About this apartment rental

The Alcázar House is a magnificent property with a unique location literally next to the Alcázar of Seville, one of the most important and visited monuments of Spain, UNESCO Heritage; in the beautiful Santa Cruz neighbourhood.

The property, a three-storey house, consists of living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two terraces.

Entering, we find a small hall where a small cleaning room where the washing machine, iron, ironing board, etc. are located, among other utensils. To the right of the entrance is one of the bedrooms with two single beds and bathroom with shower en suite. To the left of the entrance, there is another bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, too.

A floor above, is located the kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary amenities and the other two bedrooms: both with two single beds and bathroom en suite. One of these two bedrooms shares a wall with the Alcazar, visible in the photographs.

Finally, on the top floor is placed the living room. A cozy and comfortable space with quality sofas and TV from which you can access to both terraces: a large size one equipped with sun loungers and an awning for the hottest days, ideal for relaxing and a smaller one fitted with a small outdoor table and two chairs that has the peculiarity of offering exceptional views of the interior of one of the most beautiful areas of the gardens of the Alcázar, with which it also shares a wall. A truly unique privilege in the city that Genteel Home puts at your fingertips.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

Property location couldn’t have been better. Our group was 8 adults and there was enough room for all of us to sit together in the lounge. Lovely outside space for morning coffee - small, but enough space for a few of us to sit. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was perfect for our group of 8, with 4 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Location could not be beat in the heart of the Old quarter. The apartment is literally built on the wall of Alcazar, and the balcony gives a private view into the grounds. Amazing at night to see it and in the morning before the tourists have access. Would absolutely recommend this unit to everyone. We were two families and it was perfect for our little humans!

This is a very well outfitted, spacious apartment that shares a wall with the gardens of the Real Alcazar. Checkin was a breeze and the representative provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. Highly recommended.

This property was in the best neighborhood in Sevilla. The bed rooms are on the small side and the property is very vertical so know that. Lovely, bright decor and lots of windows. The one upper deck is on a slant which is as kind of odd and made it less usable and the other small balcony has an amazing view of the alcazar but The owners should update the furniture on that deck because it’s one of the prime parts of this property. I would definitely stay here again and seriously you cannot get better in terms of location.

The pictures are accurate of the unit. Location is the absolute best, right in heart of Santa Cruz. Walking distance to everything. If I ever am lucky enough to go to Seville again, I would absolutely stay here. Host was very helpful too
