About this apartment rental

Nice new apartment of 60 m2 in ground garden, clear view, neat and contemporary decoration in individual chalet. Ideally located in a quiet area of the village 100m from shops and 300m from the gondola ski area of La Plagne / Paradiski.
You will have available 3 rooms including:
a living room with sofa bed (140x190) open on the kitchen fully equipped with all the small appliances, a room with a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room equipped with a washer / dryer , another bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) with en-suite shower room.
Separate WC.
Free Wifi.
Access to the car in front of the chalet, free outdoor private parking space.
Extra end of stay cleaning : 80 €
Bed linen: € 20 per double bed and € 15 per single bed (made upon arrival)

The chalet is perfect, and Stephanie made us so welcome. Everything is spotless, and she is always on hand for advice and help. We loved having the quiet garden to relax in after a day’s walking in the Vanoise.

We spent a week in this apartment in April and had an amazing time. The apartment was just perfect for our family of 4. It is an exceptionally well presented, modern apartment with everything we could have wanted. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay, and access to the property is easy. The kitchen has everything you need, we cooked in most nights and couldn’t fault anything. The showers were powerful and hot, the beds are very comfortable and the parking space right outside was perfect. There is a supermarket and boulangerie within a few minutes walk, and access to La Plagne on the gondola is a few minutes away also. We would not hesitate to return.

Stéphanie was really welcoming, the wine and cheese in the fridge on arrival was a lovely gesture. The accommodation is well thought out and everything has been considered to make your stay comfortable. The views and garden are a great bonus, with seating outside and a large ski locker. It is about a 9/10 minute walk to the gondola in ski boots each morning and a little less back to the apartment at the end of the day as this is downhill! The apartment is on a quiet road but easily accessible to walk into the village or to the local bakery (literally 2 minutes) or Sherpa supermarket. We have loved our stay at Le Cairn - thank you Stéphanie, we will be back! Jo, Andrew, Millie & Ben

Fantastische week in Champagny

We hebben een prachtige week gehad in Champagny! Het appartement van Stéphanie is een echte aanrader. Heel smaakvol en praktisch ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. Elke slaapkamer heeft een badkamer met een ruime douche en lavabomeubel. Ideaal voor een gezin met tieners of voor twee koppels. Alles was kraaknet toen we aankwamen en in de ijskast stond een flesje wijn en lag een lekker stuk kaas van de streek voor ons klaar. We voelden ons onmiddellijk welkom. Champagny is een rustig en gezellig skidorp. Het centrum en de skilift liggen op wandelafstand van het appartement. Onze auto hebben we de ganse week niet nodig gehad. Bedankt Stéphanie voor de warme ontvangst! Hopelijk tot een volgende keer.

Danke an Stephanie, wir können die Unterkunft und Vermieterin absolut empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Fondue, Raclette, ausreichend Geschirr. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin mehr als freundlich, mit besten englischen Sprachkenntnissen sofern man kein französisch spricht :-) Die Lage ist nahe zum Lift und zu den Geschäften, allerdings ist es ein kurzer, sehr steiler Anstieg, um dahin zu gelangen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Ski für 2,- € pro Tag an der Gondelstation zu belassen, so wird es wesentlich einfacher. Einziger Minuspunkt der Wohnung war für uns, dass es kein deutsches oder englisches Fernsehprogramm gibt, um auch mal Nachrichten zu sehen. Zudem war kein deutschsprachiger Skilehrer verfügbar, es gibt wohl nur einen, den sollte man frühzeitig buchen. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Spitze Stephanie!

Nous vous remercions de nouveau, nous avons passé de formidables vacances. Le chalet est superbe, ainsi que le jardin et la vue sur la montagne. La situation est parfaite, proche des commerces, des départs de Rando, de la piscine ... nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The property was ideal for our requirements . The fact that each bedroom had its own en-suite was a strong plus when skiing and the only (small) drawback I could find was only 1 toilet but didn't cause a problem for us. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything provided. The property is about 300m form the cable car but there is a steep hill to get there. Very quiet location and recommended.

Last minute gehuurd en fijn snel contact met eigenaresse. Het huis is nieuw, modern en er ontbreekt niets. Fijn met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Afstand tot gondel paar minuten lopen, via steil weggetje. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, we hebben genoten en komen vast nog eens terug. Rented last minute, great and quick email contact with owners. House is new, modern and is more than complete. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is great! Distance to skilift is a short 8 minute walk, by a bit steep road. Very warm welcome, we enjoyed our stay very much and we will probably return here.

Si vous souhaitez séjourner dans une petite station typique proche du domaine de la Plagne, vous êtes au bon endroit. Idéal pour une famille de 5 à 6 personnes, cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée d’un chalet magnifique vous ravira par son charme typiquement montagnard, son excellent équipement ( services à raclette et à fondue, machine à café Nespresso, machine à laver, local à ski...) tout y est prévu. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos 3 ados sans jamais manquer de place. Les deux salles de douches sont très pratique pour éviter les embouteillages du matin. La literie est impeccable et l’accueil de nos hôtes très sympathique. Point de vue situation, outre une magnifique vue sur la vallée, vous serez à 5 min du centre du village où se trouve une excellente boulangerie et à à peine 10 min de la télécabine qui vous mène au domaine skiable de la Plagne. Et concernant la station de Champagny, c’est un petit village très mignon avec toutes les commodités ( location de ski, magasins de sport, resto, bar, crêperie, supérettes... bref, vous trouverez tout ce qu’il vous faut à proximité immédiate.) Pas d’hésitation, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus et vous n’aurez qu’une envie, c’est d’y revenir.

A l’accueil extrêmement chaleureux s’ajoute un chalet tout neuf décoré avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre premier apéritif avec vin local et beaufort offerts par Stéphanie. Reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de ski en famille. Appartement cosy très agréable, agencé avec goût, qualité et modernité dans un esprit montagne, et très bien équipé. Charmant petit village constitué de chalets en bois. Accès aux télécabines à pieds (300 m). Accueil très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
