This magnificent villa is located in a peaceful area near the Marbella city centre and the beach. With a maximum capacity of 8 guests, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a WC, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, pool and garden. There are two bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a large private heated (on request) pool and barbecue.

Brilliant villa with excellent communication from both the owners and villa management (Jose). Equipped with everything you need and the outside/pool area is one of the best we’ve had. It is on a main road but this didn’t bother us. The location is excellent with a supermarket up the road and only a 15 minute walk to the beach etc however it is on a very steep incline. One thing to point out, although air conditioned, bedrooms 3 and 4 aren’t. We were a family of 4 staying so this doesn’t bother us, but I do think it should be noted on the listing. All in all would highly recommend, we had a fabulous time.

Lovely spacious , well equipped villa, benefited massively from air-conditioning. Great pool with areas of shade which was much appreciated. Proximity to beach and the old town put everything in walking distance, which suited us perfectly. We would definitely stay again

I spent the most wonderful 3 nights at the villa with x4 girlfriends pre-wedding. The villa was well equipped and a great location. Definitely need the pool heated as would be too cold otherwise! Would love to go back for longer next time! :)

a pressant stay this weekend, although the weather was not that great, we had a lot of rain unfortunately. never the less, the villa was great, with a warm pool, and enough space for all off us, everything you need is available. 1 minor point. the beds are a bit small. we as dutchies are quite tall. beds are about 180cm long. it was a tight squeeze. but that didn't spoil the fun.

We took 4 teenage girls here and they loved it! It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. You have a supermarket just up the road and Ubers are cheap and quick to help get around if you don’t want to drive. The villa is well thought out and has plenty of space. I can’t think of anything we needed that it didn’t have. We had a lovely time exploring the local area and felt very safe. A great family villa.

Lovely 4 night stay in the villa, everything went as planned. Great location for the beach, restaurants and bars . The villa was clean and good size rooms. Sun terrace off the main room for some early evening sunshine.

Overall the property was as described. It is on a very busy road so expect traffic noise as well as noise from the nearby sport centre. The twin rooms are very stuffy and hot, even with the fans kindly provided, so we would be unlikely to return in the height of summer. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space is lovely. The pool however was very cold - colder than the sea, so we didnt use it as much as we had hoped. Everything is within walking distance, but the walk back from the beach is a steep slope - not good if you have a pushchair or, as in our case, an older family member. Overall we spent a lovely week here.

Lovely villa with great facilities; perfect for friends or family to spend days and nights in if that’s your thing! The kitchen is well kitted out and there are plenty of sociable places to sit. The outside space was great with plenty of sunshine and shade for the bulk of the day and a great pool. The beach was about an 8-10 minute walk and the old town probably closer to 10-15 minutes. Both the beach and old town have plenty of good places to eat. There is also a good supermarket about a 2 minute walk away. All in all we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This villa was in a great location - close to supermarkets, 10 minutes from the bus station, 10 minutes from marbella old town so ideal for everything we needed. The villa itself was well equipped, the pool was just perfect and there was plenty of space to sunbathe, socialise and eat outside. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful villa with lovely homely touches. Lovely master bedroom and kitchen. Well equipped outdoor area. Unfortunately quite a few negatives- Very noisy location. Traffic relentless. Pool dirty until we requested it was cleaned. Pool lights and tumble dryer broken Cockroaches in the house every evening. Small bedrooms impossible to sleep in because of the heat and no air conditioner. Dangerous stairs for children or elderly.

We’ve loved our stay at this villa in Marbella. It’s a beautiful house, tasteful and clean with a great outdoor space. The pool was heated at our request and it worked a treat even in January. The villa is well located only a short walk away from the boardwalk and lots of bars and restaurants. The communication with the hosts and property manager was great, they were responsive, flexible and helpful. We would love to return!

Experience was very good apart from vrbo making more of a meal than was necessary when I requested to change my email address. Don't understand why this was made so difficult. The property was clean, but perhaps a little tired looking. It was well equipped with basic vooking essentials made available. The owner and property manager were very communicative and helpful.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. We were pleasantly surprised with the villa. The heated pool was large clean and superb, my kids loved going in it everyday even on cooler days. The down stairs was nicely done. Loads of utensils and equipment in the kitchen. The coffee pods were great! The house backs onto a main road but we didn’t find it an issue. Great location for Marbella restaurants and old town. We found some fantastic places. The bedrooms were functional. The master bed was a bit firm for us. The bathrooms were clean. The master bathroom shower head could do with an update. That’s about it though. Thanks for a great holiday.

The villa was lovely, clean,, lots of seating areas for 6 adults. José met us at the villa, even took our food delivery in due to our flight being delayed. Only downside this time of year is the neighbours trees blocked out the low sun but perfect location for walking into Marbella and beach.

Excellent very modern clean private property, plenty of room for six adults and our little beloved 'Bobby' ! Spacious lounge to relax and hide from the sun ! Pool big enough to dive in or just carefree swimming and sun bathing. Kitchen large enough to accommodate food and alcohol etc. for all, working dishwasher and washing machine, large fridge and freezer . Master bedroom with roof area for sunbathing, other bedrooms although smaller still big enough for two adults in each. Located for a 10 mins walk or cheap taxi fare into shops/ bars restaurants of Marbella. Would recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We spent 10 days at Isabel and Alfredo’s holiday home. Very enjoyable. The pool is the great main attraction. Kitchen is very well equipped. Air conditioning is great in the rooms that have it. Whilst it’s on a busy road and a well used football stadium we were very well located to walk to the Marbella old town (15 mins) and to the beach (10 mins- slight uphill on way back) and bus station (10 mins). Perhaps we were unlucky as during our stay the mosquitoes seemed to have been extra hungry. So bring plenty of anti-mosquito spray. Would not hesitate to recommend though.

We had a wonderful time in Alfonso and Isabel's villa. They were extremely accommodating despite a forced cancellation by us due to Covid the year earlier. Their villa is in a beautiful location, within walking distance to the beach promenade and the old town centre. There was a choice of convenient supermarkets within easy walking distance. The villa is beautifully presented, comfortable throughout, and the outside area is a joy. The pool is a great size and the outside seating and dining area is all you could want. An excellent holiday.

We loved this property and the description/ photos were accurate. The location is about 25 mins walk into old town so if that’s not for you, you may need a car. The pool is large and attractive and I would think would be a good relief from the heat in Summer. The BBQ and patio area is also very pleasant. Check in was smooth and welcoming. Be aware that there is some road noise during the day when sitting outside but it didn’t detract from our stay.
