The property is well laid out and comfortable for our group ranging from 4 yr. old to 81 yrs. old. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was good size with ample room. However, garbage disposal did not operate. The host informed us a plumber would be here Monday which was our day to checkout. One in our group worked on the issue and after spending some time found the drain was clogged. He corrected this issue. This clog was there before we arrived. My greatest disappointment was the over-all cleanliness of the property many soiled fabric chairs, in addition to stained carpets and area rugs. I was greeted with 2 dead roaches as I entered the home. During our last night I killed a roach while we sat at the table on the 3rd floor. Needless to say, the children and some adults became leery of putting their feet on the floor. For the price of this home it is not too much to expect everything to be in working order, and not have soiled fabric furniture and carpet. Someone responsible needs to oversee quality assurance for the next guests and I suggest that the inspection list be left for the next guests to view. The listing failed to mention large rocks along the shoreline some hidden by surf and sand. One of the younger children scraped his foot on these rocks. Instructions/labeling needs to be available to operate fans, TV's, washing machine. There was NO ice maker in the garage as described in the listing. We had to defrost the chest freezer before we could use it.

This was a big lovely house with beautiful views of the ocean! We had a wide range of ages and we all enjoyed both the house and the community pools.

Everyone enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of room for 13 adults to sleep comfortably. The bunkbed room was great for our younger people.
The view was incredible. Had two light shows with the bad storms that came through at night.
The only downside was the heat. The younger people didn’t seem to mind because they were either at the beach or the community pool. All in all we had a great trip.

We loved our stay at Poseidon. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The kitchen is amazing. Bedrooms are spacious. Patio got nice breezes whether the wind was out of the east or the west. The walk to the pools was quick as well.
Not many downsides to this house aside from the massive stairs and one bedroom over the garage that has no windows (emergency egress?). There is an elevator which made the stairs less an issue: when we needed to carry groceries in we could just put them on the elevator.
We would definitely stay here again!

For our 50th Wedding Anniversary we invited our children, their spouses and grandchildren to join us for a week at the Poseidon on Cinnamon Beach. We had 16 all together in one house, 8 adults, and 8 grandchildren ranging from 16 years to 16 months and there was plenty of room. The house is amazingly sound proof!
On the main level we appreciated the large kitchen, spacious great room and dining room where everyone chose to gather and hang out and it never seemed crowded. The dining room table became our evening game table that abounded with laughter.
The views of the ocean from the house were amazing. And access to the boardwalk to the ocean was just steps away. The community family pool was only a short walk away from the house, was clean and delightful. The pool was greatly appreciated as there was a rough ocean the week we were there.
Mark was great in communication all through the year that we were planning our visit.
Since we left the Poseidon everyone in our family is ready to return! Our family now has another week filled with wonderful memories!

First there were no elevator instructions with the written check in process, which turned into a stressful check in process. I would like to suggest written instructions before you use the elevators.
Problems with the smart TV's. Took 3 days before someone got back to me with a solution. Communication with the property manager needs improvement.
The neighborhood is breathtaking and also the view.
What would make this propery pop is a private pool.
The house needed some updating and too many bugs.
The house is perfect for large groups, but we had a serires of small groups (family).
A few maintenance items would go a long way. Such as checking for running toilets (we had to call a plummer), light bulbs that were burnt out and towel racks that are loose on the wall.
The kitchen is amazing and if you are a cook, you would enjoy all that it had to offer.
The views are amazing.
I would recommend this home after some handyman work and bug spray.
Nothing like a home on the beach and memories that we will never forget.

Beautiful house in need of maintenance. One bed broken. Took 4 days to fix. Person slept on mattress on the floor. Another bed child sized. Owner knew we were 14 adults. Didn’t provide air mattress or any accommodation, person slept on the couch in room with no shades. Broken towel racks and toilet paper holders. We had to buy dishwasher soap, trash bags. Broken beach umbrellas and chairs. Unable to play golf at Hammock Beahc club because no membership.

The house was very nice and was great for accommodating 6 couples more than comfortably. Would recommend this for larger groups or families since there is a lot of room and in a great community. The ocean views were also amazing.

The Poseiden is beautiful. Our family and friends enjoyed the home and its amenities after a day at the races. The view from the 3rd and 4th floors is amazing. We watched the dolphins pass by every day and you'd think we'd never seen one before! The master shower took a little getting used to but after realizing no one can really see you (we ran a little test!) was pretty cool. Cinnamon beach is great for shell hunters too. The owner, Mark and his team were great and quick to respond when the bbq wouldn't work and delivered a new bbq early the next morning. We'd definitely stay here again.

We can't thank you enough for the use of the property - it did not disappoint!! Everything we wanted and more. It made the occasion an event of a lifetime for my Mom.
We will use POSEIDON again.

We spent at week at Mark's house and it was fantastic. we really liked the opportunity for our 3 different family units (me and wife/Daughter and boyfriend/son-daughter-in-law and 2 babies) all having separate private areas because the house is so large! In particular the ceiling height is hard to believe, I think 14 foot ceilings in all levels, really creating a spacious feel. Well provisioned in kitchen items as we are cookers and didn't need anything that was not there! Thank you Mark!

The only downfall to this stay was that there was another home being built during our time there and the one wall they put up cut off access to the Dish television. Aside from that, the whole crew was satisfied with this stay and we would recommend it!

We stayed at Poseidon for 4 nights in October. The house looks beautiful from the photos, however, looks can be deceiving. The positives of this house were the flexibility and communication with the owner. We were technically over the guest count, however, we were traveling with infants and toddlers and his property manager okay'd that and gave us an additional vehicle pass. The splash pad and pool were within walking distance and well maintained, although the Bar and Grill area was closed (for reasons unknown).
Upon check-in, we discovered (cigarette) ashes in the kitchen sink and a full load of clean dishes in the dishwasher. The house itself appears very unfinished. For example - drywall patches in the downstairs gameroom, a hole in the wall by the wine refrigerator upstairs, no curtains or blinds in the main living area by the kitchen (which made that room very hot and bright at all times, and impossible to enjoy the beautiful view). The stairs themselves are incredibly steep and made of stone. I do not recommend this property if you're staying with children. One of the adults in our party tripped down the stairs carrying bed linens to the washing machine and ended up in the Palm Coast emergency room with an ankle injury. In addition, the property does not supply basic essentials like salt and pepper, laundry detergent, hand soap, garbage bags, or dish detergent, but does require you to use your own dish and laundry detergent to complete their checkout list. The beach access to the property was closed and the next beach access was about a third of a mile away, which wasn't an easy walk with kids. This could have been in part due to Hurricane Ian that recently passed through, but it would have been appreciated if that was communicated with us, as it may have affected where we stayed. The main floor AC wasn't working the entire stay, but we attributed it to the lack of blinds with the many windows upstairs. It was about 76 degrees on the main floor the first two days, and 80 degrees the last two. It was very uncomfortable. We made contact with the host on our last night, and he was responsive and polite, and had an A/C company out the next morning, but we were already checking out. Overall, we made the best of our stay, as we are a very resourceful group and look for the positives in any situation. Due to everything listed above, and the price per night it costed to stay, it was not a good fit for our party and we would not stay here again.

Mark's property is absolutely beautiful and he is very responsive. However, the manager Daniela never resonded to my email. The property does have some wear and tear and a minor AC leak on the stairs but not enough to effect our stay in anyway. Maintenance man parked in the driveway to use the beach and startled me a bit, but he was a nice guy. The morning views from the kitchen and master suite are majestic!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this beautiful house, on the beach, with our kids and grandkids. This house lived up to all our expectations with all having had a great time. The views were spectacular with easy access to the beach and to the pools. The pools and clubhouse were perfect for our grandchildren, ranging in age from 15 months to 16 years.
Mark, the owner, was very accommodating and quickly resolved any problems that had arisen during our stay. We would definitely come back again! Thanks Mark!

We were there for 50th wedding anniversary, would go there again for sure and recommended to friends
Perfect location and house. The only glitch was prior to our arriving the walkthrough was not very thorough. Ice maker didn't work, had to tinker with the elevator to get it to work, half of the toaster didn't work and most important the automatic shades in the master bedroom with a view of the ocean did not work. I still rated an a+ I would go there again.

Family Reunion
Nice home! Great views and neighborhood. Easy access to the beach.
Only negative that there was some construction going on next door for most of our stay. We were not expecting that. A few window blinds do not work that were frustrating in bright rooms. Otherwise, all else as expected.

The Perfect Vacation
The house, the immediate area, the ocean, the pool, the sleepy town, the sunrise! Just a perfect place to take your family of 15 and get a lot of fun quality time. The pics online don't do the place justice, the house and the views are much more spectacular than you think. Some small minor maintenance items but did not affect our stay. We plan on being back!

Phenomenal Stay
Everything about this place (and the hosts) is as good as it seems online--if not better. The house is grand and gorgeous, everything is bigger and more spacious than the pictures make it seem.
We were there for Thanksgiving with our extended family and it was perfect. The kitchen was great for preparing large meals and there are lots of things for the kids to play with and explore. It's a very tall house, so there are a lot of stairs. But the elevator made it possible for the oldest in our group to make it up to the third floor.
We fell asleep every night listening to the ocean and work up to fantastic sunrises--this place is a dream!

Loved porpoise-spotting from Great Room panorama. All 3 floors have separate A/C—-even the top floor stayed cool! We had group of 14 aged 4-84. Room for everyone, as advertised.. Situated in a very nice gated neighborhood. Kid pool is very well done. Oh yeah, we thoroughly enjoyed the full size wine fridge!

Fabulous Home- Beach a little questionable
I'm torn. We loved the house, it is absolutely gorgeous and the layout is almost perfect. The house is in a luxurious neighborhood with great community pools and a beautiful golf course (though it is private). Beach- not so much. It is a natural barrier reef, which we didn't realize meant large rough boulder size rocks, everywhere. You couldn't really surf past them unfortunately, since the current would keep pushing you towards them. This by far was the biggest bummer. Though we made the best of it and walked about a hundred yards down and swam... just fine. The house had a ton of bougie boards, sand toys, chairs and towels. That was nice, though we had brought all our own. STILL very generous, as we have stayed in a few beach VRBO's and they do not offer any of these items.
The house had a few hiccups- nothing major- but we felt a few of these things could easily be fixed. A few of the carpets were dirty/stained, drink of some sort had been splashed against the stairwell wall and left a huge stain (which was just a major eye sore when walking up and down the stairs), there was not one baking sheet in the kitchen nor a sharp knife. BUT the kitchen was beautiful, extremely nice stove, wine frig and spacious refrigerator. The layout of the house was nice.
The management company was super easy to work with and took care of any issue we had (ice maker wasn't working) so they brought in ice and had it repaired. Very easy.
Overall this house met our needs and was a great vacation rental.

The best Luxurious beach house you’ll ever stay in! Super spacious and has the best views on all three floors! We stayed with 4 extended families together and all had room to spread out and for little kids to take naps. The kids loved the bunk beds! The beach is amazing and has lots of big fish and dolphins and 4 baby turtle nests that will most likely hatch in a few months. We enjoyed a nice fire on the beach and the club pool is wonderful we visited daily. It’s got a nice lap pool for adults and multiple other pools and a kid splash area. Beautiful porch beach views and views while your eating dinner even as you shower! The owners were very helpful with all of our questions as well. We have stayed at many rental houses as an extended family and this one was the best!

A perfect house for families with children!
We stayed in Poseidon for a family reunion. There were 9 adults and 6 children, including infants. The house worked great for our needs. We were able to isolate babies to allow them a quiet place to sleep. Every family had their own room and in one case, one family had the entire 2nd floor! The kitchen was huge and easy for several people preparing food at the same time. The community is wonderful as well. A very short walk away from the house is a community clubhouse. On one side of the street is the adult pool, with, I’m assuming views of the ocean. On the other side of the street is the kid’s pool, baby pool and splash pad/slide. Everyone was happy. One family in our group preferred it to the beach and one family preferred to play on the beach that is connected to the house. There is also a grille at the kids pool that we used. Publix is about 10 minutes away and Walmart is about 15 minutes away. It turned out that we had to make several trips, which were time consuming. I would only wish for them to be closer. And the beach is very rocky, and the water is only fun to play in at high tide, when the rocks disappear. We spent a day at the Kennedy Space Center in Titusville, about 1 1/2 hours away and had a marvelous time, even the little ones! Another day we spent in St. Augustine, about 40 minutes away, at the Pirate and Colonial Museums. We also spent a couple of hours at the nearby state park. The other days we chilled at the house, beach and pool. Pretty much perfect!

Gorgeous home! Spacious, luxurious, comfortable & perfect location. The swimming clubs were great!
Very helpful & immediate responses upon move in. The customer support for a couple glitches was very helpful. We felt the value for the money we spent. We are so grateful that such a beautiful home is available to rent for the ultimate family beach vacation. The two swimming pools, the children’s water park & kiddie pool & hot tubs were very enjoyable. The Grille staff, drinks & food were very nice. Thank you, Mark, so very much. The experience was everything we’d hoped it would be.

Family Retreat to the OCEAN
Family get together by the ocean. Always recharges our batteries. First time staying at this beautiful beach home, which we simply loved. The living room has been our favorite gathering spot and the views are breathtaking, the ocean is literally at your feet! We had questions on any good places to grab a bite and the property manager was quick to respond. Cannot beat the Palm Coast Beach location of the property along with its cleanliness. Loved sleeping with the windows open catching the ocean breeze. My family and friends are looking forward to our next stay, whenever that may be."

This house is incredible
This house is nothing short of a palace right on the beach! We rented for 14 adults and were very comfortable with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The main level views are gorgeous with a full, unobstructed view of the beach and a generous porch with comfy seating. Sunsets were spectacular. The primary suite is STUNNING, with full panoramic views of the ocean, a gigantic closet, and a gorgeous, spacious bathroom (you've got to see that shower). Pictures don't do it justice and our jaws pretty much hit the floor the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is a beautiful gated community with close access to grocery stores, food, and activities. The location was convenient for St. Augustine as well. Beach towels and chairs were available at the house. Beds were super comfy. The wine fridge in the kitchen was a favorite feature as well. We wanted for nothing on this vacation! If you have the opportunity to book this home, don't think twice, just do it!
