The location and the elegant and friendly atmosphere
The sensible but high quality continental breakfast in a family like atmosphere
Complimentary water should be in the rooms

Serene was the word I used! Beautiful, clean and I’m glad I found this place. I really needed this place for rest, relaxation and recuperation before going back to work
Nothing really! I like the location that it was far from road side and also next time I’ll come prepared for a walk/run around the property

The pastry and fruit was very fresh.
They only had one table for 4 and a long table. I would have liked a table for two and I would have liked a warm breakfast. I could have also used a pen and paper in room.

I enjoyed the room’s view of the water in the morning, cleanliness of the room, and proximity to where I was working. The breakfast was nicely laid out. The restaurant, La Plage, was lovely and would have made a romantic getaway. The food at La Plage was sumptuous.
The 3-story walk-up on a narrow staircase, noisy tennis courts nearby, the smell of fish & chips in the room. The restaurant had very little under $35 and, though seemingly knowledgable about dietary restrictions, had minimal offerings.

Nice quaint place, on water, nice on premise restaurant
Booked online for Deluxe King Bed, arrived and checked in- wasn't told that King was not available, got to room and when i saw was king called front desk and basically they didn't care or offer anything- when i called booking.com they hotel told them that since I "accepted" the queen room that there was no offer for anything-

We loved the location and the restaurant/bar on site was amazing. We were able to bring cocktails down by the water and enjoy the sunset views on the water.
The front staff was not too helpful. We didn't have access to the ice machine and there was never someone there to help when we tried to get ice 3 separate times. I also didn't realize our "ocean view" out the window was going to be HVAC duct work, but we made the most of it by being outside most of the time.

Coffee available 24/7, bagels, croissants and my favorite cranberry juice!

View
The guest rooms are above a restaurant so you have food odors in the room, particularly fried food odor. The restaurant exhaust fan created vibration sound in the room.

being near the beach was so lovely. The property is older but well maintained

Location is quiet with nature and a golf course all around. Good breakfast in a bright sunny room. Will visit again for sure.
Just the giant kitchen vents/chimney outside the window.

Great location! Beautiful scenic views of the sound from the bedroom. ice skating on property
The furniture could use an update.

the size of the room. the first floor meeting areas. the new bathroom the water views
the roof top mechanical machinery obstructing the water view, room carpet needs replacement, slight noise from roof vent near window, staff was not engaging,

the rooms lovely. restaurant excellent
staff extremely cool. not the warmth or hospitality of a bed and breakfast. didn’t like the buffet expected a friendlier experience

Very quiet location, the building is nicely decorated.
A very scarce breakfast, a bathtub in our room was tiny.

the location
the room was charming at some point but felt old and tired and a bit depressing. there was some running machinery outside our window all nite plus an event that nite who’s base noice created an unpleasant back beat.

Wonderful location friendly staff

beautiful location. restaurant on premises.
no elevator so you need to be fit enough to carry your luggage up the steps. we were on 3rd floor.

A continental breakfast was included in the room rate. There was a varied choice & perfect for my needs.
I also appreciated the instructions for using the shower!
Bed was super comfy, room had a homely feel, plenty of towels etc & heating system easy to operate.
Loved the view across the bay from my window.
Although free hot drinks were available in the reception area, a hot drinks machine in the room would have been a welcome addition.
And instructions for turning the TV off! Putting my coat on over my pyjamas, I had to go down to the reception desk to ask!!!

Lovely size room in a quiet area near beach. Very clean and staff was super friendly & helpful.
Only disappointment was breakfast.

Beautiful location, nice compact breakfast
The place doesnt look that nice in real life. The foyer downstairs looks very promising but the rooms are old and def need a make over. Rude receptionist and not a warm welcome at all!
5.0
Beautiful location.
There was some kind of major event taking place, my presence seemed to be quite an inconvenience and not appreciated, If there is a private function taking place please let prospective guests know so we can stay away.
