Very nice . Good memories of Crete .

We self catered as planned . 2nd visit in 2 years and this time thought the bar prices were too expensive and had to pay 8 euros a day for sunbed on beach , it was free before. Nice location and great bus service!

We didn’t get involved in what we didn’t like .

Our holiday stay was perfect: a lovely hotel in a lovely location with lovely staff.

Everything was perfect! I requested an early check Inn and our room was ready from 11 am. Location - right next to the sea, but also close to shops and a bus stop. Hotel perfectly clean, rooms cleaned daily. Hotel area with lots of flowers and trees The pool is perfectly clean, plenty of sunbeds around. The restaurant is located right on the beach. The food was delicious, especially the mussels, but everything was perfect! The chef really knows how to cook. Hotel service - very nice! Niki, Kliton, Chef, Bartender and cleaning Lady - Thanks to your kindness, our family stay was very successful. Everything is much better than in the pictures! We'll be back for sure!

Family stay in a quiet & lovely spot

The 1 bed apartment was very spacious. The view from the balcony was great. I liked that the pool was a bit back from the beach. The restaurant food was lovely and the waitress working there was really great. The pool was so nice, I liked that it was a smaller hotel and only a few mins walk into the hub of platanias. Air con was so good, nearly too good!!! The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels for pool & apt provided.

Exceptional

Location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness. Literally steps from the beach, and very close to cafés, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The public areas were very tidy, clean and inviting. All in all, top experience! Shame we had to change hotel due to unavailability of accommodation there for the whole stay.

Not a minus, really, but if you want to stay there, plan and book in advance. They are fully booked, and is says a lot 😉

Perfect family hotel

The rooms are simple but comfortable and spacious. The cleaning is impeccable. The staff was really kind, from the reception to the cleaning and restaurant staff. The location is perfect, between beach and the mainstreet, in a quiet location. I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. We had a perfect stay!

Very bad sound isolation and you couldn't get the room dark, might be a problem for light sleepers. It would have been nice to have free access (or free in exhange for drink orders etc) for the hotel sunbeds at the beach.

The service was really nice, the staff were so kind and friendly and they tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is child friendly and the staff are very kind with kinds.

The rooms and facilities were very basic. the beach is not private and even as the hotel guest you need to pay for the beds.

The rooms were big and comfortable. Very clean . The photos don't show really how wonderful the rooms are. Thank you for the nice bottle of wine

A lovely stay in Crete, we would 100% recommend it.

The layout was great, steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Staff were great. Overall a really good stay and very good value for money. We travelled with a two year old and he loved the beach and the kids’ swimming pool. The kitchenette had everything you could ask for, the air con worked great.

Everything was great, only suggestion we could make is a slight update on the playground, it had a nice slide and swings though.

great family hotel

perfect location. all you need as a family. all is super clean. you are literally on the beach. the hotel is small and cozy. the staff is amazing. there is a big playground lots of shade from 4pm in the pool. a good restaurant and tons of options around.

there is just a couple of things: 1. the lights in the pool at night I don’t know their purpose but they alternate pink blue and green all night long very disturbing to sleep. 2. the metal tables in the beach they are very rusty quite dangerous for kids.

A great location. Right in the centre of Platanias and beachfront. Had sunbeds and umbrellas for free. Very clean hotel, really. More than I expected.

Great stay for 10 days.

Location close to the center, lot of bars reastaurants and shops nearby. Great view from the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food at the testaurant was great.

Handals on the doors noisy, the same the floor on the second floor, very noisy for the ones sleeping on the first floor.

The apartment was clean and in a very quiet location. Excellent proximity to the beach and restaurants. Staff were excellent.

Limited cooking facilities but with so many restaurants it was not a problem

overall we had a pleasant stay

Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. overall property with a nice feel with lovely planting around. didn’t feel crowded even thought hotel was full. Kids really enjoyed the pool. pleasant bar and restaurant just by the sea with with nice planting and views.

The beach at the front of the hotel not suitable for for the kids,big stones entering the water and gets deep very quickly. Food quite expensive and not the best. Area very touristy.

Very good

The hotel is clean, with very kind and competent staff. Thanks to Mr. Kostas for providing us with information about less touristy beaches. The cleaning in the rooms was impeccable, the towels were changed daily, towels for the beach were also provided. Free sunbeds on the beach. The restaurant was special, clean, the food varied and tasty.

I booked a studio with a sea view and I got an upgraded apartment but with a view to the pool and the street, which created a bit of a problem due to the outside noise. The lack of mosquito nets a big minus, as it is difficult to sleep with the AC on. The entry in the water is extremely difficult, steep, with dangerous waves, stone slabes and boulders.
