the second room. Staff were very wonderful and helped us make a change to the booking. The place was very secure for us to park the rental car. Breakfast was really really tasty and they accommodated my Celiac disease as well.

The hotel is lovely, clean, and has all you need for a relaxing stay. The courtyard has secure parking, and the lush flora adds so much. The breakfast girl was patient with our limited Spanish language skills. The breakfast is Costa Rican typical breakfast, which we greatly enjoyed! The cost is very reasonable, especially for the value.
They didn't have washcloths, but while that is standard issue in American hotels, it apparently isn't in Costa Rican hotels. No problem. I bought one at a grocery store.
