It was a beautiful and spacious home. It was so very cozy and we were beyond impressed with how they maintained the historical bones and features while also upgrading. Very impressive.

Perfect place to stay for Mom’s weekend. It is an easy walk to Dickson St and campus.

My teen and I took a short trip to Fayetteville and wanted to stay close to Dickson St. This property is two blocks south of Dickson. We walked to breakfast and dinner. It's one block from a great coffee shop and some cute boutiques. It was easy to get anywhere else in town too.
The property manager was super helpful and friendly. She answered my questions fast and concisely. The property had everything we needed, included tons of safe, private parking. We had a great time and enjoyed it immensely.

This “unit” was under construction starting at 8 a.m. each morning. There was construction debris in the driveway that we had to move (along with empty liquor bottle and fast food trash) to get into the front door. Our view from the patio was a utility trailer. We were not informed the building was under construction prior to our trip. Additionally the primary bedroom includes an open stairwell with a staircase to the upper level, hence feeling extremely creepy. The unit was old and not updated. No ice maker and the thermostat was controlled by upstairs law office- hence our option was using dirty window units.
This was our most disappointing vacation rental experience ever. If your ONLY consideration is location, go for it! Location was great! However if you value comfort, sleep, view or a peaceful place to stay don’t waste your money like we did.

I needed to change the dates of our stay to a week earlier and failed to change it. OH MY! So when we arrived at the Vrbo I called and found out I was a week early. Panic set in but the issue was quickly resolved when the owner said we could have it for 2 of our needed three nights. What a blessing! We were tired, hungry and desperate.
What a blessing. AND we were refunded the 3rd nights stay! I'll definitely stay there again and recommend this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location and off street parking were fantastic. We walked to the square and Dickson street, and there was a great coffee shop a block away.

Great location
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. It was a great location to restaurants, the farmers market and the Razorback Greenway Trail. FYI - The two bedrooms are adjoined in the home and as a result, in order to access the rest of the home from the back bedroom, you have to travel through the other bedroom.

Absolutely perfect!
This cute little place is perfect! It’s in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of practically everything. We walked the square and up around the university and felt safe in the are of this VRBO! Thanks for letting us stay!!

Nice place in a great location!
My son took a break from his Arkansas dorm room to stay with his dad for a fun cycling weekend. This place was clean and had everything we needed to hang out for a long father-son weekend. Parking was really convenient and tucked away nicely off the street. We had short walks to our restaurants for dinner every night on or near Dickson Street. We enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying some sun as well. We were very happy with everything about this place.

Really easy walk to the square for the Farmer’s Market and to Dickson Street. Nice option to have meals outside on a patio table.

This is actually a basement below a law form. The space is OK, but the master bedroom can only be accessed by going through another bedroom. The kitchen was very nice with plenty of dishes, etc. The one bathroom is pretty small, but has a nice shower. There were couple is small cleanliness issues. The coffee pot had not been emptied or washed. Also, there was a kid sippy cup with a liquid left in a drawer. The best thing with this facility is the location. We walked everywhere. Good parking also. But, it was hard to keep the place warm. We were there in February and it was cold outside. It took a couple days to get it comfortable. The heat comes from window AC units. They are slow to warm and really noisey. The WiFi and TV weren't great.

Great location.
Great location w a lot of room. Built in walkout basement area. We stayed during a cold week, and the coolness of the floor was a bit uncomfortable, but certainly manageable. Would definitely rent again.

Sisters Visit Fayetteville
This was a charming place for three sisters to gather and enjoy Fayetteville and a bit of the surrounding area. It was clean and well maintained. The VRBO was perfect for our stay in the area.

Weekend in Fayettville
Prime location to walk around Fayetteville. Great working with the owners. Plenty of room for 4 but the layout of the apartment is a bit odd and could use some updating. As another mentioned you have to walk from the second bedroom through the first bedroom to get to bathroom or living room. If you are a close group then it should not be an issue. The second bedroom was a bit dark and has no windows either. All in all this is an adorable building/home in a great location with easy parking that does not cost extra. Location, location, location to Dickson street is perfect.

Perfect Location for a Weekend on The Hill
Location, location, location! This lovely condo offered pretty much everything we needed for our two-night stay and was convenient to every place we needed to go. Very comfortable. Dickson Street and the Square are only steps away, and the drive up to campus is super quick. This place is definitely on our radar for future visits!

Cute place, very comfortable and clean.
Great location, close to everything. Only complaint about the property is you have to go through one bedroom to get to another, but for our stay that wasn’t a horrible issue. The place was cute and clean and perfect for our weekend needs!
