Just the breathtaking view of the traffic and the view over the Europoort Ports make a visit of this holiday apartment is a true experience for a short stay or a memorable holiday. If you Villa Ebb and Flow will see you immediately in the holiday mood.
Villa Ebb and Flow in Hook of Holland consists of a holiday apartment. This apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. Beautiful cozy living room has French doors to a sunny balcony, where the summer when the weather delicious dinner can be and enjoy the sunset and the view of the Europoort ports.
The open kitchen has all modern amenities. On this floor there are two further bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, a modern bathroom with double sinks, a shower, bath and toilet. Across the width of the bedroom (10m) also has an outdoor balcony with garden views.
The second bedroom is smaller, but also bright and sunny. There are two single beds. Again, you will find a modern bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Also on the floor, an additional toilet for any visit.
A staircase to the second floor leads into an open room, from here you come to a spacious sunny terrace, which offers spectacular views of the New Waterway. Here you can regularly see the Stena Line ferry from sailing to England and beyond.

A really fantastic property with an excellent outlook. The accomodation is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. You'll have plenty of space to unwind! The accomodation is really well kitted out, and the furniture ìs very comfortable. And if you are worrying about the railway behind the apartment, don't. It's very quiet and even with the windows open you can hardly hear it. Finally, the host, Ben, is super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful place. Very clean. Great views of the ships going by. We feel our privacy was invaded. Maybe we are too sensitive? This may be a one time situation as the other reviews are outstanding. Better communication is needed regarding entry of the Apt by the host. We had an issue with no hot water in the bath tub. We informed the host of the issue. We verbally gave approval for him to enter the next day while the 4 of us were gone for the day. He verbally told us, upon our arrival that night, he wasn’t able to fix the issue, which was fine, since there is also a shower in the master bedroom. The following day 2 of us left the Apt and the other 2 stayed at the Apt to relax. The host used his key and entered the Apt. He did not knock, at the door, before letting himself in. Our friends didn’t initially know he had entered until, the Host, was coming out of the Master bedroom. Upon our return our friends asked us if the Host had asked us to enter, for the second time, “ had he asked us in the driveway earlier that morning” when Myself and my husband had left in the morning. We had not. I immediately contacted the host on the Vrbo site that night, and did express my disappointment with his action to enter the 2nd time without our approval. The host replied on the VRBO site, he thought he had approval since he had the approval from the first time. I am assuming this is a one time incident and better communication is now going to be a priority regarding entry.

Ein toller Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang ist sehr nett und vollkommen unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls toll, da man alle Schiffe sehen kann, die in die Nordsee starten. Insgesamt ein ganz toller Urlaub!

Super schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit einer top Ausstattung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind ein Traum, die Vermieter unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Hier fehlt es einfach an nichts. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt war unser absolutes Highlight.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zur Familie Bakker. Die Wohnung ist super Ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, vom Balkon aus hat man eine gute Sicht auf den New Waterweg, das Hafengelände sieht abends toll aus. Auch der Strand von Hoek van Holland ist fussläufig zu erreichen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Sommer 2023. .

Had a wonderful break with husband, mum and dad. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The views across the water are amazing we really enjoyed watching the ships sail in and out. Amsterdam, Delft, keukenhof Gardens are all less than an hour's drive.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und informiert. Noch nie haben wir eine so schöne Ferienwohnung gehabt, mit so einer spektakulären Aussicht. Leider mussten wir Krankheitsbedingt früher abreisen. Auch da hat uns der Vermieter noch ein nettes Angebot gemacht. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick auf den neuen Flussweg von Rotterdam, dieser mündet dann in die Nordsee. S-Bahn Station in Richtung Rotterdam-Den Haag ist in 15 Min. erreichbar, ebenfalls das Zentrum von Hook van Holland.

Das Objekt bietet sehr viel Platz und eine tolle Aussicht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum für Sonnenhungrige. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum entspannen ein und der Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt bietet ständig Abwechslung für die Augen.

Wat hebben we genoten van het prachtige verblijf met veel luxe, comfort en gezelligheid. De omgeving was ook geweldig: strand, steden, de Maasvlakte, prachtige natuur op korte afstand, zoveel te doen en te zien. Kortom: we hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad en bedanken de gastheer en -vrouw voor hun gastvrijheid.

Een appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Veel ruimte en mooi uitzicht op de waterweg waar we elke middag van genoten. Uitgebreide rondleiding van de gastheer. Wij hebben genoten van een paar dagen Hoek van Holland ondanks het weer. Rotterdam en Den Haag zijn mooie uitstapjes.

Prachtig appartement. Omdat het op de eerste en tweede verdieping ligt is er een prachtig uitzicht op de Nieuwe Waterweg en het 'verkeer' wat daar doorheen komt.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bei dieser Wohnung bleibt man an regnerischen Tagen gerne zuhause, aber auch bei Sonnenschein lässt es sich wirklich wunderbar aushalten. Dazu noch ein sehr aufmerksamer und korrekter Vermieter. Einfach tipptopp!
